I'm actually surprised that this store hasn't had a complete remodel and upgrade since rebranding the store. This is generally one of the best places to obtain fuel due to the lower prices. The bathrooms are less than desirable, and there are times when the bathrooms look like they haven't been cleaned in days. This location is very busy and the lines can move very slowly at times. As far as the customer service goes, I've had mixed experiences.The store has plenty of snacks and beverages to choose from. I do recommend looking at your beverages closely if you purchase a bottle from the coolers. I've left with a bottle of water that was clearly opened prior to my purchase. I didn't return since we had already left. I also purchased a hamburger and found it to be crumbling and stale once I left.It is a quick place to stop for fuel and/or snacks. I would recommend searching for a bathroom at another location if you can wait. Your overall experiences will vary at this location.

Sometimes this place has the best gas prices in town and they are conveniently located, so check them out. They also have daily deals on fast foods at the well-stocked convenience store. Friendly employees at the pumps.

The employees are lazy...I'm sure you all have experienced this at one point in time. They were out of condiments one time and I already had buns out for hot dogs ask for some condiments and they said they would get them however instead stood around doing nothing. 15 minutes later I ended up throwing all the food away... And God forbid you call and ask the price of something... I'm surprised they get business. The employees should be replaced with people who are there to actually work.

First time visiting Newport, OR. Circle K was our first stop along the Oregon coast. Fueled up, grabbed a snack and used a special code to enter the restroom. The attendant was kind enough to recommend exploring the waterfront. A whole fleet of boats filled the harbor. Seals roared in the distance. A scary bridge peeked in the horizon. Great experience.

No gas attendants the last few times I've been. Granted I'm in my 20s and able bodied, but what about the disabled who can't get out of their car? Unlawful as well.

Fuel price was fine, selected several items from inside and ended up leaving them. "Sally smokes a lot" was arguing with the single cashier about a discount on her Copenhagen.(there was another employee standing by the door doing nothing with 7 or 8 people in line behind me). My patience was exhausted after 5 or 10 minutes and I decided I'd rather leave the snacks

The employees are friendly and helpful. The fact they are open 24 hours in a town who shuts down by 9 pm, makes them more than convenient for myself.

The cashier is young and as the line of people waiting. She made a remark about how the line was getting bigger so I don't know if she did it purposely or not but I had to get my snacks. Hopefully she can understand that people who hear that may be thinking about going to a different store. Hope she gets people pleasing training soon. The store was clean.

Had to stay there in RV on the 4th of july due to running out of gas. GPS hated us and took us on logging road.The manager was nice , friendly & understanding when she showed up to open store. Will go back every time we are in town.

Please Save Yourself and go anywhere else but here!!A disgusting place inside and out, the employees are all horrible people.You can tell just by all of their attitudes they absolutely hate their lives, very quick to take it out on the customers.Literally any other gas station in Newport is better than this pathetic excuse for a circle k.

Improvements in staff and business! They do NOT have diesel! New hot food options up and running soon! Pizza is good! They just did a big remodel and weren’t taking cash for a bit but that’s all fixed now. Looking forward to new things here!

This station is not handicap friendly. They had stuff stored out front on the sidewalk and with cars parked, couldn't get through with walker. Also had stuff stored by the bathrooms and couldn't get to the bathrooms. Then had stuff stored at the back end of the aisles and couldn't get through aisle at the back of the store. Got help from family to get into bathroom and there was no toilet paper or paper towels and bathroom was filthy. Won't be stopping here again. Told cashier about issues and was treated rudely.

Pumping gas at the coast in the winter is no fun but they have managed to find some great employees. Quick on their feet, polite, nice. I don't go inside.

Just left there. The cashier working I believe her name is Bridget is extremely rude and disrespectful. I’ve worked a corporate customer service job the last 6 years and I have never encountered someone so out of line. If I was in charge of this location she would be getting some serious customer service training and if the problem continued I would let her go.

*Update- nothing has changed!*Describe this place in one word.🤔TERRIBLE!Lazy employees, poor management and store hygiene. This place is a real disaster, the employees have no pride in their work. Apparently they are all angry at life and make sure to make that very obvious.The shelves are always half empty, they never have hot food like advertised. I honestly wished this place would close its doors, the Circle K at the intersection of hwy 20 & 101 is disgrace to this community and to the brand name!🤷🏻‍♂️

Kyle is the rudest attendant I have ever dealt with. Started by telling me I’m doing my card too fast, then proceeded to ask me if it’s all done when the pump stopped. My reply was “I don’t know, not allowed to touch it”. He put in another gallon the. Asked if I wanted to check it. Rude, I will never come to this station again.

The clerk's are a hit and miss with service (it's either super efficient or completely opposite). It's usually always clean,but their computer system doesn't always work and I have to use my debit card somewhere else!!!

Will avoid at all cost. If you want to feel like your in the hood, get disrespected and really slow service then this is the place to stop. If you don't want that then I suggest avoid this location at all cost. Surprised they are still open.

I know it's Christmas but the fact that drivers in OREGON, where it is illegal to do so, are having to pump themselves because the attendant disappeared as cars pile up and block traffic. I understand that this time of year is hard to staff but come on!

They just took over for shell in our town. I stopped getting gas here because they take way more off the card when getting gas at the pump, and takes close to a week to get put back on card. In oregon they pump gas for you, so I do not want to get out and pre pay when I can just go down the street.

Bathrooms smell of aged urine. If paying cash for gas, have to prepay inside first, if filling up gas tank using cash, can't...have to guess how much $it will take to fill.🤪 Place out of large coffee cups for over 3 weeks. Then outta sugar for multiple days. Today out of large and medium coffee cups, sugar and creamer...certain employees very rude...need to go to a customer service workshop ... If hate the public...then don't work with the public.
