The Grocery Outlet store located here in Myrtle Creek is a pretty good place to shop.The store seems very clean and well organized. And they've got lots of great stuff to buy, from groceries to fresh produce, health and beauty stuff, and much more.Next time you're in this neck of the woods, and you need a few things, or a whole grocery list, stop on by!

No to bad but it could be better. I live between the one in Tri City and Grants pass. The difference is obvious. I have no idea how difficult it must be to find good people order the food and cover costs. Maybe it's all percentages and volume of customers. I would invite the managers to visit Trader Joes and see if the numbers can be matched so wages could be covered by higher volumes.

I am a trucker, I usually stop at the Chevron and come in here to restock on grocery's. I have had lots of good experiences here, but today I had a bad one.... I don't like to pull out the race card but I am a man of color which there aren't many here at all and I understand I stand out....The checkout clerk acted as if I was infected with a disease. I said hello and was very professional and courteous as I always am. she looked at me and did not respond at all. She then aggressively threw my stuff in my bag and when I got my receipt I said "thanks have a nice day." to which she didn't respond again. Then the man behind me (a white man) said "hello how's your day?" and she lit up like a Christmas tree. Proceeded to have a full blown conversation with him. I wasn't wanting to engage in a full blown conversation with someone that's uncomfortable talking to me... But that's part of your job as a check out clerk to make people feel welcome and to be professional... at minimum no matter what color or social status, to say hello and have a nice day, thanks for spending your hard earned money with us...It's 2023, but it felt like 1953..... this is unacceptable behavior. No matter your personal opinions of anyone, we all have prejudice about people in our own head. That shouldn't affect your professionalism at work. I felt very out of place and won't ever stop here again.

Awesome location right off of i-5 perfect place to stop for truckers. There is truck parking in at the chevron. The people are friendly and the place is nice and neat. There is a dollar tree right next door also.

Of all the Grocery Outlet stores, this is my favorite! The owners of this store are absolutely wonderful. What they do for the customers in our community is way above the typical business owner. During the Fire Season, these owners always step up to donate needed products to the 100's-1000's of firefighters.

Awful experience the staff CLEARLY needs to be trained on how to approach people with service animals the woman was extremely rude and spoke to me and my mom like she was talking to children which caused other customers to focus on our situation (which is incredibly embarrassing basically having to state i have a disability in front of so many strangers simply because her volume and rude tone made other people notice the situation) when it was confirmed to her my dog is a service animal she walked away saying just keep him under control. My dog was causing no issue and was in my arms the whole time she had no reason to be so rude when approaching someone who she thinks could possibly have a disability i understand staff needs to confirm if the animal is a service animal or not but her attitude was completely unacceptable having a disability that requires a service animal doesn’t give her or anyone on the staff to be so rude.

I was informed that only fully trained service animals are allowed and asked to leave the store. My daughters puppy is in training and needs to get acclimated to the surroundings she will have him in. I was holding him, not touching anything or allowing him to roam or touch anything. Being asked publicly, with many other people around to leave is embarrassing unkind. He was not barking or causing any ruckus. I am shocked that they can refuse an animal that is being trained as a service animal.

Love this store. It is always clean and well stocked. We like the chicken and carna asada. Great local store. The employees are always nice, and the checkout is fast. Keep an eye out for the sale items. They are great.

It's not great, it's not terrible. You've got to really check out the produce before purchasing because if you don't, you could get home with moldy food. The prices aren't bad, especially when shopping local. I know they can't help it, but it'd be great to have better stable food items, versus finding something you love one week and never finding it again after.Management lacks customer service, but the store itself isn't terrible.

This store saved us during our visit in Oregon for a wedding. The prices were incredible! The store was very well stocked and cleaned and the staff was friendly and helpful! I wish we had a store like this where I'm from

One of the best Grocery Outlets I've been to. Another great one is in South Lake Tahoe. But this one is big, clean, very organized and has so much to offer.Exit 103. Don't miss it!!Stop and get your beer and wine as you travel in whichever direction. They have a large selection.

Great new store in a convenient location with plenty of parking. Very friendly and helpful staff. The store is clean and arranged nicely. The wait was a bit long to check out due to a lot of customers and not very many checkouts available/staffed.

I usually am ok with this store. I use it for small trips. What bothers me is I have never been to a store whose prices are wrong a lot, considering how often I go there, and they wont sell it for the price listed. Instead I just get a "its the wrong price we need to put up the right tag.I just tried to buy some cute lindt chocolates. All were the same size package just different characters.One rang up more expensive and even when they asked a manager about it they just looked at me and said the price tag is wrong and just shrugged like too bad.Honor the price thats there like other stores do.It felt like once I pointed it out it was more important to change the sign than offer good customer service. Yes it was only a .50 difference, but the way they handled it was like I didnt exist anymore.
