This was our second time renting from Steve's ATV. The staff were excellent and thorough both times. We felt well prepared after the safety video and the instructions on how to get to the Dunes and beach and places to avoid. Helmets fit great, and we both have large heads and wear glasses. They had lots of sizes available. My husband drove on the Dunes, and I drove on the beach. It was a BLAST!!! Our two hours went by way too fast! We'll definitely rent from Steve's ATV again the next time we visit!

Great customer service, nice equipment and the staff was very knowledgeable about the equipment and the riding area. The riding area is very big and marked out. Two hours is pretty good to see all the dunes. We did not ride in the beach. I am horrible at remembering names but the guy who went over our machines with us was great. We checked in at 12:10pm on 9/16/21.

What an awesome experience! We came all the way from Victoria, BC to ride these ATV's. We rented two Honda 250's, and they were perfect for first timers. They were small, and easy to maneuver, but powerful enough to have fun (once I gained confidence to open up the throttle). Dave was such a nice guy helped us get set up and gave us really good tips. We did 2 hours, which was enough time to bomb around the dunes, and then go down to the beach and enjoy the open road. The path to the beach was BUMPY, so my butt and hands were definitely feeling it by the end, but it was so worth it. Hope to come back one day and do it again! Thanks again to everybody who made this experience the highlight of our trip from BC to California!

Excellent selection of ATV etc centrally located to the dunes. David made the experience extra special by breaking up our session to a family 4 seater and then a training loop for the kid and off to the small track. We really appreciated David’s extra touch in teaching our son how to work and ride an ATV. This is a memory none of us will ever forget. Thanks so much. We highly reccomend this outfit for all your dune riding needs on the Oregon coast.

What a fun way to spend a couple hours and get out into the Oregon Dunes. We had a blast even though we got stuck and had to call for help. They do tell you that you will get struck, but don't equip the ATV with even a shovel. The dunes are amazing. It was a windy day, so we did exercise caution. They guy who towed us out was down right helpful and no one got hurt. I will say it is a bit on the pricy side with lots of wavers to sign. My son was disappointed that at 24 he was still to young to drive the ATV. Will certainly be back.

Rented a side by side with insurance for 2 hours. After one hour, the belt gave up. We waited the rest of our time stranded on the beach. They refused to provide us another vehicle for the remainder of the time. Also they did not apply the 10% military discount advertised and requested. They riped us off of almost 200$.

Wasn't sure how they'd be at first but their friendliness came through and then they were VERY friendly and helpful. We rented two days with them and would gladly work with them again. Nice place to get some needed items for our own quad. Thank you so much, as you helped us enjoy our time even more than expected.

This place is quite expensive. This place is the 711 of Atv rentals. It's all about convenience. The prices are high but the customer service is excellent. They have most of everything that you will need. Gas is expensive $7 a gallon. Racing gas was I believe $13 a gallon.

Rented side by sides from Steve's without a reservation. Staff were very accommodating and friendly, and walked us through the process.Equipment was all in good condition and helmets were also provided.Prices were reasonable and In line with all the other places prices. Come to Steve's for the great staff though.We'll definitely return to rent again.

Would not recommend this place due to an older guy that worked there telling people inside the store that purchased stuff AND were renting ATVs to be quiet and go outside because they were being too loud from excitement of being out in the dunes and renting ATVs for the first time. This would be the last sport where I would expect peace and quiet from haha and anyone with experience out here would agree that this I'd a loud and proud sport!

Steve’s ATV rental in North Bend is absolutely top notch!! Their staff was so friendly, professional, and kind. We had the best time and made great memories!!! They have an amazing fleet of riding machines to suit every skill level as well as UTV/side by sides. They have a great selection of helmets (provided at no extra charge) as well as other accessories to rent super cheap if needed. Pro tip: make your reservations in advance for super quick check in (we did and they were able to fast-track us past all the “walk-ins”). Thanks for everything!!!!

Great place to stop & shop. They have ATV parts, riding gear, clothes, ice cream, and rentals. Located close enough to the dunes that you can ride all the way there.

Son enjoyed his ride and staff was courteous but kinda had to hunt them down to keep moving through the process for paperwork and fittings, training talk. Place is busy and glad they had enough equipment as the prior 2 places we checked were sold out. This is a big operation with plenty of vehicles.

Definitely had a blast, got to pop my cherry in driving these bad boys for the first time, and mainly just drove around the beach area and got to enjoy it with my baby! Two hours of renting this thing was money well spent and worth it, I was able to enjoy every minute of it to where I didn’t want to return the side by side!

It was spring break and we spent the weekend in North Bend just to visit the Oregon Dunes National Recreation Area. Being that the weather was going to be highly variable we didn’t make reservations ahead of time. Walked into Steve’s ATV and was able to get a really nice 4-seater UTV for a couple hours. The staff was very helpful and the equipment was is great shape. We were given good instructions on where in the sand dunes to go and it was an absolute blast. Drove down to the beach (on a very bumpy road) but it was worth the drive.Everyone at Steve’s was very nice and helpful. They are by no means cheap but their prices are very much inline with others in the area. Would love to come back to the Dunes again and would stop by Steve’s again as well.

The service was excellent, the ATVs were prepared, well maintained and generally looked good. Everything was explained and shown. But one moment backfired. I was there on November 14, and today it is already December 3 and my $400 security deposit has not yet been released. A friend of mine with whom we were there together have the same problem ($ 100). I just want to share this with you so you know what to expect.

Riding the famous Dunes of Oregon is a must and worth every penny. The staff was knowledgeable and very friendly. I am so happy with Steve’s atv rental and will use them in the future.

Excellent customer service, our family had a blast. We rented two vehicles, a small quad for our teenager and a 4 seater for the rest of the family; they had all the safety gear we needed and the price was very reasonable. Our teen had trouble with the quad, as did my husband and I (kept getting stuck in the sand) which was a bummer, but they gave our teen some extra time to ride it around a smaller track and she loved it. Great experience.

By far the worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. First we got the new girl who was nice and trying her best. Then at the finish line only needing to pay and go another lady takes over by being rude and belittling her coworker who she sends to lunch. Then after another 30 min wait she decides to help not 1 but 2 other customers before us at which point we simply walked out. Fire the blonde she is losing you business and creating a toxic work environment. If you are looking for rentals there are lots of other options 😉

This place needs some serious process and improvements! We came in before it opened and 9 to see if they had any quads available because there weren’t any open in the website. Sure enough they did! So we spent 45 minutes with Jamie reviewing paperwork to sign. Then she sends us outside to sign papers which took 5 minutes. Then we go back in and have to wait in line AGAIN to turn I. The signed forms. We waited 10 minutes and the line of 9 people never moved. We walked out. Has this place never heard of online web forms??? What a joke!

Enjoyed my experience with this place. Price was about what I figured and reasonable. Me and a couple old riding buddies wanting something with some power cause of our experience. Steve's was the only spot that we found that rents an actual Sport quad. We all got Raptor 700s and had all amazing time. We're definitely going back.Ps I left my Oregon ATV card there and they mailed right back to me as I live 100 miles away. Nothing but good things to say about this place.

Affordable and competitive prices. They answered all my questions fast vía email and phone. Easy reservation process. Very organized, kind and helpfull staff. I rented a Polaris RZR S 800-2. Excellent check-in, instructions, safety video and location. We had an amazing experience in the dunes. I highly recommend this business.

Was really excited to take my girlfriend out on the dunes for the 1st time but this place made it so difficult we ended up leaving. We went through an hour long process of just picking out the vehicles as they didn't know what they had working... then when we were ready to pay and get going they made us wait another 30 minutes while they helped out their "regulars" by that time I was extremely annoyed which they lady helping us could see and began with the excuses as to why I should be content with waiting longer. For me that was the breaking point we were treated rudely then made to wait while 3 people behind us in line got checked out. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else plenty to choose from. Blonde woman helped us maybe mid 30s forgot her name.

The staff here was amazing. Our group was staying at KOA and we just walked in. They were very busy that morning and everyone was very helpful. The lady that helped us with our rentals was incredible. David was also amazing!! He helped us out when one of our quads broke down while we were in the sand dunes. Someone went out to help us immediately and they resolved the issue right away. They were so helpful and nice. The best costumer service :)
