I am working on a home project with my experienced cousin assisting and directing me through the process. I didn't have him with me when I stopped in to look at trim before deciding to head to Eugene. Coos Head Builders CoOp that says "Do It Yourself Center" in big words on the front of the building didn't have what I was looking for but I found some brackets that where perfect for another project ($3 more than I found them elsewhere). I asked the guy at the register a question because I wanted to back up my logic and he looked at me and said, " you should probably hire someone to do the job". Seriously, I am at the Do It Yourself Center to be told to hire a professional. Thank you, but I won't be returning.

Purchased 3 stormdoors for my home. 2 arrived after only a few weeks. One was for a 30" door and it has been backordered for three months. NOT Do It Bests fault, it's the manufacturers fault. Lawsons windows and doors I think.

The prices on hardware are good. Tools prices are a bit steep. Found what I was looking for quickly and wanted to walk around to look at what a store I had never been in had to offer. Apparently to them this meant I was a thief because a worker followed me into every isle acting like he was down stocking. I might go back, if the price is better than ACE.

Staff was not friendly. Acted as though I was bothering them. I bought some lumber...It was VERY poor grade and outside in the rain. I had to let the wood dry before I could use it.
