I'm not sure what's going on at this store help-wise and it's sad. We've lived in the area almost two years and have never had any problems popping in and getting assistance with a home project, until today. Someone tried to break into our front door and messed up the lock. Both ladies at the front counter were of no help to my husband and acted like they were more interested in closing in a half hour than being interested in trying to help because she "doesn't live around here." Wow, just wow. Guess driving the extra 3 miles to the helpful hardware store is our new go to.

At 5:10 I realized I needed traeger pellets. I pulled up to the back asked the shop boy for 2 bags. By the time I walked down stairs the lady at the counter was ready for me to pay. Wonderful, fast, friendly crew and didn't have to wait in line!

Small local hardware store that has lots of items including lumber and concrete. But their prices on lumber is extremely expensive. But when you need something quickly, they are very close by.

Probably the best building supply store I've ever had the pleasure to frequent. Very friendly staff, always eager to help find what I need or help me figure out how to fix whatever issues I may be having. They make you feel very welcome and have a very wide variety of home, work, hardware and garden items.

I have always had a good experience here. Prices are competitive, the staff is bar-none as far as being helpful and knowledgeable. This local business has been a facet of the community down here for years but the new owner has taken it to a whole new level.Excellent

They are a decent local hardware place a hair less expensive than similar south county stores plus they have a better selection of key styles - like motorhome- and they rent equipment too.Parking is fun :/ and the hours could be a skosh more worker friendly. Folks who have day jobs can’t get there in time after work on weekday and the Saturday hours assume you have time to get to any hdwr store before the Ducks game starts because you won’t have time after.All hdwr in the area have the same hours ? Like liquor stores.Home Depot in Roseburg is cheaper and open later 7 days but if you live south of the 108 or north of 148 is what you need worth a 40 mile round trip now that gas is $4 plus?If your local store is closed and you don’t want to drive to roseburg and you don’t want to make another detour to catch your locals when they are open…Order hdwr online from Home Depot or walmart or amazon or tractor supply (expensive but fun to browse) and have it deliveredIts raining and cold anyway and your battery is probably dead lol

I purchased a lock and hasp. Things are way more expensive than when they were when it was Del's. I have not sued the hasp or lock yet. The high prices and inadequate parking were definitely notable.

Needed a bolt for my oil pump on my rv and was given exceptional help to get another bolt that worked. They saved my bacon again!

Bought two pvc pressure cap fittings one two inch and one, one inch the guy at counter rang up the one for 4.79 twice instead of ringing them up separate one was only 1.09 will not go there again....

Skip the trip to Roseburg and get your materials here instead! Attentive, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Better deals at Del's than either Lowes or Home Depot.

Went to purchase some cedar fencing. They had a lot but the quality was not so good. Had to go through the whole stack to come up with the ten boards I needed and half of those I would have passed on any other time. I was disappointed. Del's is where I shop and I have to say that this is the first time anything like this has happened.
