It’s a cute shop, but I can’t believe how rude the employees are! There was a slender redhead that kept rolling her eyes at me as if she knew I couldn’t afford that purse I was looking at. Even the heavyset gal missing half of her front teeth gave me attitude! I thought a small coastal town would be more welcoming of business, but guess not …Hope you get some teeth soon!

I drop in here occasionally and I have noticed that over the years past the pandemic with inflation they have increased their prices substantially for the men's clothing. Sometimes if they are uninformed of what they are selling and price it half of retail then you can actually get a good deal here ( this is like 20 - 25% of men's clothing items) but most if not all the items surpass retail price and it seems they do not knock down the price as per the clothing items condition even if it has tears/substantial staining. I have to give them an extra star because the friendly workers here have the store well organized, I just don't dig their wacky business model. The plethora of other reviews for this outlet can attest to that.

Employee’s are rude and apparently since they work at a boutique they think there too good to acknowledge you or even help you. This was my first time at a Goodwill boutique and I don’t think I’ll be returning. Prices on some of the items in the store were absolutely ridiculous, these items were donated how can they get away with charging so much!?!

It is absolutely appalling that an organization can accept used items and sell them for a premium price. Most of the prices are far too high and sometimes even more than what they sell for in new condition at a department store.The positive about this location is that this store is organized nicely, and most of the products are in good condition. I've never been "welcomed" by an employee while there, but they have never been rude to me. They are generally helpful when I have asked about a product that is located behind the counter.Unfortunately, I cannot fully recommend this store due to their outrageous prices on used and donated goods.

Prices on a lot of items here are MORE than retail, as new items.If that huge, glaringly awful fact alone hasn't stoped you - the selection here is terrible. If it's a boutique I would assume they filter for nice brands but there's plenty of low quality fast fashion brands.The staff here make you feel really uncomfortable for some reason too. If you're under 60 years old prepare to feel the hot, fiery eyes of judgement for absolutely no reason.(I've been here NUMEROUS times and it's always the same)

This store is very organized and clean but the prices are wild for these used items. They call it Goodwill Boutique to justify this pricing but I didn't see any brand names worth buying in here.

Place was crazy expensive for items that are donated. Not only that it’s not name branded clothes that are expensive just basic brands. Most of the clothes were granny looking. So maybe that’s the target audience was old people using their retirement money on all that.

This is a one of a kind "boutique" Goodwill. You feel like you're ok n a high end store in the mall. Space to move around, things are not crowded. Sales staff is friendly and helpful, circulating in the store. Clothes are all new or like new name brand, high end items.

Prices are absurd for used items , and used toys that cost The same price brand new. Used squishmallows that's are almost full price of what I could pay online for a brand new one. Only positive I found 3 useful books. Which were over priced for being used.

Goodwill Boutique raises the bar on your expectations for a thrift store, this is a small, well organized and quaint shopping experience that features gently used and higher quality items for sale than your typical Goodwill location, staff is friendly, attentive and helpful in a proactive manner, great finds can be had if you look. Not sure how this is not fraud. Selling donated items at premium prices. I don’t know how good will can justify it, buts it’s disgusting. I was chatting with some local unhoused people near by who could use a cheap shop for clothes, they laughed and said they can’t even shop at good will because it’s over priced.

UPDATE: I did end up going back for A perfect pair of 80s acid wash jeans. So I upped my rating from two stars to three. However the jeans shrank so much I can’t wear them now. The joke is on me!REVIEW: Don’t hate me for being honest! This place is kind of like the Emperor’s New Clothes. Lots of people think it’s snazzy and high end. Hate to break it to you, it’s just another Goodwill. But much more expensive.Still it’s fun to pop in just to see it. The staff is very kind. The people watching is more interesting than looking at what’s for sale!Don’t say I didn’t warn you… ;)

The classiest Goodwill I've ever been in! It's obvious that they have some of the best merchandise in here that gets donated, and it's organized in a very, eye pleasing manner, but it's not cheap.

OUTRAGEOUSLY over-priced! "Boutique" or not. ALL of the items are DONATED/FREE inventory for you. N what cross-eyed individual in the back room is pricing these items!!?? Geezuz!!! How can u swindle customers like that? Have you no shame? That's EXTREMELY rude & greedy. Will never go back. I trully don't even know how they are STILL open at this rate!!! 🤯🤯🤯 #dontbother

Nicely adorned with quality merch, however just not my cup of tea. Not to say many still be disappointed, quite the opposite really.Clothing is actually labeled correctly and placed properly. Displays have been curated and shown in wonderful and artistic fashion. I'm more of a hunter, a digger of lost treasures. Treasures not commonly known nor priced accordingly.Anyway, parking plentiful, ADA compliant and a courteous staff.

Zero stars ! I came in here and spent over $100. The woman with the really bad make up all over her face, made it a point to follow me all over the store like I was going to steal something. This woman judged me by my tattoos I walk around with thousands of dollars worth of tattoos on my body every single day that’s before I even put my clothes on. Who are you to judge anybody you work at Goodwill! You have no idea what the people that come into the store do for a living! The cost of my tattoos …..more than you would make in months ! I shopped here because my mother taught me used is just as good as new ! I highly doubt I’ll be back again ! Well at least until your gone ! You need to take a look at yourself in the mirror before you go judge anyone! You are as ugly on the inside as you are on the outside!

Very well organized. The pricing is market competitive and not thrift oriented. If you're looking for name brands that are slightly used this place is good. For things that aren't limited edition it'd be more effective to shop end of season at the retail stores the items came from.

I get it Goodwill Boutique, prices are going to obviously be higher. The 2 old ladies that opened up at 10 on August 31 have horrible customer service skills. Nice store, just seems out of place in Newport.

While the higher end items were interesting to see, they wanted 130 bucks for a pair of used athletic shoes! My grandfather and I went there yesterday and they greeted us in a not-so-friendly manner that regular Goodwill employees have in the past. My grandfather found a really cool antique electronic that was not labeled with a price, so he asked. She was very rude and explained the process to him to find out the price like he was dumb. Then she proceeded to almost shout at us about the no returns no exchanges policy. She told all the employees to make sure that they had that on the receipt. Very rude service, and made me feel dumb and unwelcome.TL;DR: prices are ridiculous, service and employees rude.

Really interesting experience! It's completely different than any goodwill and the inventory is totally different than I expected. If you like to find the high quality/label brands in your average thrift without the effort of sifting through things for ages this is the place for you. Prices are a little more than other Goodwill's I've been to nearby but not outrageous. The store is very small and is mostly wardrobe and home decor. Had a fun time looking around but prefer the variety of a standard goodwill.

It was so spendy 24.99 for kods leggings yes nice brand new they are 39.99 but come on its donated to them. Everything is above 19.99, with getting anything on sale. High-end brands they mark high-end prices....

Very nice upscale secondhand boutique! The women who were working greeted us when we walked in but that was it. Have to say a used bottle of men's Chaps at $59.99 was way too expensive. You can go to a retail store or online and get the same items cheaper. They did have nice items and some things I would have loved to add to my collection but not at the prices they are marked. Sadly, but gladly, we left without purchasing anything! The parking lot was not well thought out when done! No clear directions unless you are a regular.

Always greeted with a smile and hello. Shop is very clean and follows CDC guidelines. Have shopped there several times and have been pleased with my items.More upscale than regular Goodwill and prices for the name brands they carry are very reasonable. Clothes are clean and displays are a delight to see.I have bought glassware and books and the prices were quite less than I would have paid in a bookstore and antique store.Highly recommend this boutique.

Had a wonderful shopping experience here and the woman at the check out was very courteous. Prices were very good for the items I purchased and I was very pleased. Will be coming back to shop again when I come back to town.

Avoid this store. The prices are outrageous. No color sale per the employee working there because "these are higher end goods." $349.99 for a bike with rust, $59.99 for a used bottle of cologne, etc. It gives goodwill a bad name and I was thinking how GREEDY it makes the whole place feel, especially since they get their items free of charge through donations. Again, avoid this store and shop somewhere else!!!

With a lack of thrift stores in our area and good ones over 30 minutes away, we we're thrilled to imagine a goodwill for Newport. We just don't get to Lincoln city very often. Our community donates tons of items to Goodwill, so a drop off center was long overdue. It's a huge improvement to the grumpy man with weird hours who always said he had no room in the truck when we would actually catch him. This is a working fishing community that isn't looking for $200 jeans. We went into the Botique once and will never go again. The items we saw we're overpriced for the brands they were. I'll stay with eBay. I can even get some of those brands new for better. You've taken away the thrill of the treasure hunt and affordability. If you are picking out "cream of the crop" items then that makes me wonder about regular Goodwill's. Maybe it's not worth going there either if supposedly everything good has already been picked out and overpriced.

Best goodwill I've ever been to! The customer service was wonderful, the ladies were super sweet and excited that I found my prom dress here and they were really welcoming and nice.

I have been to several boutique Goodwill stores. Having been familiar with the value of many items selling high-end goods and even 50 or 25% of retail when they’re FREE is extremely irresponsible with the stewardship of free clothes and items. Goodwill needs to go back to its original source of lower prices and high-volume sales rather than just a few large sale ticket items.
