This is the best dollar tree ever. Kind employees, a great selection of products, and amazing prices!! I understand they're short-staffed and I am so appreciative of everyone who puts in their hard work to make this store so incredible. I stop by every night for snacks and drinks! :)

This store was reasonably busy, but with limited staff. Lots of interesting items to browse, but beware of price increases. Most items now cost $1.25 not $1.00, with a 5 cent bag charge also.

All the shelves are bare because the employees are all standing around in the front of the store talking about how the government just wants old people to die. I'd talk to the manager but they were the loudest of the group.On the bright side, it was my quickest visit there in some time since I didn't have to wait in the excessively long line.

This is probably the worst dollar tree in the nation. The employees are rude and unhelpful. They are never stocked. There's always a huge line and the cashier is nowhere to found. If you want to be frustrated and to feel unwelcomed, this is the place.

The management there likes to order doordash and then say it has never delivered. Specially when they order from taco bell and its 5 minutes walk or less from them. Overall i can see why the store is a complete mess.

The Newberg store is closed. No warning, no notice, will not answer their phone? It is now 11:49 on Thursday morning? Very Very poor store practice. Even if there is only one employee inside and willing to work, opening and tell people to be patient would be better for business than just locking up with no explanation!

I was very surprised to find this store very clean, neat and organized. Something that you don't usually see because of the large number of customers who walk in to the store and make a mess. Customer service was awesome, I didn't catch the name of the cashier but that girl did a phenomenal job. Definitely I'll go back and do business with them again.

It's extremely hard to purchase items when you only offer paper bags I only have a bike and trying to carry a paper bag on a bike is impossible Please bring back plastic bags

It's 6:20pm. I'm unable to walk thru the Newberg doors because they are locked but the website says they are open. This scenario is getting old. Making trips and unable to shop. I am an hour and a half from home!

Like everyone else, we're constantly looking for any way to save money. I have shopped many Dollar tree stores. But unlike many other of their stores, I found that this location was well stocked. And has much more to offer than the other ones. And by offering more products, means the store is much larger. I found myself spending more time ⌚ than I planned. Simply because I was checking out all they had to offer.

Not just $1.00 anymore!! It's $1.25!! Employees were chatting away with each other. Line was looong. 1 of the ladies was cussing like a sailor. Just not impressed. I'll take the extra 10 minutes to go to Sherwood.

Everything is a dollar until magically when you checkout....I had 4 items no bags and you'd think 4$ at checkout...well somehow that equated to $5 and there's no sales tax here. Now that's 4 items at 1$ each, no bags, no taxes and no receipt even when I questioned her and my husband abt it....store looked like a cyclone hit it but that just didn't aggravate me as much as being taken even if just for a dollar...really I know may sound petty but its the principle...dollar tree everything is a $1 and they took a $1! What the !×<$!

Absolutely love this dollar tree. It's small but classy. The staff is great, they made it easy to reload your green dot cards and they have awesome doggy treats!

I've been going to this Dollar Tree for years but whoever is running it now is doing a terrible job. This is what the store looked like right as they opened yesterday: messes everywhere, liquid on floor with no sign and not one of 6 employees on location were cleaning anything even after letting them know what we saw. Floors were dirty. Food on floor. The light covers are about to fall off 3 light fixtures in the store. Some rows impassable as there were boxes everywhere. The book row and books everywhere couldn't get through. The dish row had dishes on the floor. Then it took 15 minutes to get help with balloons and the lady acted like she would rather be anywhere else but there....I think she was annoyed because she saw us standing by the balloons ..looked right at us and walked away. My daughter went and got her as she was the 2nd person to do that.Rude young staff. I miss the days Manager Mike was around because he was AWESOME.The status now is poor and a lawsuit waiting to happen as soon as someone slips on the liquid left on the floor or if they get hit by one of those covers coming down...I have pictures I've sent to corporate...I will see if I can add them here too.Tried again 3/30...no dice. Tried to add photos but could only put them in the general photo area. Frosting smeared on row 4 shelf...open kickstart beverage. Another two rows with open beverages - total disorganization. Plus the ceiling light covers were not fixed.I asked cashier what is happening Sat morning? She said they are swamped but I literally within minutes of the store opening. It was not busy. She also stated she can't wait to get out of there and onto McMinnville, a much cleaner store per cashier.Upon leaving a mouse ran along the building. This was troublesome...if you see one..that means there is a whole lot more.

The store looked like a large group of children went through it speed shopping. The party aisle had a box of broken down product boxes on it. The one cashier looked tired and stressed. The other worker looked like she was watching her work.

The store was still closed after 10:30 am, when the sign says they’re open at 9. I understand understaffing could be a problem, it would just be nice if that was communicated to the customer base.

Not as big as some . I like more choices. But the cards are great and the seasonal things are nice as well. But if you find something you like get a few or more. Likely not to be there next time.

I coming into Dollar Tree when I need to buy gift wrap stuff or house-warming treats for young adults who just moved into their own place. Other good finds here are puzzle books, large plastic bowls and gift boxes during the Christmas season. If you want to get the good pickins' of seasonal items, buy it when you see it or else the product might be out of stock the next time you go in the store.
