Got several paint products recently. The top dog was the Gallery series. Sprayed on flawlessly... very hard & gorgeous luster! The ceiling paint was great, too. The newer chemistries dry hard and fast compared with standard latex formulations. Love the colors, too.

The sales associates are kind, warm and friendly people who work hard to be helpful. I would refer a friend for the premade colors in their original SW brand but I would not recommend SW for color matching, even when selecting an SW premade color in a different formula of SW paint. The sales associate recommended the Duration paint rather than the Emerald Design & said they could color match but none of the 4 gallons of paint I purchased match the original paint color. One is more yellow than beige, one is more pink than grey, one is more yellow white than pink white and finally, the closest match was much lighter than the original. Disappointing when you’ve purchased $300 worth of paint you can’t use.

Thank you Haven @ Sherwin Williams for all the paint color suggestions and multiple shades of white and black for my home. It’s barely been a few days and I feel like it’s an entirely different house when I pull up to my garage.The house was this horrible pink color when I bought it in September and then it rained for 10 months and I had to live with it!And mucho thank you to my house painter Wes! The quality of your work is bar far the best!

Service was fast, friendly and professional. Gino was so helpful and knowledgeable, such a pleasure to work with. Doing a full remodel of our Waldport, Golf course home, Gino's advertised us with the proper High-end Sherwin Williams paint. So happy to be able to shop locally.

I have never had a bad experience with the Newport, OR location. They have been helpful with color selection, tools, and getting me what I need for the many projects I've had this year. In fact, the last time I went in there Harmony even knew off the top of her head the color of the concrete stain I'd gotten 3 weeks prior (I even asked if she looked it up!). Highly recommend this store to anyone who needs quality paint and excellent customer service.

Immaculate Store. Sales person had excellent knowledge and was very friendly and helpful. I'd go there again. Sherwin Williams came highly recommended by our painter. In fact he insisted on it. We're glad he did. The finished product is great.

Haven and Olivia provided excellent customer service and matched my paint color spot on better than I even thought it could be doneI gave them a sample that was worn and dirty and they matched the color so perfect I was truly amazed.

I asked a simple question. "What do I use to waterproof my wood deck? I want to retain the weathered look." I'm handed a can of transparent oil based stain. I leave it for my handyman to apply while I'm not home and he applies it. To my surprise the "transparent" stain looks really red. It looks really red because it really is red. Redwood. Not transparent like the can states. (The red deck doesn't go well with the new house colors.) It's not my job to be an expert at what product to use. That's why I go to a professional. I thought that's what I'd get at this Sherwin-Williams Paint Store. I didn't and I'm not happy about it.

Alicia and Olivia and haven have been a fresh of breath air after dealing with Sherwin Williams in Tucson. Although my sales rep there for Archerland was Lee, his hands were tied with excuses of why every store in Tucson was always out of 1 product or another. This store is well stocked with no excuses, they don't need any, they got it together. Been with sw since they bought old quacker, all of you use to have it all taken care of, I'm glad these people at sw Newport Oregon are on top of it all. God bless

PEOPLE BEWARE: Yesterday, I made the mistake of ordering 5 gallons of a particular paint color for the exterior of our home, only to find they are now putting in 5 gallon VATS (tubs) that are difficult to lift & carry. We have a very tall home and need a lift to reach the peaks, so, obviously a 5-gallon VAT doesn't work. When I returned this afternoon for a gallon of trim paint, I requested a 1-gallon bucket to be used to tote smaller amounts of the paint in the 5-gallon VAT. I was charged $5 for the empty can!!! (I requested the can at no cost due to the 5-gallon VAT issue, but was turned down!) The moral of this story is: request only 4 gallons of paint OR be sure to request 5 gallons in 1-gallon cans!!! Not all of the customers are able & willing to tote 5-gallon VATS -- AND -- the added lifting & holding stress of pouring the paint from the 5-gallon VAT to the gallon can for easier use is extremely hard on the shoulders, arms, hands, etc.! Sure wish Sherwin-Williams had more competition! The attention to our situation left MUCH to be desired!

Not happy, was told they were open on Sunday, I went on Sunday at 10:30am, they were suppose to open at 10:00. There were professional painters waiting for store to open also. Went and did other errands and came back.. no note and still not open. I will revise my post if there is an awfully good reason for this to happen.

I would give them a 5 star, but they are always slow, cant necessarily blame them as mixing paint takes time. Great quality paint, nice selection, and reliable prices.

They do not have answers for the reason why my deck is keeling and I need to know how to fix it. I asked for the manager to call me I have heard from no-one. It took almost an hour to get paint mixed he kept forgetting what color I asked for. I only needed some samples. The paint prices were outrageous and they were not willing to compete with anyone
