We spent the weekend there, the condo was a 1 bedroom with 2 full bathrooms, a kitchen and a main room that looks out to the beach. The main room had a hide a bed. The condo was clean, and they had you put your shoes in one location, and you would be shoeless while in the house. The main bedroom was facing the parking lot. The only real complaint was that the bedroom mattress needed to be replaced.

Stayed in room 304 two nights on a weekend. Really good view, nice bed, kitchenette, balcony. Short walk to the beach, which is great for a long walk near low tide. Near a restaurant and a shop with a deli.Rooms: Efficiency style room with a kitchenette, bathroom, queen bed, TV, Internet and balcony.Walkability: Short walk to the beach, a small store with a deli, a restaurant, a state park, and the town.

The rooms are quirky and diverse; some are dog friendly, some have stoves, some have a full fridge, some have mini fridges, some have low beds, some have high beds that short people and people with bad knees struggle to get into. But they’re all clean and they all have patios or balconies facing Proposal Rock. And there’s a private ramp across the creek to the beach, and it’s all well-maintained.

Resort prices for sub-par accommodations.. door sticks and barely closes, no lights at entrance, floor is totally unlevel, bathroom has no fan,hiwer head leaks where it comny to the pipe, toilet seat is 10 years past replacement, teapot is broken, 4 remotes with no instructions, list goes on and on... Could overlook for $100-$130 per night but at not at $250 a night. Also rich people that live here have a real distaste for tourists and make it known when walking the beach. Much better places to stay when visiting the coast.

It was a very great stay. I appreciate your dog friendly policy. Even more, we appreciated the fact that we booked through an alternate site which did not clarify that only specific rooms were allotted for people with pets. Thank you for making an exception for us. Thank you for the tasty continental breakfast also. I would recommend a stay here for anyone.

The web page and add pictures are very miss leading, in the room I stayed in looked like the beach was right out the back door off the grassy yard. But there is a creek you cannot cross. They didn't have the peir out to cross, you have to come back in your room around the buildings to get to the beach. No problem but... the bed is 2×6's on plywood with a mattress the chair springs are broke so chairs are not worth sitting on. But the thing I disliked the most is advertised as a condo. But it's just a small old room that you can hear the people above you doing whatever. I did stay 3 nights because it was do able and had already paid for but Not what I was expecting for what was advertised and for the price I have had way better condos

Let me just tell ya… this place was a little nightmare… Clearly NOT an Air BnB.We were charged $175 a night for a dated dirty janky room w/a microwave & mini fridge. The front door looked like it had bird poo on the keypad, the carpet was old, crunchy and covered in stains. The brass headboard wasn’t attached to the wall or bed frame and actually plunked us on the head. Upon further investigation, there was a thick layer of dust behind the bed and everything else. We had to leave and get allergy pills & allergy eye drops! There were extension cords everywhere and one free outlet by the bed didn’t work. I split my fingernail trying to change the rusty TP holder that was missing one end. The comforter on the bed was old and had holes w/stuffing coming out of the pillow shams. The pillows had one pillowcase and was stained underneath.Also the IKEA table w/two chairs was really the only place to sit, besides the bed and the chairs actually wiggled and weren’t stable enough to sit in w/out trepidation.If this place were $75 … that would’ve made sense… but at $175… I decided to just warn anyone else that thinks this place a legit worth the money.Neskowin was beautiful, as always… but for $25 more, we could’ve had a cottage where were could cook and probably at least sit down.Dated. Dusty. Dilapidated. Disappointing.

We couldn't have had a better time! Our view was the best! It's a little bit of a walk to the beach but so worth it! Nice drive to the shops or just stay at resort!! So so great!!

Motel directly next to this AirBNB was cheaper and cleaned better with same view. View is good but have to walk to get to beach during non summer season.
