Always a pleasure, never disappoint from the moment you step into the store to the very last bite of your handcrafted sandwich that always hits the spot!The staff and customers are always interacting which gives that home style country Neighborly atmosphere.Everything and everyone always seems to be clean. They offer a few local made items that gives a nice touch, who doesn't want some local honey to freeze dried candy.Always a great addition to my day!Keep up the great work I'll be back!

I've been curious about this place ever since I moved to the area. It's very close to where I live and the reviews on the sandwiches definitely caught my attention. Today I got a "build your own" sandwich. I chose a veggie sandwich with avocado and oil and vinegar. It was a very oily sandwich! This happens a lot at most sandwich shops anyway, so not too big of a deal. The experience was alright but it didn't meet my expectations, unfortunately. The customer service wasn't the best but overall I had a good, quick lunch. 3.5

We called in our order at 11 am for a pickup of only two sandwiches at 1:30. When I came in to pick them up they told me they did not make the sandwiches because they ran out of the meat that I ordered and didnt have my phone number to call me back. I was shocked they hadnt planned to save the meat for my order since I called it in 30 minutes after the deli opened. Also I was shocked at how sandwich artist yelled at me “you didnt give us your number” in front of everyone in the store. well - nobody asked for it, they only asked for my name. The embarrased cashier offered us substituted meat for our sandwhiches and I decided to say yes. The cashier was nice enough to at least say sorry but was quickly interrupted by the sandwhich artist yelled at me “I dont even know what you tried to order” when told her the lady I spoke to on the phone offered me two sandwhiches and I just said yes to both. Its not my job to memorize your sandwiches when its the special of the day. After I asked how long it would take i was told 5 minutes. We then waited for 15 minutes as the loud mouthed sandwich maker took multiple personal calls in the back, cursed as she made sandwhiches, and had an inappropriate conversation that everyone could here in the back room on her phone call. Leaving her two coworkers to cover for the packed deli. Then we found out our new sandwhiches had been waiting for who knows how long - because no one told us they were ready. upon leaving the lady who originally yelled at me tried to ring me up for the sandwhiches, after I already paid for them. I had to interupt her THREE times to tell her Ive paid. I finally just yelled “MA’AM Im trying to talk to you!” She laughed and said well why didnt you just grab the sandwhiches and leave. Then the loud lady yelled at us twice to take a bag, after we told them we dont need a plastic bag FOUR times. Ive been going here for almost 7 years but ll just start going somewhere where they dont hire wackos who yell at customers when they make a mistake. This is a stop we really wish we would have skipped. It’s unfortunate Bungalow has scooped so low to hire someone who clearly has never successfully worked in customer service. I dont think Ive ever written a negative review but am just shocked at how I was treated.Edit: The owner reached out to me letting me know she was sorry and would talk to the employees. Worth a bump up in star for accountability, hopefully they followed through.

Their sandwiches are great! However over the 2 years I’ve been coming here the sandwiches have become thinner and the last few three times I’ve come I’ve been over charged. The 1st time I didn’t notice and the receipts aren’t detailed so you don’t notice. The next 2 times I had to inform them they weren’t doing the correct prices. so now when I do go I buy my sandwich separately from any add on items.

The sandwiches at this place are incredible, as good as I've had anywhere, small town or not. Exactly what you want when you have a hankering for a hot sandwich, hits the spot. Highly recommend pastrami on either ciabatta or sour dough, grilled, with tomato, mayo, deli mustard, avocado, red onion, and lettuce. Husband and I agree that this place is excellent. Chef is very nice, too.

My first experience here didn't go well. Upon arriving at 2:45 we were excited to try their sandwiches for lunch today. Unfortunately their bread was frozen and unable to eat. The store also closes at 3pm, but they were quick to put their closed sign up by 2:55pm. Not a good first impression for a deli enthusiast. I will readdress this review if I ever attend Bungalow in the near futureUpdate:I was able to make it to Bungalow still eagerly awaiting the roast beef. The sandwich was nothing special. The goods were possibly from Safeway. A sandwich I could've made at home. This location stays an avg 2*

My favorite little corner store. Amazing Sammys with fresh bread from Empire Bakery. Fresh greens, limited but fresh af, perfect beer selection (I say this with regards of how indecisive I am. Not big section + great beers = not gone forever. Anyway, this place is a gem! Great staff, beautiful couple that owns and works there as well. You that little store when you were 7, that you saved your change to spend at?!? Well this is it, but better 😉
