I'm down rating this store. They're is one of the nicest and friendly retailers in town but I don't know why they choose to sullen their reputation by allowing Chick-fil-A to park their food truck in their site. They're LESS than friendly to a large segment of our population. The local Ace store will have to decide if they want to be associated with that or not.

They don't always have what you want or the best price but they have the best and most knowledge for service. Sometimes that's worth paying a little extra. They are also closer to downtown Newberg than the big box stores gas means something.Price not always the best tand when they do have sales they don't always have the item they have on sale.Really friendly staff. Usually a fast check out as they quickly add cashier's to keep it moving

I like to spend my money with locally owned businesses. I believe it helps keep the money local. I am even willing to pay a little more for the product and customer service, but no longer at this business. I wandered around passing the store manager twice looking for help, I am not happy. She was too busy talking to her friends to pay attention to customers. When I did find an employee that I had to get his attention, he just pointed the general direction where I may find what I need. I understood why when I walked out of the store because he was on break. You 100% lost my business today.

Everyone here is so helpful, and able to make alternative suggestions if I can't find what I'm looking for. Ace is a cornerstone for great customer service in Newberg and I appreciate the time their employees dedicate to help me. Thank you Ace!

Went here to get my screen door repaired. Had a window screen repaired here previously. Got what I needed done and I was happy with the results. Good place.

Helpful staff, wide selection of products, TONS of power tools, 🛠️🔧 and clean bathrooms. Best part of the visit was the made in Montana selection of products near the entrance.

The ladies' night was fun. I missed Vicki, and the event was not as fun as last year. There were fewer items for stocking stuffers and not a lot on sale. I purchased a Dewalt battery, but it was $6 more than Amazon. Still I wanted to buy local.

I would give it five stars if the staff was more knowledgeable about what they carry and the prices were posted. The last three times I've been in, more than half of the items I was interested in had no price tag whatsoever. Very frustrating. That being said, the staff members are friendly and the store carries several things that aren't available in other Newberg stores. I also really enjoy looking at their gift boutique section, which is always set up beautifully with unique things and does have clear pricing.

Part of that's true. Except the fact what I call the "Betty Isle"/ clothing ect. Only will take stuff back before 14 days. I won't shop there for stuff like that ever again. I should say the employees are doing great - still great service with the new owners. But even the employees have there issues with them. Sad. Funny take what Mark & Betty build and tear it down. Just saying

Check your receipts. 3 Separate visits and each time merchandise rang up higher than the shelf tag price. And unless you clearly tell the clerk no, and double check what they are doing, they are automatically rounding up your purchase for charity. #nickelanddimingcustomers

The people at Ace Hardware Newberg are the kindest, most helpful bunch. I go in often as I work on small home and art projects, and I've never had a bad encounter there. They answer my silly questions and help me find every little thing when I need assistance - and they always do with a smile. Thank you, Ace for instilling a wonderful customer service ethic.

Every time I visit it here, I've had a pleasant time. The employees are always chipper and happy. I typically can always find what I need. I'm glad they're here locally, seeing that there's no other hardware stores for 30 minutes either direction.

They have sooo much stuff here. Whatever I need, no matter how obscure, they usually have it. The staff is plentiful, friendly and helpful. They are all good members and supporters of the community. And unlike the evil big boxes, you can buy one tiny screw instead of being forced to buy a box of twenty. I love shipping here for all the hardware that I need. Plus, they have a great rewards program.

Very friendly store and I highly recommend downloading their app for discounts. Prices are fair and not as low as Home Depot, but I found it's much more worth it to shop here and get the help you need.

I go to this store so frequently. It's my most shopped store. I'd say every other day between work and personal shops. They always have what I need and everyone in there knows what they are talking about. 100% would rather go here than any gigantic hardware store where you can never find informed help. Ace IS the place. Customer service is top notch.

I live in Mcminnville, approx. 25 minutes from Ace in Newburg. I have passed store many times on the way to other places but never stopped. Today I was looking for Dewalt pruner in Mac but could not find it. While searching on Google a recommendation was made for Ace. I checked and the tool that came with batter and charger for $169.00. Not bad considering tool alone on line is usually over 119.00 so I ordered from Ace, got an immediate E mail confirming order and that I would receive a 2nd Email stating when I could pick it up which came shortly after. I went Ace. The Ace in Newburg was awesome. It's more like a country store than just hardware store. Very inviting. There were four cashiers. Yes, four. I was helped immediately, given my item, which by the way is great. Dewalt 20V PRUNER cuts with ease. This store is really great. They made my quest very enjoyable. Super friendly staff, top notch communication. I will definitely be stopping by from now on when I am going by. Thank you ACE!
