Walked into the store and it brought back memories of the downtown stores in my hometown. Africa d who used to work there recommended Critter Cabana when my grandson was interested in insects or maybe a gecko. We came home with a milk snake and all the items needed for a home: terrarium, substrate for the bottom, hideyholes, flora and leaves, a water8ng bowl, and some food, fuzzies because she is a small snake about one year old. An apricot milk snake.

I come here often with friends :] I love the animals, the staff is great, and the store is clean. There is also paintings and stickers from local artists, and a variety of cute baked dog treats. I actually had a beta fish from here that outlived his lifespan (4 yrs)

We got two male rats for my daughter the other day. This is the only pet shop i will go to. This place treats their animals very well. Very kind and caring staff.

Brought my mom here to see the animals, they had puppies and ferrets. They always seem to have animals to adopt here, unfortunately I can't adopt anymore. Staff is very friendly as well.

I took my reptile obsessed almost 6 year old to Critter Cabana, and it was above and beyond my expectations. Hazel was accommodating, informative, and so so kind. They absolutely made my kiddo's day.The store is clean, everyone is helpful, and i highly recommend a visit for supplies, pet grooming, or to check out their reptiles and birds.

We love this small town pet store. But yesterday we had an even more amazing experience. We decided to bring our pug in for a nail trim because she suddenly stopped allowing us to it. I mean full on attack mode when trying and would bite and scratch us. Brittany took our baby and treated her like a total princess and was able to trim her nails in a matter of minutes. We were blown away. I will definitely be back!! Thank you so much!!!

New to the area and visited Critter Cabana today for the first time for a scheduled grooming appointment. Brittany asked questions at drop off to make sure she knew of any joint or other issues to be aware of for my 12yr old pup. Brittany took excellent care of my dog and even dug around to find a dinosaur bandanna to match Nahla’s collar. Great experience with really helpful counter staff too. I will definitely be returning.

Critter cabana has been the greatest find of my entire life, especially being partnered with someone who has a passion for reptiles.Me and my partner first visited critter cabana to check out a spot to get reptile supplies and instantly fell in love with this place as well as an ackie they named Nubs. We met Rowan who has an incredible amount of knowledge and passion for reptiles, and they were very willing to share that knowledge and passion with us and answer any questions we had.Because of our overwhelmingly positive experience, we have since made this our go-to for all of our pet needs. I've recently graduated from pharmacy school and also decided to get into loving reptiles and went to check out a gargoyle gecko and leopard gecko they have. Hazel and Liz have been helping us through the process of bringing them home and again both individuals are absolutely the biggest freaking help. Hazel introduced me to the lizards and also showed my partner several snakes and I thought it was so sweet that they shared what my gargoyle geckos favorites foods are, and Liz today was so overwhelmingly helpful with making sure I get everything that I need for a complete set up. I really appreciate it because I work graveyards and was very tired lol they go out of their way to make sure not only their customers are happy but that their animals and reptiles go to good homes with informed pet owners and I appreciate that a lot.Seriously the crew here is amazing, I can tell they really love their animals and reptiles and I really have been blown away by how much knowledge they have. I'm still trying to figure out lights and I think I've asked poor Rowan so many questions on lights alone but they're always happy to answer them and they don't make me feel silly for it which is a bonus. :) love this place! Thanks for helping us bring more joy into our lives.

Amazing store amazing products well displayed and decent prices today was my first time going in and my last I think as well when I asked a store associate with help about isopods she came and showed them to me was super nice for a minute and I asked about the price she said she would have to go check on that really quick for me. Then went and spent the next ten mins catching fish for someone and either totally forgot about me or didn't care about customer service. So I proceeded to the check out with a bag of leca balls and to asking again about the price of the isopods which was met with the two store associates disagreeing on the price. So long store short not the greatest experience. But amazing place below average experience due to treatment, I assume.

Went there to get a puppy for my father. An amazing lady was there that helped us find the right puppy for my dad was very knowledgeable and Patient. When my father found a puppy that he wanted to bring home she went over all the paperwork with him and explained everything got a copy of puppies medical records and what to expect. She gave us some of the food that he had been eating and went over nutrition for the puppy. Words cannot describe how amazing this staff person was when helping may father.

Animals seem really well taken care of. Usually you can pet anything, but right now it's limited to people looking for a pet to take home. Puppy prices are expensive, but they come from good breeders and they want to make sure that every animal they sell goes to a good home. Rodents,, reptiles, and amphibians are also heavily discounted with a setup purchase to ensure every animal goes to a good home.

This place is great. They always seem to have puppies, have a great reptile selection, and they are the only place close to where I live that have Dubia roaches which a the best feeders for your little critters. An added bonus is they have a decent tarantula selection

Have always loved this place, as a kid id go all the time and loved seeing animals there. Recently they’ve been going through a few changes and its amazing to see how much they’ve improved in animal education and animal care. They really do care about the animals wellbeing and health, and many products they sell are way cheaper than amazon or chewy! I will always support this business.

I like coming here to look at the animals and occasionally buy my furbaby a treat or two. The selection is pretty good, a nice variety. Everyone is friendly. I do wish they didn't allow people to hold the little animals upstairs. I've seen younger ones really rough handle them and it bothers me. The cat enclosure is also pretty filthy and the cat trees are falling apart, poor babies, but they kitties do have plenty of toys and food. I am thankful that they are not allowing people to pet the cats and dogs however. You can admire them from a distance though :) the kitties are so sweet and will meow at you and purr, and the puppies are just adorable. The wandering tortoise is pretty much the shop mascot, be sure to say hello!

A very friendly privately owned pet shop with a wide selection of everything for fish to hair less Guinea pigs! You can even go and play with the cats most days. And the puppies are so excited to see people!

Shame on the critter cabana for supporting puppy mills by selling them in their store. I walked in today as a first time customer only to walk out after seeing this. Please notice the lack of clean fresh water along with the feces no one cares to pick up.

I had taken in my dog to see Hannah and she did a FANTASTIC job! She made sure to find out exactly what we were wanting. Went over the details of what she would do. She was very knowledgeable about grooming and could tell she had a lot of experience. So happy with the way he turned out, everything is so well blended!

So many awesome critters to love and hold! Definitely recomend when you just want to cuddle something. Held the one of the many beautiful snakes. Absolutely lovely staff as well.
