I’m sure this uncovered tea is safe for consumption as customers walk by breathing and coughing all around it. It’s not the first time I’ve seen it like this either. Also the lady working the shop desk this evening 04/02/24 20:00 has been pretty unprofessional with her attitude since I checked in 17:00 or so. I’ve decided to move on and get what I need done elsewhere. This is one of our companies regular fuel stops. I’ll be sure to get enough fuel to bypass this one from here on out. Love’s has always been one of my favorites to stop in at and will continue to be. One bad apple won’t spoil it for the others. ✌️

Horrible nighttime management. Out of fuel? It happens. Not letting trucks park at the fuel island as the line of trucks that can't make another fuel stop grows to make room? Absurd.We can't let anyone park there with cones behind their trucks because we think other drivers are so stupid and under qualified to be drivers that they don't understand what cones mean.If that's the case then why do you use cones to block the islands in the first place?Durrrrr.....Does no one hire an actual manager anymore? Able to think and solve problems effectively when situations arise even if it's against the "normal" policy?They certainly don't have a manager with those skills here tonight. Other staff yes, but not the manager.

This place is so cool! I got the jalapeno and cheese corndog, and I payed for it on the toilet later.... Coffee and soda SUPER CHEAP. Come here if you're a trucker, or just want a quick bite for the road trip!!

Mike was working in Subway today and I wanted to leave a good review for him. He was working hard with a great attitude. He greeted me when I was waiting and honestly that kind of genuine care makes people feel great even if they didn't expect that sort of interaction while picking up some subway.

To sum it up lazy rude and unprofessional. Lady at the front desk starts off with I need you to walk to the front instead of to My bay next time with an attitude. She seems like a meth head. Of course I understand but put some signage which guides to do so I don't know which side I'm supposed to walk in your front office from if I'm pulling into a bay that's open and unattended. Then she continues to tell me that they are packed up. Whereas both service bays were empty and there was no trucks lined up for any kind of service. To the management I would request to look into your service department employees for turning away business.

The only place I have to get fuel is loves. So I have learned to overlook some minor issues that are all too common in the trucking community. But tonight I was hungry, needed a shower and still had 5 hours to drive. So I did my usual routine. Got a shower, filled up my refills, and ordered a large and a small liver at chesters. Ran out jumped in the truck and hit the interstate. Dumped my livers in to an accessible bowl so I eat and drive safely (trucker life). 3rd liver in I bit into something quite unpleasant. Started checking through each one only to find that most of what I had was fried flour. It’s like they forgot to add the livers. I’m a flatbedder and I work hard for my money, not to give it away on inedible food

I’m disgusted and disappointed with this loves. I took a shower and when the toilet lid was lifted there was diarrhea smeared! It looked like it had been there awhile.Wi-Fi is ok, some buffering. Good truck parking, store was well stocked.

Love's Travel Center in Ontario, Oregon is another Truck Stop for truckers to shower, dine or rest. Good place for car Travelers as well with everything you need. This Love's is West of the Idaho border and is not far from Wal-Mart and other Restaurants. Love's Traveler Centers are nation wide. So stop in and Enjoy! You might learn something from these truckers!

This is large gas convenient store with truck stop store feel sells for tourists truck drivers has a subway and fried chicken chain connected to it extremely clean bathrooms with a electronic push button to enter if it is clean two cash register each end of store lots of USB cords toys nock back gifts and on the road wants purses wallets hats also automotive fluids has black river restaurant across the drive lots of parking

Horrible Experience..Love's has certainly taken the Speed out of SpeedCo.I checked in at 4 pm for an oil change.I was told it would take an hour or two to get to me.I pulled into the Bay at 1am. 9 hours later.

Don't be deaf or have issues with the volume of your voice or be exhausted from driving for hours/days if you chose to go here, You'll get kicked out. Customer service was absolutely horrible and they're passive aggressive along with being snarky

Very courteous at Love's customer service diesel counter.Store was clean and well stocked. Coffee and beverage area VERY clean AND stocked. Showers were clean and the turn over for showers was fair. Lots of parking for trucks. Fuel lanes not too full at 6:15 p.m. Buckets with window cleaning solution was very dirty. I didn't bother to check paper towel dispenser due to that.Update 1/7/2024It’s been a year since I last visited. Fuel lanes have improved drastically in cleanliness. Paper towels stocked and squeegees in good condition. The inside of the store was clean. The associates were kind and polite. The Arby’s staff were awesome! The two fish sandwiches I purchased were ready in a timely manner, put together nicely, and were hot and delicious! Great job everyone!!

My favorite go to travel stop. They have everything. The last time I was there, the windshield wash water was exactly that, just water, no cleaner. Also, the towel dispensers were both empty. It's also the first Love's I've been to that didn't have long handled wash brushes. They just need more regular service. Restrooms are always clean. Easy in and out and very close to I84.

Had my truck in line for the whole day on Saturday for oil change and new tires . And Jon at service counter keeps bypassing my truck , because I have an oil change and mechanics don’t get paid enough do them so they bypass drivers who need oil changes Jon says “It is what it is” Don’t come here for an oil change because they are Lazy and won’t do them, Jon is a disgrace to the company!!!!

Beware drivers, had a tire replaced and the mechanic used steel pry bars to Force the outside dual off. Asked him why didn't he wrap a shop rag around the bar ?????? His reply was , that's a good idea....... You think ??????Less than 90,000 miles and its the first time the wheels were taken off.....

2 days ago I had a blowout less than 30 miles from this location. They didn't get to my truck until 13 hrs later. They said if I could get to their shop, they could get me right in.Today I had anther blowout in just about the same area, but I was able to limp the truck to the shop. 3 hours after checking in, they finally called me into the bay. No other truck in the bay the entire time, all on video. In the video you can see them come out for a smoke often. When a used tire was requested, they said they didn't have any. (Photo of rack of used tires, 2 of which are the size needed on top rack on the left.) Nothing to love about this Love's.In shop for 20 minutes and still not even a jack under the truck.

Great place to get Gas. Lots of gas stalls, plenty of food selections, and an attached subway. Bathrooms are clean and well maintained, showers are available. Close to the freeway exit.

The store and bathroom were clean and staff were pleasant! However, just as a warning, do not go to the thai food truck across the street! The food is mediocre and I saw the owner put bean sprouts on food with his bare hands after handling customer's cards.

Pumps don't take Amex cards and apparently everything is messed up inside and there's one person on the the phone at the register so I couldn't even get Diesel unless I wanted to wait an undermined amount of time. Ridiculous. Do better.

Family and I have been coming here for years and have never had a bad experience. Subway lady accommodated my special cookie request. Not a big deal, just a thoughtful thing to do. Made my night! Management is kind and understanding. If you are staying thr night then be respectful. Don't bother anyone, and no one will bother you. Loves is a great resource for travelers and truck drivers alike.

Store # 372 . This store is clean. The 2 Ladies with dark hair taking out trash this morning were super nice and the maintenance guy was very friendly and helpful. They talked to us because our lil guy had a major stroke and can’t walk well . The 3 of you are awesome people. Thank you again.
