Love this store! High quality items/clothing and was shocked at how inexpensive it was. Passing thru area and needed items to keep me warm/dry from the rain/wind. Found a few things and will definitely go back when in the area.

Went looking for sweaters. Found 3 sweaters and 1 shirt in perfect shape. Checkout was great and left them with a donation. I will be back...it's clean and friendly atmosphere!

Good values here for used items. Thus month October everything 25% off. I found several good buys. Also ingot a big item I could not take home same day and they held it over for two days. It was an electric lawn mower. I took it home and it works great. Nice friendly staff. And a restroom for emergencies.

Wow! I can't believe this happened when shop here a lot and always have good experiences but today I guess she's the manager anyway I'm checking out and I see a purse I like ask how much cashier says $25.00 so I say I'll take it well we're finishing checking out and I start looking purse over and decide purse is to worn out so I tell her I don't want it she calls manager over and she tells me only in store credit mind you I've just spent $100 there and didn't get the chance to look purse over. I guess what it comes down to check it out before you pay. At least I have in store credit but would of been nice to have the money back it wasn't like I was bringing it back a week later. I felt like she was kind of rude about it. Just saying. Other than that I love this place.

This is a truly not for profit business so the prices are reasonable. Everyone is happy to assist you and the clothes are very well organized. Their inventory moves fast so visit often. Many pleasant surprises. I shop here 3 or 4 times a week.

Let me say up front that I agree with and fully support all COVID guidelines for places like this to stay in business. But how you enforce those guidelines requires some finesse. Snapping at customers right when they come in the store because they didn't see your little arrow on the floor might not be the best method. Make your rules clear at the entrance and treat people with respect. I am not a child. There is a greeter at the door who should simply remind folks of the rules. You are going to have to up your game to keep people coming in the doors during these difficult days. When I moved here almost 2 years ago I was very impressed with this place. I found great stuff and the staff was very friendly. But maybe COVID has taken it's toll. The selection has gone down significantly as well, and I get it, it might be due to the pandemic. Maybe I'll come back after all the pandemic is under control when everyone has better manners.

I am always surprised by the quality and quantity of goods I can get for such a small cost. They have everything from clothing to toys to furniture, and the prices are amazing. And, unlike Goodwill, the money I spend supports a wonderful cause. I love this place!

Who ever runs this thrift shop needs to be fired and replaced with the last manager, everything is over priced, the selection is bullocks, thier best sellers are gone and the inventory is broken. Fix this problem, stop over pricing FREE donations and no one wants boutique clothes we just want jeans and t shirts that aren’t 6$ ... I rather steal than pay that.

Glad I live near one of the best thrift stores anywhere. I've found a lot of great deals here, and the volunteers are so friendly. And you can't beat the prices. Definitely less expensive than Goodwill for the same quality.

This Store is practicing safe Covid 19 practices by limiting the amount of people in the store at one time, the Staff was friendly the prices were high and for a thrift store they lack items that are thrifty unless you want to buy clothes. We probably won't visit as often in the future.

Went to buy a pillow to help me with my back because I'm pregnant and they had knee pillows and neck pillows the knee pillow was 10 dollars while the neck pillows are 15, the issue that lies here is that they are the same exact pillow!!! Ended up paying the 5 dollar difference just to get a packaged "neck" pillow, the manager did not seem to care that the "knee" pillow tag was marked at 15 when the sign clearly says 10. EDIT: I just got home opened the packaged pillow and the brand tag even says knee pillow!

Worst customer service ever I will be calling head office tomorrow to report cashier started yelling at me got very confrontational nice store though ashame she had to be so rude.. I witnessed it before but I wasn't her target until yesterday she will be reported

I used to like this thrift store. Unfortunately the people who do the prices has decided that it's OK to google the prices of item and over charge you for most things. Who want's to go to a thrift store so they have to pay the price Amazon or another online vendor charges? It's a great business model I suppose, "Get stuff for free and over charge people who actually need the things that thrift stores normally need or have". I am a little bitter about it because it ruins the adventure and fun of digger through used stuff to find that super rare item that is worth something. I do occasionally still shop her because they have a better than normal selection of electronics which are not sooo badly priced.
