The bus stop is very near this hidden gem of a shop, & it's been a few months since I was in, but every time I've been there it's been a 5-star experience. The first time I just wandered in to see what it was, since I had extra time before catching the bus. It's in a strip mall (oh & by the way, the bus stop near there doesn't have a bench or even a pole to mark it (!) so if you're new to the area, trust me, the bus does stop there). Anyway, I expected to find mainly protein powder etc, but it is a full fledged health & supplement shop similar to Natural Grocers' wonderful vitamin section, with nice folks who can help answer questions. I was so excited to find this shop! I'll be stopping by again soon.

I walked in Not sure what I was looking for but I was assisted super quickly by a kind woman. I didn't catch her name but she was extremely helpful and got me what I needed. Highly recommend

My friend stopped by because their 4 year old son really had to use the restroom. It was an emergency. They told him the restroom wasn't for public use, so they offered to buy something so they could use the bathroom. They still refused while his son was crying trying to hold in his emergency. He ended up having an accident and was so so so embarassed. Who would let a child wet themselves over a non-public bathroom? Completely flabbergasted.

Health Haven Vitamins is a "one of a kind" store in Newport. The store is easily entered from either direction off HWY 101, and access back to the HWY is at a traffic light! The store has vitamins and supplements and other health related products. Locally owned and managed by a long time Newport resident. The shop sometimes offers discounts and the staff is always helpful and friendly. It is one of a small number of stores that carry Standard Process products.
