The employees treat you like a thief. Constantly are harassing you by following you literally to every single isle. I understand that there are people that steal and they have a job to make sure that doesnt happen. But there becomes a point where it is taken way too far. To follow people around and treat them like they are thief's just because they are stereotyping and judging me by the way i look. Not only did they follow me religiously. But they were following and harassing my boyfriend as well. And then even made a remark to him that i left when he was looking for me. I left only buying two items when i was going to drop over 100$ but instead i only paid maybe 20$ because i cannot stand the way these employees treat and judge their customers. If corporate is reading this... train your employees to have a little more respect for customers. When your customers are trying to look at clothes and merchandise and constantly being eye screwed by your employeees to the point i cant even walk even across the store without them following EVERY STEP. ITS RIDICULOUS.

I like going there on the workers there are nice they're not accessible all the time but they do help when they can they change the store around and changed some of their products so I miss a lot of things but can always get a good dress for the summer and some warm clothes in the winter I will shop there again

The store has a decent variety but you have to ask an employee to get through a locked door for the bathroom. That would be fine but the last two times they were very rude people. The staff always seems grumpy and annoyed. It's clean, the bathroom was clean and you can still find all the discounts you would expect from Ross.

Our store here is clean and organized. So many quality decorations to choose from and many choices of clothing for all sizes. Staff were very nice and helpful. Shoe section is full and bedding section looks amazing. I recommend you come check it out. 😁😁

I needed 3 pair of standard business casual black pants spent 25 minutes looking no employees on the floor couldn't get and help and cashier told me "if you don't see any then we don't have them". Nobody was helpful.

They are slowly getting things in stock again. However clearance prices are great. The one downfall is people really don't like to follow directions on the floor. This is a nice little store. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The staff were friendly, personable and helpful, especially the woman at the fitting rooms. They allow 8 items in the fitting room compared to 3 or 4 at other clothing stores which made for a more efficient and enjoyable shopping experience. I was pleasantly surprised at the low-priced name brand choices. I'll be back soon. Thank you.

I'm giving it a 5 stars because of the staff but the custormers here deserve zero stars and also a slap to the face. I was doing my return and I counted at least 5 people without masks, 2 kids with no shoes throwing hangers at me because their parents could not care less. The lady in front of me purchased $400 worth of stuff so I stood in line patiently for a good 30 minutes. She didn't have a mask on and she kept touching EVERYTHING on display while waiting without buying them. Barbara was my cashier, a sweet old lady with poor immune system, and I feel like this working environment is so unsafe for someone like her. With that said, I will not come back to this Ross because of how uncomfortable I feel about the customers. Great deals and staff.Tldr: CUSTOMERS! put your masks on and keep everyone else safe, if the staff got sick no one will be helping you.

I love to shop at ross anywhere else except for Coos Bay there staff are always rude and almost always someone will follow me around the entire time but never ever do they ask me if they can help me find something or ask if they can help me at all they just follow and watch you as if your doing something wrong well maybe some people enjoy to browse and look at stuff just to do it but I wish this place would get some new managers cuz the ones they have a rude and I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone ever!!!

Ross always has great prices. On our last visit to their North Bend Oregon location, we were assisted by Holly. She went above and beyond in excellent customer service. As a former executive of an international corporation, I greatly appreciate when I encounter employees with a high degree of leadership potential. I hope that Ross regional management has recognized that Holly has way more potential than they are currently utilizing.

Very organized and clean store. Great prices. 4 stars because my overall experience was lessened due to something out of the store's power, customer language. Some dudes were being inappropriate and loud. It wasn't fun to have little kids around. Again, not Ross' fault.

I usually have great luck with Ross, but today was really disappointing. I went in to purchase some items and came across two makeup bags that I loved. When I looked at the price they were two different prices, but both on clearance. When I took the bags up to the register and asked about the price difference and if I could get the lower price the lady told me no. When I asked why and informed her they were the EXACT same bag, she rudely said because they have a different SKU#. Uhhh, ok??? I asked to speak to a manager she got huffy and seemed very annoyed that I was pressing the issue. The manager came over and said, "well did you tell her why we can't?" And proceeded to tell me that it wasn't their problem and it had to do with when the product came in the store and there was nothing they could do about it. Manager was not very friendly and she also seemed annoyed and bothered with my question. I ended up not purchasing anything and will not be a customer anymore. Yes, it was over a few dollars but it was the principle and the way it was handled.Sorry Ross but you will not get my money any more. Also a word of advice... get some managers with a personality fit for dealing with the public.

Worst one I've EVER been to. Only lady working as a cashier could barely speak English. I had returns, but no receipt & she was trying to tell me they were all on sale for pretty much pennies on the dollar for what I paid. One pair of dress pants for maternity she said i was only going to get $1.49 back on when they were originally bought for $8.99. I guarantee their isn't one article of clothing in that store under $6!! I will Never be back.

I hate that you can't take carts outside, you go in and buy a bunch of stuff your stuck making a few trips back and forth to load your stuff. Cashier wasn't very friendly.

My friend was going in there for a jacket but he didn't leave with one, I left with one and then some, I ended up buying like $50 worth of clothes there and I wasn't trying to go in there at first, but thank God I did. The store itself was really nice and Now I look fly, feel really nice and hot, so thank you Ross. Love the jacket!!!!

Love Ross! Always great for just about anything you're looking to find. At Christmas time, their hours & options are second only to walmart for last minute shoppers. So glad they're still at the mall.

Nice clean store with large friendly staff. He's dressing rooms and lots of different items. Endless parking located on North Side of Pony Village Mall, so other stores and restaurants there too. Low prices with large selection off name brands and lots of other items besides just clothes & shoes.

This is not one of my favorite places to go just because the racks usually have too many things on them so you can't look at anything and its not very clean. They try and sell you broken things at practically full price. If its broken I feel they should atleast play it by eye on how broken it is to how much of a discount they give.

Ross always has weird clothes. But if you go at the right time you'll get lucky and get a good deal on something. We done have many clothing stores in this town so I shop here a lot. I just wish I could fine a decent shirt.

Ross is Ross, clean, mostly organized, friendly staff long lines. But every time I've been to this Ross; they always open up more registers. Which blows my mind because nobody does this. I Love this Ross!

Looks empty in many areas of the store. The fitting room associate was friendly and lines were average wait timesUpdate: store sells through a lot of product for the smaller town it is in. Customer service has been consistent.
