Just wanted packing for Xmas gifts. Cards, bubble wrap, bags, and gift cards. Easy in and out of the store, staff was very helpful and went to the back to get me bubble wrap. I will come back again.

Best place in town for sales on soda, sports drinks, snacks, cleaning and laundry supplies. Shop with Dollar General app for digital coupons and cash back has improved. They seem to have discontinued pick up orders which is a bummer.

I only give 2 stars because most the employees that work here are nice except a shorter blonde hair chick she is very rude and don't know how to deal with the public I don't appreciate being told that she's gonna have to cancel my whole transaction and that it would take 24 hours for my food stamps to go back on my card and when I tried to pay with cash she was rude again and said she didn't have change for a $50 I think I'll be going elsewhere now instead of shopping at one of my favorite places not no favorite anymore till the rudeness is gone I like positive vibes going into a store not a unwelcoming experience especially when I'm a paying customer I expect to be treated with respect.

Absolutely disappointed in there return policy, I purchased a item night before returning it the next day do to it being a product I cannot use I realized I had my receipt she said I cannot return it I have to take it up with the manufacturer, I am very disappointed beens I shop here all the time beens it’s near my house however I don’t really want to anyone due to that , because I did return the item at a different store and they were happy to assist me beens I had a receipt and it was just the next day, this is literally, the only Dollar General that does that. I’m very disappointed. They never used to be like that.

The employee was super rude. When I asked to purchase a bag she said she could not because new policy said she could not unless I bought five items… I BOUGHT SEVEN ITEMS!!!!!! She said she could not sell me one because six of my items were the same thing. Stupid policy and horrible person.

They charge more the the price says on the shelf and they use to have 2 check stands and the remolded the place and now only have one check stand and long lines if I see more the 10 cars in the parking lot we keeping on going and don’t stop because of the wait time in line

The supposed manager here is an invalid. She only keeps invalids. Gets rid of the hard workers that customers respect. She treats you like you owe her something. Her foul language makes customers think little of her. She gotta be like 50 grow up and gain some respect.

The lady that manages the store closest to center of Myrtle Creek is not friendly to all customers, gives some customers warm & fast service and others she has a frown on her face. If you want to return the bottles & cans that you bought there to get your deposits on them she becomes rude. You say I would like to return the bottles & cans - she snaps back, after making a big sigh "are they clean, did you wash them out, are they from just your use?" When you respond yes, I bought products here for personal use, their washed & ready for processing. She would call another worker, that looked scared when called.There is another Dollar General a mile farther down the road and the attitudes of staff & manager have much better attitudes; their helpful, they are ready to help you find items, better selection. It's too bad that there is a burnt out manager; I would hope with some either time off or some additional training would help her deal with her deal with all the tasks & training of staff. I think the manager would be happier. I think the woman is a good woman that her heart is in a good place - just has stress - which we all have. So, who ever owns that Dollar General help your staff become as good as they can be; if you don't people won't want to go to that store unless they have to.

Great prices! The problem is that there is always a long line. Even when they have several people only one checkout is open. Oftentimes the person at the one checkout is on the phone too (today the lady was on her personal cell talking about her kids). It would be nice to see this improved as this store is a good place to drop by and grab milk, but not spend 20 minutes in line.

Nice staff, the new guy Michael is awesome. I have a medical condition that makes it so I can't wear a mask and they are very sympathetic. Great prices and never had a bad experience.

I go there way too much but I have to admit for the most part the prices are better than other businesses in town. Sometimes though they run out of stock on items we buy the most. It seems like forever before they're back on shelf even though it's only days. People are good there too.

The manager is the rudest person i have ever met. I've been then on numerous occasions and every time there is something with her. Employees seem scared of her every time i go in there. This will be the last time i go into that dollar general. Sad cuz it's a really nice store.

I saw the PIC (person in charge) do a drug deal today in the store. Probably meth by the look of her. So sad! This town is so beautiful until you find out Dollar general is the local pickup spot.

I asked why half the people in dollar General weren't wearing masks. Clerk told me Dollar General told employees not to enforce the mask law. Completely unacceptable! This was in tri city. Oregon. I really upset! At 68 years old

My experience was fine.. My only complaint is being asked to round up.. For whatever cause at that time. I will not have a company choose who I give money too. I would rather give to a local homeless shelter or directly to a needy individual. When you go into dollar General.. Most food is over processed.. High carb food... Which Cancer feeds off like crazy. Than i am supposed to give to St Judes cancer research.. Kids should not be getting cancer in the first place. I will give to whole foods.. Low carb.. Non GMO.. And education that teaches us a better way of living to avoid or not feed Cancer in the first place.

Be nice if you can get the employees there to stay off their cell phones and stop talking to one another and actually help the guest standing in line instead of sitting there staring at the gas continuing the conversation and checking their cell phones not great for business but that's what you get with this new generation they think they're there to have a paycheck given to them and not earn it
