Did not keep her word. Then tells us our dog can wait two more days for food because she can't be professional enough to communicate with her customers with custom orders. I prefer to shop local but after having to do this I Def won't be a returning customer. Who tells someone to wait 1 or 2 days to feed their dog? If you can't keep your word don't run a business.

My poor puppy has been very sick. These nice people came to the rescue after business hours and opened the store for me. Such an act of kindness from these caring people shows true moral and value. Knox and my whole family thank you.

Always goes the extra mile. If it's not on the shelf Francis will try and have it there the next day. Even has come in on days off when I had an emergency

I had been in town shopping all day. I needed some puppy training pads, couldn't find any anywhere. So I decided to stop at the shop. I got there just in time to run into the owner of the shop who was leaving to go on her trip to town. She opened the store for me and when I went to pay her I was short. The price was 12.and some change. I had exactly 12 dollars on me, no change. She was very nice and let me have the pkg for the 12 dollars even. I thanked her very much and she went on her way to town.If you're reading this, I thank you from the bottom of my ❤. Not every store owner would do that anyplace else, but here in Oakridge we have some wonderful people. Very rude wemon. I need a place to pull of the road to make a emergency call to check my 78 year old grandma and the two woman came outside and bullied me.. I will not be supporting such ungodly inhuman people.. no sale no buy

Great little shop, they have a bit of everything. Fairly priced for a small town. If they dont have what you need on hand they can get it ordered for you.
