The Lady rep has great customer service. I was looking for a 5x6 piece of linoleum. They had a couple to choose from so I got the color I wanted. They have remnants of all sizes.

Great service ! Lots of helpfull tips for someone doing it without a pro.. We bought the glue down vinyl and we were a little afraid of doing it ourselves but after the owners here gave us some tips we went home and laid down some glue and started laying the flooring ,was way easier than the snap together variety and will not seperate like what has happened with our previous snap together vinyl. Looks excellent..

Don't waste your time anywhere else; Knutson's was so wonderful! I stopped at a few places in town and they not only blew the competitors out of the water with price savings but they had my house completed, paid and done in less than a week. The installers did an excellent job as well. I wasn't sure what I wanted and they had me home in less than 20 minutes with the perfect flooring for my needs. I was 'floored' with the price, quality, and friendly service. When I need carpet I will not waste my time anywhere else. Thank you Knutson's!

Honest and Knowledgeable. Great record keeping on previous work they have done. Great quality and competitively priced. A personal suggestion is not using wide flat transition trim to avoid nail/brad issues.

They were great! They got the measurements the same day we chose the carpet we liked and had us booked for installation within 2 weeks. Our carpets look great and at an awesome price. Would definitely recommend!!!

I bought carpet for my living room and master bedroom and they installed it in March 2021. They insisted that I pay the entire cost upfront before they would do the installation. I’m not a fan of doing that because I have no recourse if something goes wrong. But against my better judgment I paid the entire bill upfront. The day after they came, I made a trip down to their store to complain about the seam showing in the living room. They assured me that they would get back with me and make an appointment to come and look at it and fix it. I have been calling a dozen times since March and I cannot get anyone to return my phone calls. It’s now the end of May. I definitely don’t recommend Knutson’s carpet hut! They don’t care about their customers only about the sale.

We used to purchase wood pellets here and had several bags on account to be picked up when we decided to move. Knutson's gave us in-store credit for the bags on account which we used to purchase an area rug. They didn't have to do this so it was much appreciated. I am sure this great customer service extends to all faucets of their business.

The first time we went service was great w a purchase of flooring. The second time, during the pandemic,we had them install carpet. They were not as friendly... And the workers they sent werent either. It was a unfriendly father and a son. When they removed the carpet they told us we werent allowed in the room for liability purposes. The wood under the carpet was failing in places but they didnt show or tell us and just placed the flooring over top. So the floor is bowing because has several week spots that are getting worse. They should have asked if we wanted to fix the floor boards before continuing. We woukd have... so all that money down the drain. We now go to Henicks for all our building supplies in Bandon and they are open Sundays!
