This was a great little gem to find along our travels.Parking is minimal at the front of the restaurant but more parking is available directly across the road.Staff were very helpful and friendly, the atmosphere was clean, cozy and warm, and the food was amazing. I recommend a stone fire pizza and the fish and chips. Also treated myself to a mimosa. The fish and chips were cooked perfectly and had an amazing parmesan crust. I'm not sure what secret ingredient they used in the tartar sauce, but even that had a great flavor punch.A little pricey but well worth the treat!We will not drive by without stopping in.Parking: 4 spaces in front of restaurant. More across the road.Kid-friendliness: Great kid friendly options.

The pizza is wonderful! We came all the way here to just have the pizza, they made it delicious. Soft and juicy in the middle with lots of things like mushrooms, bell peppers, onions, and sausages! The chocolate lava cake with Tillamook ice cream was so good.

Overall a nice little place but overpriced for what it is. It was quiet when we were there. Service was fast and pleasant.My wailing chicken sandwich was great but the $3 up charge for frozen onion rings seemed kind of much although they were hot and crispy.Husband got pizza which wasn’t done in the middle which made it less awesome than it probably could have been. It needed at least three more minutes. The cooked parts were good and their tomatoes sauce is hearty, not sugary like so many places.

We stopped here several years back & also stopped at the store across the street for cookies earlier & returned back that afternoon after striking out for a table for 2 in Lincoln City around 3 in the afternoon on a Saturday. They had seating available on the patio that allowed us to have our doggie with us. The service was okay - started off well enough...Drinks were delivered... Shirley Temple was flat...We accidentally spilled the martini but prior to that - it was pretty good...Luckily I had asked for extra napkins but our waitress didn’t offer to bring a towel or replace the split drink. We ordered an appetizer that was crispy & had great flavor - it was enjoyable. We ordered our main course - fish tacos & steak with baked potato. The food did t disappoint...Pricing was reasonable. My husband ordered a Spanish coffee for dessert. It had great presentation. Overall, it’s a quaint cafe in the middle of 2 bigger coastal cities on the Oregon coast & I would recommend stopping if your in their area

The seafood mac & cheese is spendy, but SO delicious! Worth the splurge! And our server was great! Love sitting on the deck by the creek.Update: everything we've tried here is flavorful and delicious. We especially enjoy the seafood Mac and cheese - sauce is rich and creamy, seafood cooked to perfection. The roasted red pepper soup was SO good, also rich & creamy. We finished our meal with chocolate pudding cake & ice cream - delicious! Sadly, they no longer serve decaf due to lack of patron interest. Our server Allison and the other staff were friendly and made for yet another very enjoyable Hawk Creek meal. We'll keep coming back. :)

I came into town for business and this was the most convenient location to eat. $19 for a very small portion of fis and chips. Small fish with decent cole slaw but overall not worth it. I also had a cocktail that was pretty much juice with no alcohol. After getting my food the server never checked on my meal nor asked if I’d like another drink…. He never gave me silverware and appeared confused while working. He also tried to take my plate before finishing..!? Overall skip this place and the paltry service.

This place was recommended by a DB barista. Their cheesy bread was delicious and super cheesey maybe a little too much. Portions were big. Seafood Mac and cheese was really good,keep in mind it's not like a regular cheesy Mac and cheese the consistency of the sauce is more runny. Same with the pasta served with the chicken piccata, sauce did feel a little too greasy/fatty. Both dishes were really good tho. It is somewhat pricey i think. It's right next to the trail to the beach perfect for walking it off 😉

Coming here for many years for good food at coast prices.Patio is great, service can be so so depending on the season, hours can also be unpredictable.However, when their website posts a price for a meal in april, monday thru friday between 12 and 5, $20 on a 2 topping pizza and 2 dollars off their advertised beers- you would expect them to give you that price.I came in specifically for .Got the bill for $31.( should have been $26).When I called it to my waiters attention, he apologised and left for an answer.I guess the acting person in charge came out( had a chef jacket on)and explained it was an old listing.Huh? Its april now.And he said it was still a good deal due to the cost involved.Another slap in the face to customers just wanting good food, good service and fair and honest prices.If this place had competion , just sayin.

We came here twice during our stay. They are really busy but hustle to get you in. First waitress was great and personable, the second waitress was obviously frazzled by the full house and was all business and didn’t chat until our check was coming. Our food and drinks were exceptional. We will always come back when we are in town.

My husband and I live in New York but are both from Oregon. In September, we rented a huge house in Neskowin and got married on the beach!We kept the guest list very intimate, but still had people flying from all over the world and I wanted everyone to see the best the Pacific Northwest has to offer!Neskowin is a small little beach town, and some suggested we explore the neighboring town Pacific City for food and activities.But when I walked into the Hawk Creek Café, I knew immediately it would be the PERFECT spot to kick off the wedding day!The space was warm and inviting, as were all of the staff. The owner was walking up to tables and checking in with guests.They seamlessly served our entire party with a huge breakfast, bloody Mary’s for everyone, and always with a smile and a kind word.I cannot say enough how wonderful that morning was for us and our guests, and was the perfect start to the most perfect day of our lives!Thank you to Genie and the crew at Hawk Creek Café!

The pancakes are Beer Battered, so they have a funky taste. My kids did not like them so don't order them for your kiddos. Other than that, everything else was great. I was very happy with my Banana Bread French Toast. It's very sweet and a large portion.

Hazelnut Crusted Rockfish is outstanding. Can’t say enough about the Seafood Mac n Cheese, and so glad we got the oysters appetizer. It’s so cozy inside on a wet winter night, and service was timely and friendly. We were surprised to enjoy the live music which added to the ambience. The Cafe on Hawk Creek never disappoints.

Lovely location. We love getting up early to visit this cozy place. Food is a hit and miss depending on what you order. We have had amazing food, but we have also had food so badly burned or undercooked we couldn’t eat it a time or two.Pizza is always a great choice though! And we love all their breakfast items.Make sure that after you finish you take a quick walk alongside the beach through the beach access to the west of the building, it adds so much more to the experience!

If I could leave a 0 I would. It was not busy at 12, there were 4 other tables there. we were a party of 5 and it took 30 minutes for the waitress to come and take our drink order. We ordered drinks and our food —-it was a pizza, 2 BLTs, fish tacos and a chowder. The waitress never returned to fill waters or to apologize for the lack of service. We ended up getting half of our food 1 hour later- yes one hour later. Mind you the restaurant was still not busy. The BLTs arrived another 10 -15minutes later and the pizza was literally black. The waitress was not phased that our pizza was visibly charred and at this point we were so upset and disappointed after waiting an hour and a half that we just sat there. A couple people in our party half ate their food for about 15 minutes and then we left. We were there a total of 2 hours. It was terrible. I called to talk to a manager and they asked if I wanted another pizza? That does not make up for the loss of our Saturday afternoon, stress and total disappointment of being charged $80 for a terrible time. The owner is supposed to call on Monday so hopefully the Hawk Creek will be able to show they actually care about their costumer’s restaurant experience.

I am impressed ! One of the best reataurants I have eaten at. Excellent quality in the Fish and Chips, incredible and fresh pizzas, the coleslaw is the best (really), and much compliment on the reasonable use of salt in the kitchen.The House salad was pleasing to the eye and the palate.Their Espresso was remarkable, as was the service. No doubt, 5 stars.
