Great store in the heart of wine country. Great (& large) wine selection + excellent service in the wine department!I love this Grocery Outlet. They have a lot of interesting items, are wine and food focused and everyone is very friendly and helpful. When looking for specific items, the staff, including the wine department went above and beyond!Even though this store is out of our way, we will go here before many of the other Portland area Grocery Outlets because this is such a great store!

We stopped here for groceries while staying in Newberg and it is a nice little grocery store. They have a decent variety of items and they carry some local brews. The only thing we didn't like was the deli. If you are getting meat and cheese here, stick to the name brand items. They also were out of ketchup which sounded like it happened often. That wasn't a big deal just interesting. If you are looking for a grocery store in Newberg with great prices and a decent selection, check out Grocery Outlet.

With the rise of food prices always good to stop at Grocery Outlet to see what deals they have. Always make sure to check expiration dates before you purchase that super cheap deal. Grocery Outlet saves me money every time I shop there.

Love this locationStaff super friendly cleanWell stocked and organizedWhat I don't care for are the well what seem to be competitive shoppers that are there complaining about the prices and the stock.It's a bargain market. They get what they can get. Their prices are considerably lower than any Super market aroundSorry you get things for free and are used to complaining and getting further discounts.This place is locally owned and well run with great prices. If you don't like it just don't come. Move on and shop where you find the better prices where ever that may be

I shop here on a regular basis. They have many great deals, but you can sometimes find better prices with other stores running sales, so you do need to do your homework. Overall it is a very clean store with average customer service, but when I was in there last night I was surprised by the service I received from a young lady who I think was named Abby. She saw me carrying a hand full of groceries near the checkout, she immediately stopped what she was working on and asked if she could help me. There was another checker with only one person in line so she could have made me wait, but she jumped in and checked me out and was very friendly the whole time. I was super impressed by her level of service! Great job Abby!

I visited grocery outlet recently and they have made a lot of changes, including remodeling and upgrading the stock they carry. I will definitely go back for the steals and deals, and their healthy nutritious food

I love the deals on all their great foods, it just kind of sucks that the food is always rotating in and out, so it's ashtrays a hit or miss on food you really enjoy, but it is what it is, good food and friendly staff, a good place to shop

This is consistently the worst Grocery Outlet. The “manager” Jermey is always rude. They have the worst customer service. There’s many other locations to shop I would not come to this one if you can help it.

My wife and I were touring some of the wineries and made a quick stop for water and snacks. We found everything we wanted and check out was fast and easy. Staff was very friendly.

Nice clean store with fantastic prices. I had not been into any of the grocery outlets for at least a year and on a whim decided to pop in to the lancaster store recently. I was both shocked and delighted at the prices and selection. They have most anything you might want including vitamins, supplements, household and seasonal items. They have a really diverse selection of goods which I really like. I picked up some ground venison at a really good price and found some items we use but in different brands then the usual you find at the main grocery stores in town. I know some people like to stick to the brands they know and there are plenty of the usual brands too. Also there's a good selection of organic and keto foods. There are some great deals in the personal care section as well.I'll definatly be going back and likely doing the majority of my grocery shopping here. The prices are right the staff are very kind and the variety is fun.

Shame on management. 7 people stood in line with full carts while trying to check out and the poor cashier was alone. He called for a backup cashier and three people including the manager came out of the back room which I thought was to help but NO THEY ALL WENT ON A SMOKE BREAK as we all still stood in line. Really has gone down hill.

I absolutely love this store. Clean, quick, and hassle free. It has everything I need at great low costs. And the customer service is amazing. My cashier girl her name was something exotic. Nomi well she was just so sweet, she even helped me carry all my groceries to my car.

I love the unique items I can find at Grocery Outlet, understanding that they come and go. I always shop there first for items on my list because their prices are good.Their wine collection is overseen by a very knowledgeable sommelier who is always very willing to help find a wine you will enjoy.

This is my favorite local grocery store. Do they have the selection a bigger corporate owned store has? No. That doesn't matter though, because the prices more than make up for lack of selection. Everyone who works there is fun and friendly, but I will always wait in line if it means Colleen will be my cashier. She is friendly, funny, and has amazing customer service skills. I hope she's being paid her weight in gold.

This store is the best. They have the most healthy food that my 14 kids actually WANT to eat. And they even carry my favorite wine. And the girl at the counter, Naomi I think, was so sweet she even watched my kids for 2 hours while I ran back for my purse I left at home. I come back and shed taught them the importance of recycling and taking care of our planet. Now my kids can't wait to go back to grocery outlet!!!

There is a checker, Sydni,Sydney, who seems to not understand that you need to have a pick up the pace when there is a line waiting. I was a store checker myself once and I know what good service means and it is my feeling that Sydni needs better training if she is to be a check out clerk. She was so slow that people were leaving the line to go to another. Plus, when the next checker came they didn't get the person who was next in line, which yes was me. My thoughts are if you have people waiting in line and you open up another stand you should go to the person who Center waiting the longest and get them first not just say check stand five is open and let people just pile over there totally avoiding or not being polite enough to allow the people who've been waiting the longest to go there. If a checker is going to open up another check stand they should make the effort to go over to the next person who's waiting and been waiting to say I'll take you first and then anybody after that.

This is my go to place for great prices for plants, flowers, many types of food items. The prices range from good to amazing and the quality is pretty darn good nearly always. You'll always find something you haven't seen before and suddenly NEED to try it, but since the cost is reasonable you'll decide, "oh, why not". My family makes it as a weekly shopping destination for several things, like breads, teas, frozen foods, chips, cereals, beverages, canned goods, etc. One caution is that you do need to pay attention to expiration dates. They do a pretty good job of clearing the shelves of soon to expire items, but occasionally you have to spot the date and decide for yourself if it's okay.We really like having GOBM so close to us and ship there often.

Kind of disappointing. This specific store is not like the ads portray. They show 2 prices-their price and other retailers price. The problem is on the items I checked the other store prices are so far off even convenient stores like Plaid Pantry, 7-Eleven and gas station prices even beat them to the point it's almost fraudulent pricing. Then when checking out I noticed the cashiers inform the customers how much they "saved" using the other store pricing.It has been awhile but I have been in other Grocery Outlets that had a lot more selection that this one.
