Just a easy goin guy here, if feeling like your patronage is welcome don't expect any hospitality here. Rude cashiers, prices are always triple what is "normal" and odd practice's. Good luck getting the bag for your groceries.

Over priced for the area you're in. The only good Valley here I found was the Lunch Counter Deli. I had a $5 sandwich with a soda and chips best deal in town watch-out out Subway. It was made fresh and tasted very good I would order it again.

Produce selection needs to improve buying local would be a better option and probably less expensive. If you shop the add you're okay otherwise little spendy. It's clean easy to shop there. Customer service good.

Update to add: 6 months later, after this review, we are still experiencing expired food. Was most of the way done with feeding my son when I noticed the expiration date 🤦🏻‍♀️The employees at this location are typically very nice, and helpful. The only issues I have, I guess, would be with the systematic order of the store. For example, the managers specials are hardly ever honored. Each time we’ve bought raspberries, for example on their 4 or 4.99 sale, they always pop up as still being nearly 7$ a piece (which definitely adds up if you’re purchasing a number of “manager specials”. I’ve gone into this store a couple of times to explain these issues, did receive a partial fund with ease, but does someone really have to go in each and every time just because someone isn’t keeping up with updating items, and their pricing, in the system? Not just this, but people should be able to purchase food without worrying about it going bad so quickly, let alone it already being expired. Please pay attention to the produce and dairy the most! We often have to look and notice the dairy is either already expired, or will be in less time than we’re able to consume it. Some of the orange juice they have, I believe the stores brand specifically, most were already expired prompting us to reach for one in the further back. I really do enjoy the atmosphere of the store, the employees, and I know there is a supply chain issue. But, people shouldn’t have to look at their receipts frequently just to ensure the prices are being honored, and they shouldn’t have to be so cautious about checking dates to ensure that food that is already overpriced isn’t expired. I know the employees don’t set the prices, but there definitely has to be knowledge of who the supplier is, and addressing these concerns so people don’t end up sick at the hands of Ray’s being a bit too careless over customers and their needs.

Due to being very sick over the holidays 🤕 I decided to take advantage of Ray's holiday meal!! The staff was very helpful in the deli and it was very short notice everything was correct on my order! The prime rib was excellent and mashed potatoes a little disappointed in the rest of the meal as it was all prepared and pulled off the shelf not made in the Deli! But over all I give them a 9 out of 10!!

I wanted to come leave a review because I absolutely love this store. Other than somewhat pricey items (which is understood when the quality is good, which it is), the employees at this store have always been super courteous to me, including the amazing head Baker in the bakery dept. Today I was doing my recycling and the guy (trinity) came to help when the machine stopped working and he was the kindest, sweetest thing ever. He apologized ahead of time in case he took a bit to fix the machine because he is knew and I told him no rush and to take his time and he was actually doing everything in a great amount of time. I have always had amazing experiences at this store for the most part. I will mention though that there is one younger girl maybe late teens or early 20's that has dark hair in somewhat of a pony tail I think it is, medium set built and possibly wears glasses and whenever she comes to help with the machines she is not a happy camper at all. I've always greeted her and said thank you as others have and she will not speak to any of us as if it is our fault the machines are somewhat older and break down quicker. But other than the experiences with her, this store is fun and welcoming to come to and I just wanted to let you guys know that you're doing a really good job at customer service. And please let the new guy trinity know that he is doing great and thank him for all his help.

Service is great. Joey is a huge help he gets 5 stars. However their meat is the same price as USDA Choice, but it's not USDA Prime, Choice, or Select. I purchased a couple of roast there and the meat was tough and grizzly. So bad I had to hand pull the roast and wound up with an entire bowl of grizzle, both roast. Due to the fires the supply chain has been disrupted and they can't restock items but that's not their fault. The store is clean the service is great 👍. Just moved here so I can't comment on the products they stock because of the supply chain issues.

Love their meat department. They have their own butcher and cut their own meat. I also like their prices, as low as Walmart, better quality meat.

The deli and bakery are the BEST! Kayla make the most creative designs on her cakes and cupcakes. I'd highly recommend Rays in Myrtle Creek for bakery goods. Top notch decorations! Fluffy frosting too, not heavy.

THE nicest Ray's I have ever been in, and I have felt welcome at every Ray's. Always clean, well organized, and the staff has been great. The barbecue lady out front always makes me laugh. Restroom is always immaculate.Leslie, you ROCK!🐯😁❤️❤️❤️👍

Be wary of one of the ladies in the deli. Dark hair, dark complexion does not have a nice attitude. She gets snappy and is all around rude. A little tip if you want to have a nasty attitude then get out of customer service.

This is the closest grocery store to my house and I make it a point to shop elsewhere. The prices are super high and the deli staff for some reason seem to hate their job. Many times I have come and they either shut down early or refuse to make more chicken in the middle of the day. The manager Ben is awesome, but besides him, there is no reason to patronize this store.

This store was extremely expensive before inflation and now it appears they've taken full advantage of it. $10 for a pack of Oscar meyer bologna. Ffs of course this store would use inflation as an excuse to fly the prices to the moon. Whoever shops here is on the spectrum.

I spent twenty minutes waiting in line for less than ten items. Cashiers need to learn to shut up and do their job. First visit. Second visit I get in line behind eight other patrons with one cashier. Another 20 minutes for 3 things.

Went to the deli counter for salad and they said they closed it down at 7pm....it was 6:50. They are always out of sushi and the prices are high. Deli is the worst costumer service. Check stand are all pretty nice! Cakes are amazing.

I went to their service deli on 7-18-21. The employee, (Victoria or Virginia I think) was unhappy that I asked for fresh cut deli meat. She proceeded to pull a box cutter out of her pocket and cut open the package of meat with it. I asked her to turn the meat over and cut mine from the side she hadn't used the box cutter on. She wasn't very pleased with that either. I won't be getting food from the service deli again.

Pretty good grocery store and deli. The prices are at least 20% higher than most other stores. Ray's pretty much exist in small towns where they can exploit a captive audience. Their customer base is usually below the poverty line and the majority of people are paying with benefit cards, so pricing reflects that. Do your major shopping in a bigger town and go to Ray's for smaller day to day items.

Always a great place to shop. Friendly smiles as you walk in, always asked if I need help or if I found everything. The deli is awesome, and the manager John, is one of the friendlest persons I've ever met. Job well done.

Love this store for a quick I need something in a hurry. The prices aren't too bad if you think about it need it right now and don't want to go all the way to Roseburg. Otherwise for monthly shopping for 6 not the best priced place.

Beautifully updated grocery store. They have most anything you need in a pinch. Friendly staff, awesome deli sandwiches. (Better than Subway sandwiches) However, I am completely mortified with every single price in the store. Only visit this grocery store when I need one or two items, never more!

Staff is usally friendly, produce section is small but not of poor quality. Make sure to pick up a tub of vasoliene while shopping, as you will wish you had after seeing your bill at the checkstand.

I want to give a huge shout out to Ben!! He went above and beyond the call of duty to help me with a florist issue I was having!!My Mom and Dads 63rd Anniversary is tomorrow and my Dad passed away so I send her flowers every year! The floral gal in Canyonville did not call me back and went home so I called Myrtle Creek Ray's! I am so blessed to have gotten this awesome young man that went out of his way to make a beautiful arrangement and deliver it on his way home!! He is definitely an asset to the company and knows what customer service is all about!! As for the Canyonville florist, she needs to learn some manners! Thank you Ben!!! You rock buddy!! Give him a raise!!

Friendly staff and excellent food selection. Even some vegan pastries in the bakery section! Didn't get a chance to try the cherry turnover but it looked fantastic.
