STAY HERE. You'll love it. My partner and I just went for our anniversary 2 night getaway and we enjoyed every minute of it. The view from the room was immaculate as was the bay window and balcony. We stargazed from the bench below the bay window (which was very comfortable) and went out on the balcony for at least 2 hours every day of our stay. The bed was slightly uncomfortable but it was okay. The only thing I would suggest is making it clearer on how folks can check out as we were slightly confused. Overall a great stay, I will definitely be coming back!!!! The pictures are from inside the room looking out the bay window over the beach at 2 different sunsets.

Super Friendly management and easiest check in and check out I have ever experienced! We notified them that we would be arriving late. They made sure to leave us access to the key even though we got in at midnight!We stayed at the Pacific Sands Resort #11. My children and I were so relaxed there. Despite being our first dog friendly condo rental, It was the cleanest Neskowin Rental we have ever stayed in! The condo kitchen was stocked with kitchenware, updated appliances, and even pantry food including dog food. The beds were super comfortable. The 2 full bathrooms were convenient especially when coming in from off the beach! Our Condo resort had immediate Beach access which was awesome! There was plenty of entertainment to enjoy both inside and outside the condo.Neskowin has been my favorite family vacation spot for 20 years now, but next time I will be using Grey Fox Rentals again!

I have been vacationing here for 12 years with my chihuahuas. Ive stayed in pretty much every room they rent. Currently I am in room 116 and its beautiful. Its a fully renovated studio on the 1st floor. Im actually going to design my bedroom with with similar features (minus kitchen lol). Ive been here for 9 days. I wish I could spend 9 more!

Little disappointed there wasn't like an actual bed that could fit 2 normal size people on it. Second this place isn't clean and the hot water went out. The views are spectacular but I feel like I was way over charged for a ran down facility we won't be back here

I am staying in unit 218 in the Neskowin Lodge. The television doesn’t work. I’ve had 3 staff look at it, all to no avail. By the time the cable company, Spectrum, gets here to change out the cable box, my time here will be coming to a close.There is an overhead fan. It doesn’t work so the the room is very stale with no air movement.Simple fixes could have made this a much more enjoyable trip.No more Grey Fox rentals. We’ve had several unsatisfactory experiences with different properties here.

We stayed in Neskowin condo 115 before Christmas 2021 & found the accommodations to be wonderful. The condo was right on the beach & had an excellent view. It was well appointed & met all of our expectations & needs. The Grey Fox staff was friendly & helpful. This is a good size for singles or couples. We recommend this condo for a fun, relaxing time.

Our stay was AMAZING to say the least! The room was incredibly clean, and very convenient to get to the beach from. I love that it was a small private like beach setting, and not a lot of people. The weather was perfect, and the guests along with the employees were nothing short of wonderful. We ate at Otis Cafe which was a few miles from our condo rental, and I would be willing to drive there again - just for their pancakes and french toast! It's about a two-hour drive from us, but totally worth it! We also ate at the Cafe on the Hawk which was incredible! The prime rib melted in your mouth, and my better half had halibut which was to die for! We will definitely be visiting again in a couple weeks! This is definitely one of our new vacation spots! If anyone reading this works at Gray Fox vacation rentals, or the Cafe on the Hawk, thank you so much for your kindness and incredible food!

This was a wonderful family dream vacation! The owners couldn't have been more helpful! Reservations and arrangements were just as requested and the house was awesome! Spotless, convient and well maintained. The areas beauty is unsurpassed, a beautiful cove tucked into quiet serenity and managed beautifully. Thank You so MUCH! Very nice. From 1 bedroom to a studio. Right on the beach. If you are going to be here for a while good idea to bring food. Store is limited on merchandise. Three story complex, but no elevator. Other than that very nice. If you have kids it very convenient. Beach is 100 ft from building.

The Bed had hair on it, The tub had hair in it, the floor had wet spots? Just Gross and cant believe I had to stay.. This was not even the worst part..My children left cheerios on the ground and they charged me 30$ (no vacuum or broom to even clean this. also no documents saying I had to be the maid on vacation) DONT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR CREDIT CARD. They will nickle and dime you. Just stay and Hotel next door. They're 10x better. The rooms at neskowin resort smell, and everything is outdated. The bed gave me back pain.. I could continue, But you should know by now to stay somewhere else.

Beautiful beach and the condo's are very nice. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a view for a nice, relaxing beach trip. For some reason the weather is always better in Neskowin than Lincoln City or Newport even though they aren't that far apart.

This is a friendly, place with great staff and good view and easy beach access. I awarded only one star for room 116 that we stayed in the first night. This room was atrocious and the owner should be ashamed to have rented it. Very poor lighting (couldn't read a book at night); not table lamps for floor lamps; one makeshift bedside stand (a wicker stool); un-accessible kitchen drawer (a 3 drawer stand stuck under the counter top); Postage sized unfinished bathroom with no adequate space of toiletries; an over-all uncomfortable pit. Please stay at this resort but never rent room 116!! I am requesting a full refund for the night we stayed in this room.Dave and Jo Faux

It's been a few years since we have used them, but our past experiences have been nothing but good. Neskowin is a quiet little beach town with a general store and one restaurant, that's it. We love to go there to get away from the city and relax. If we need some excitement, Lincoln City is just 20 minutes up the highway.

Rented Chalan #5 for two nights. The place was neat, clean and cozy. Weather wasn’t best, but could watch the waves and sky through great windows. Would like to go back again in nice weather.

Very professional company. They take public health very serious.. We checked everything in the room for fingerprints and dust.. Nothing. Not a damn speck. Everything was wiped down and cleaned before our arrival. I highly recommend them to anyone especially if your concerned about this pandemic.

Ground unit 101 "Three Gulls" was disgusting! The carpet was filthy, furniture stained, makeup stained bedding, smelly worn out blankets, old appliances, poor cooking utensils, no spices/seasonings for cooking. The pull out bed was so old and deflated, needs replacing 10 years ago. TV didn't work. No extra trash bags, toilet paper, no broom and old dusty "decorations". Not impressed at all with anything inside. Crazy how much they can charge for that unit. However, the view was great of proposal rock and the bed itself was somewhat comfortable.

My family has been using Grey Fox to rent beach houses in Neskowin since before the internet! We've always been very happy with the customer service they provide and their pricing is more reasonable than VRBO and airbnb. Happy to support a local business in my favorite vacation spot!

Rented unit #22 and won't be back. Mold in the shower, bedding was stained and had an awful smell and the beds are absolutely shot. One room smelled like urine, cracks in the toilet bowl and generally a filthy rental. I have rented houses from Vegas to Hawaii and this was the worst. The worst part is there was an envelope left by the cleaning staff to put my monetary tip in and when I brought all of this to the offices attention that the cleaning staff was sorely lacking the exact response was " oh ok". I guess that Neskowin has such a limited amount of rentals that they just don't care.
