I used to work here,but not for long. People don't realize how much of a pain it is to work there. We would get a spot cleaned up but in mins it was a mess again because people don't put think back where they got it from I get it people think that's the employees job to pick everything up but when everyone does it it's hard to keep up so please even though I don't work there anymore please think of this when you don't want an item u picked be considerate think of the employees

Everytime I come here on a Sunday, they have a complete isle blocked off with carts full of boxes they have to stock, but nobody is putting the things away. Really need to figure out a better system...

Standing in line with ONE item in my hand, the girl in the tie dye shirt that says "baby", no name tag at checkout number 2 is already helping someone, finishes and without saying anything to me walks away. I go stand in the other line, she walks back in staring directly at me and goes directly back to the previous line a couple minutes later and starts helping people again, intentionally walked away and skipped me to start helping other people.Rude. Bo customer service. And obviously very immature.

I have been going to this Ontario store for years and I've seen such a huge decline in the store, the cleanliness, it is a disaster and sadly, it's a very torturous experience even going into the store! Everything is scattered, piled up, empty shelves, sad, unfriendly associates and manager, can't get cash back, sometimes you have to have the correct change or no sale, you have to dig through piles of items to try to find what you're looking for, it's all such a clustered disaster!! Never enough carts, no customer service, 2 people cannot pass in any given isle, I've seen the Baker City crew come in and after days, they had it looking presentable, 2 days later, their work was all in vane, it was right back to the way it was before they started!! I've worked in retail and customer service for years and what you find in this Ontario store has none of either!!! Please for your customers sake, clean house and make us happy to be Customers!!

Found what I was looking for. There was only one cashier and a lot of customers, but she didn't let that bother her, she kept a very happy and positive attitude. I wish Dollar Tree corporate would break down and have a swing shift strictly for stocking the shelves but they won't do it, I've already asked them.

I’m not from here but this store is an accident waiting to happen you can’t get up and down the isles because there is boxes and boxes of stuff everywhere I have been in there three times and all three times boxes were everywhere actually had a man hit us with a his cart because he was trying to get around the boxes in my opinion it needs to be shut down until they clear the isles. I will go to Payette from now on. If I know how to report them to I would.

This location is not very organized. It's always cluttered with product in disarray and boxes of product on the floor. I've heard they are short staffed, so I can forgive that. Customer service is lacking. The cashier's are often not very friendly. Their selections are minimal here as it's a smaller store. I've never checked out quickly here either. So don't be in a hurry to get in and out. There's ALWAYS a line and expect to wait at least 5 minutes. I try to avoid this location and prefer the stores in Idaho, but sometimes I pop in to get something small for the grandkids, just to remind me why this isn't my favorite $1 store location.

If zero stars were a thing.....The customer service, management in particular is mediocre and unfriendly. NEVER welcoming. Constantly worried about the amount of change in the tills. Doesn't matter what time of day, what day of week, how much you spend, constantly ready to take your money, but never pleased or even willing to give you change or cashback(even though the machine offers the option). Not to mention, it's constantly unorganized, everything spaced sporadically across the store. I will GLADLY drive over the border to Idaho and pay the taxes next time.

I understand the store is messy and not well organized but I need to say, there's an employee named Michael that works there and they are an absolute angel. I was having a really rough day and they were so incredibly kind to me even though it was so packed because of Easter coming up. I really appreciate the generosity!💓Also I get a bunch of stuff I need to for super cheap which is a plus.

I'm travel nurse & have been there several times when in town for assignments. The employees are usually friendly, but the manager (think she's the manager, blonde-ish Caucasian lady) doesn't do well with customers. I just got to town after working last night, was in their store still shopping right after they close & @ 10pm she was already yelling towards me (I was the only customer at the store), yelling "it's 10 o'clock, registers are closing", among others, I had already told an employee I'll be right up. I was at the register by 1003, done at 1006; yelling lady was still making comments towards me. Cashier was friendly, didn't change how the other one talked to & towards me. It's not the 1st time I've seen her be rude with customers, especially ones who are not from around here like myself; last time I will go there.

Zero stars !! This store is filthy !!!! They're boxes everywhere and broken stuff on the floor. That is definitely a accident waiting to happen. Anyone with a cane can easily fall yikes not good.Shopping carts full of items left in the isles. Definitely poor management in this place . Im sure the owner does come by and check the store out. It looks like a store from a third world country!

I am not sure how this store has 4 stars. Seriously I don't know how a store can be kept such a mess and nobody do anything about it. Items are rarely stocked, and lay in boxes, completely cluttering and blocking the isles. Nothing is stocked correctly so they often do not have the items I am searching for. Luckily the cashier Marisa was very friendly and working hard, but it was tough to see her work so hard by herself. A blonde lady that appeared to be the manager, was just wandering around the store, ignoring the long line of people, and moving really slow. This store is not cared for. I know some places are short staffed, but this is beyond ridiculous. The store looks horrible and the employees are having a hard time keeping up despite trying. If I owned this place, I would hire a new manager because obviously the one currently employed is not cut out for the job.

The site is always messy with boxes all over the place! I don't know how they don't get into trouble with OSHA! It's a safety hazard. They are always understaffed, and I feel bad for the people who work there.

Health Dept should shut it down. Very dirty and trashy!! Elderly lady had 40 canned goods and household heavier items. She asked for bags. They had none. Checker was rude. She had to handle each 4 times, into basket, onto belt, then back into basket and into her car. No bags is ridiculous.

I was so embarrassed for our community, this store is an absolute mess and not in ADA ccompliance! I am not able to take my husband in this store with his wheel chair, all of the aisles are crowded with merchandise on the floor, shelves are not stocked and product is disorganized! The manager was absolutely making a fool of herself by yelling at a customer and I mean yelling! Who ever owns this store, please take some pride in your store! The people in our community deserve to have a nice clean, organized and friendly management. So sad 😞!

9/26/2021 2pm. Extremely disorganized, boxes and products all on floors in aisles, way over stocked and merchandise piled on shelves, had to step over merchandise scattered on floor through the aisles, Many aisles. Customers had to maneuver around and over them, looks like new freight came in with only 2 employees in the store to cashier and do load. Back warehouse is literally scattered with boxes piled in a heap of a mess. Zero freight management. Store was disgusting and I shop there often. I've never seen it so bad!!

Visited today. It looks like a tornado went through every aisle and had merchandise scattered everywhere. If you were paying in cash, you needed exact change. Some aisles had lots of bare spots. Was in the coloring book section and it looked like a bomb went off. I have never seen a store is such disarray. Someone needs to help them sort it out.

Good selection & decent products for the price. Clerks are very nice. I would have given a 5th star but it needs to either hire more help or some how keep the Isles more clear for people to shop & pass through.Keeping the aisles clear would always make for a better shopping environment also.

Walked in to buy lots of organization items... spent about 2 minutes in there and walked right out. This store is trashed! By far the worst dollar store I have been to. Safety should be a concern but apparently not! I will not spend money in a store that doesn't care about the safety of their customers.

This is the worst dollar tree I have ever been too. It was dirty, employees were not friendly and so cluttered that I could not push my cart through the aisles. I do not know what dollar tree policy is on wearing a mask but I have been vaccinated and not required to wear a mask any longer but when I told the clerk that she refused to wait on me and would not ring up my items. I walked out of there leaving a cart full of decorations and paper products. I will never return and hope that my review is taken seriously and dollar tree takes action upon this store and it’s policy and appearance.

When they say next in line it means next not the end of the line go get the next person Do your job right. Stop being lazy. On Saturday there was one checker/manager (she was very nice) she was the only one in the store her checker quit so why another manager should of come into help her out that is why you are a manager. This store needs so much help boxes everywhere. This store is a mess it needs help. I would give it zero 🌟.

This place is pretty okay. They have just about anything you can think of. I even saw some A1 steak sauce in there today. Would have given more stars but the establishment has got this dirtiness to it just about every time i go there. And its in Ontario by the interstate which is just kinda dirty all in its own so im sure they do their best

Good selection. The store is well organized, which makes items easy to locate. Very helpful and friendly staff. If lines start to get long they always open up another register or two. There does seem to be a lot of freight boxes in the isles, but I'm sure it has to do with the sheer volume of sales this little store does.
