I have been buying the peppered bison jerky for while and it has been the best ever. I usually buy quite few packages throughout the summer. However, I just bought 3 packages and the ingredients might have changed because the taste is bland and like paper. I will no longer be buying and not a satisfied customer. I tried contacting them and no answer.

My family and I were looking for a buffalo rancher that was nearby to Boise. We were thrilled to have found Brown's Buffalo Ranch. Debbie was outstanding to work with from our initial phone call to the day that we picked up our meat. The buffalo is delicious, the packaging is outstanding, and the service is second to none. I highly recommend Brown's Buffalo Ranch to anyone looking for a family owned business that harvests grass fed and happy animals for families in the valley.

Not sure why I ever ate beef after having Brown's buffalo. The steaks melt in your mouth and all of the cuts and the ground are as good or better than their ultra-premium beef counterparts. I highly recommend trying out their products! They sell at one of the Boise farmer's markets and out of a butcher shop in Nampa so it's easy to get if you're in the Treasure Valley.
