I have two complaints, and due to both of these I will no longer be giving this store my business, as even though I only come here once or twice a year these have ruined my experience greatly.1.) the lady with grey hair is extremely rude. She had a grey sweater with a teeny tiny TSC logo on the sleeve or front, can’t remember where but I didn’t know she was even an employee (she was purchasing items looking like a customer also) until the cashier looked at her and listened to what she was yelling to me. The poor cashier looked so afraid. I can only assume that lady is maybe a manager of some sort.Why was she yelling, you might ask? I just wanted to store my folded e-scooter by the register because it’s quite literally half my paycheck. As soon as I walked in the store she yelled “nope! It has to be outside! Do not bring that in here! Company policy!” And due to her not adequately sporting company attire as mentioned before, I ignored her as I just thought she was a grouchy Karen. I could understand if I was trying to ride it around the store, but all I wanted was to store it safely and out of the way. Given what TSC sells too (farm equipment and vehicles) I can’t think of any good reason to refuse me stowing my small scooter inside somewhere for 5 minutes.Also, I would love to see this supposed store policy, but it’s nowhere to be found on the website or on Google.2.) for a company that is partially centered around animals, there is a huge lack of cat supplies. Half of your store is dedicated to dog food, dog treats, dog beds, and other dog care items. The cat section is extremely minimal, even Bi-Mart has a better selection. I think I’m taking my business there next time I have a need for cat-related equipment.

I literally drive an hour away to the location in Molalla to avoid this location. This is by far the worst operated TSC location I've been to. The store in Molalla is 100x better staffed and cared for. This location is ran by people who have given up and see customers as the enemy, poorly managing it into the ground. Corporate needs to take a hard look at this location and its management and staff.

This place is embarrassing. Dog wash is either “out of service” or dirty. They never have any shampoos in stalk nor the food they say they have online. Rats running around the floors and staff who work the forklift VISIBLY High. Very disappointed in how this place has been managed.

We love the dog wash station but in recent months it has been closed. Called yesterday and was told it will not be available for 6 months to a year. I hope Management will bring this feature back much sooner.

Do not come here if you have small children. Employees are incredibly rude and unhelpful. They allowed two people to cut in front of me while I held onto a large bag of dog food, a toddler, and a baby in a stroller. After the second man cut me in line and I pointed it out, I got a shrug while the cashier proceeded to ring him up even though she hadn’t begun the transaction previously. If you are an older man you will probably have a pleasant experience.

Our 75 lb German Shepherd Stella has walked to Tractor Supply Company this morning to try out their Dog Wash stations. Great place to take your pooch!Staff were pleasant, assisting me a couple of times but not hovering. Lots of warm water, 5 choices of shampoo, professional appliances & accommodations. Stella loved it! We used the oatmeal shampoo due to her allergies. See accompanying pics

I'm in this store a few times a month for various items, and I always have a great experience. The staff are always friendly, and helpful. When I bring my dog in with me, they always ooh and ahhh, and love on him with a treat at the checkout every time!

I was in the Monmouth TS just browsing for some CAT brand socks for my godmother for Christmas. A man with a long beard asked if I needed help but very rudely (in a rude tone, looking down his nose at me, arms crossed and one eye brow raised) I told him no I was just looking, since my roommate was also shopping and I had to wait for her anways. SECONDS after he asked me this he began trying to follow me uncomfortably close. I turned my head because I seen him essentially jump towards me to literally run around the counter (not the checkout one.. the one by where chickens would be and the safes) once he seen me turn my head he tried to act casual but would not stop. I am a 23 year old, I dress well, I have my own money, I shop there frequently as I’m a regular customer; they weren’t busy but there was a decent amount of other shoppers. During the rest of my experience I noticed he didn’t treat anyone else this way. I WILL NEVER EVER shop there again. He was rude, continually glared at me for no reason, and made my shopping experience uncomfortable. I didn’t buy the socks there and instead found them somewhere else. As a customer, and as someone with retail experience.. The Monmouth TC is the worst place I’ve ever shopped when it comes to customer experience

Don’t go after 8:30pm, you can’t get anything from their outside lot. Was going to buy $300 gate but they wouldn’t unlock the gate so we could load it. I could pay for it but not pick it up until the next day. If your not going to let item to go out the door, close the doors. So when the work day is done and and the suns going down on the farm, don’t except to get items you need from here. Pitiful.

I live in Independence and I like using this store. The employees are very professional and personable. They are upbeat, positive and they genuinely make you feel welcome and definitely helpful. No crisis is too hard for them and they are knowledgeable.

My brother and his wife coming here to the buying the food for their chickens. They also buying food for the deer, birds and the squirrels that coming around their house. The customer service here is outstanding. It was 6:00pm and I called to see what time they close their dog wash. Kelsey told me that they normally close it at 6:30, however it was going to take me 31 minutes to get there. She told me “no worries! Why don’t you come on down and when you get here tell them up front that your name is hailee and Kelsey said so!”They totally didn’t have to make an exception for me, but they did.Great customer service! And now my pup smells 100x better too!

We go to this store whenever we are in town. We've always had friendly very helpful service. They have a great selection of pet supplies, and pretty good selection of gardening supplies. Would love to see them extend the gardening supply section, although they are fairly new here and it seems they are carrying more each time we go. We'll be returning customers.

Everyone was amazing! I brought my new rescue dog in to get some chew toys and they were not only helpful and knowledgeable, but they showed so much love to my new dog and made him feel very comfortable! I thought I was going to have to go to Petsmart out of town but they had everything I needed, let me bring the little guy in and I got to support my local store. Just a win for everyone today, especially Pete my new little guy! Thanks everyone!

So far we have had nothing but great experiences with the folks at tractor supply. It seems to be so popular that they have difficulty keeping in their inventory levels. However we found if you talk to them and let them know what you need that they're really good about putting in an order for it and making sure that they can get it to you as quickly as possible. They've also been working on looking into the possibility of adding some feeds, we use personally on a regular basis, to this location that they carry elsewhere but aren't available on site right now. It has been so nice to have such great customer service from day one in a store new to our area!

We just had the most incredible experience. Liz was amazing! We are out doing our best to support and bring in items needing at areas taking in animals and people during the fires. We had a someone needing medical supplies. Although they are low she made sure we could find as much as possible to top it off help discount items we are so blessed thank you tractor supply for helping and thank you for employing and INCREDIBLE AND PERSONABLE HUMAN.

Went in for dog ear treatment. Couldn't find anyone to help so went to the cashier. She says, no, that she had looked for ear treatment for her dog and seems don't have. I was very disappointed that the store policy will not allow a customer to buy less than 4 chicks. As a local backyard chicken owner we are limited to 5 chickens leaving me with very little flexibility to vary the ages of my chickens to keep a steady flow of eggs. Not a community friendly policy. I will stick to the local family owned farm store that is community friendly.

Poor customer service and does not carry a crucial item that WILCO has which was very inconvenient since I wasn't near a Wilco.I asked the cashier if they carried the item I was looking for. She said no and offered no further help/recommendations. I asked if they carried similar items in the store and she said yes and told me which area of the store but did not give an isle # so I still had to search needlessly and ask for help. I was in a hurry and ended up they did not have what I needed. The cashier didn't ask me if I found what I was looking for. Never greeted me when I came in the store or when I was ready to check out. No eye contact. I thought I was anti social but this lady was cold, non interactive, non welcoming and had zero manners that a typical cashier is TRAINED to have. I don't care if she had some personal excuse. Do your job right or get a different job.

I recently used their self service dog wash. Great space super clean, good shampoo choices and easy to use the only thing I'd recommend is supplying ear wash and cotton pads and more than 2 towels per dog, maybe two options for blow dryers, as the ones now do work great but it will take extra time to dry larger dogs.

This is a great place to get all your horse and cattle feed. You can also get dewormer and booster shots for animals from dog and cats, to horses and cows. This place also has a self doit dog wash.

Need to stock more items, and/or get a warehouse or area to stock surplus amounts. Everything on the floor is all they have and every time I come in there for grain or bedding pellets, they are out. And the delivery truck half the time does not show when they say it will.
