$4.99-5.39 each for cans of SOUP!! Pure greed. Just remember Grocery Outlet and Winco are RIGHT THERE.

Nope, never again. Sent my husband to get some fried chicken at almost 5:00, 2 old, dried out breast and limp jojo's in the case. He actually had to ask them to make some fresh, kid told him what was there was fine. No, we'd like fresh. Was told 10-15 minutes, 20 minutes later my husband went back to the deli counter and was told it would be at least another 10 minutes. Really? It's dinner time, that case should have been full. Never going back, for anything except bottle return money.

This has nothing to do with the grocery or it’s food selection, but the FLORAL. At this location the floral seems to not be updated with fresh cuts every day. For $60 I would expect this bunch to last longer then 18 hrs. Kind of a sad wilting bunch. And disappointed with Roth’s. I have used there flowers in the past and not had any trouble but those were from the West Salem location.

I am constantly grilling one thing or another and the meat department at Roth’s is top tier. I have shopped here for many years and have always loved checking out what their meat case has on display. They are not the cheapest but have the highest quality of meats to offer. In our house we chose quality over quantity all day. Thanks Ross butchers for being great and helping with all the custom requests to cuts of meat, y’all rock.

First of all, way over priced for the exact brands you can get many other places. I'm also not sure why other reviewers rave about the produce... every single time I've been there most of the produce is rotten. The organic tomato display was $5.49 a lb and there was moldy tomato all throughout. Most of the employees aren't that great. They act disinterested and know nothing about store products. I'm kinda baffled as to how this place has customers still. Some people say they like the organic selection, but really, you can order quality organic produce from many places online nowadays that is much better quality. You've gotta wonder about a place that wants ten dollars for three corndogs. They won't be getting my hard earned money that's for sure. Shame on you Roth's and shame on the management for the poor ethics.

I Love to shop local but I honestly don't even think this place has a local owner (correct me if im wrong) but I believe there are a bunch of Roths. Either way, it is just too damn expensive. . I understand our current administration had made it extremely difficult with rising food costs though, so I'd Ike to give then the benefit of the doubt.

This place must be owned and operated by college board members because it has no problem price gouging the hell out of you for the same exact product other places sell for MUCH cheaper.

A medium sized market with a nice atmosphere, but a bit too pricey for groceries. Deli and bakery seemed good quality.

I shop at the new Roths in Monmouth and the store is roomy and.clean. I do have a problem with how low their product inventory is though in the bakery section. The Bakery seems to always be out of or running low of their pastries like Maple Bars and Tiger Tails. When I asked them how many they made, the worker couldn't tell me. She just said they come in the morning bake them and then when they are out they are out. Well, you guys are a business and you should at least know your inventory of products are. You know what you have and how many. It's this just a problem at the Monmouth Store or is this way with all you stores.

I love ❤ this store. the produce department is absolutely beautiful. the grill makes delicious sandwiches and the dining area with the open windows is so peaceful and just relaxing I love it.There's also room for lot's of new products which I love! While I grumble about shopping in general, but this store is such as treat. Not sure how they do it, but I feel relaxed and happy when there. And the best meats and seafood! Organic produce is really good too, though a bit on the expensive side.Thank you Roth's for this gift to our community! ❤❤❤

Was a bit disappointed with the produce selection was very minimal essentials. I went to win Co down the road and they had everything Roths had in abundance. Roths love you guys been shopping yours stores for ever, but maybe instead of trying to compete with winco supply produce that winco doesn't have. Maybe go take a look at lifesource on south commercial I think you would do well to get strange cool unique instead of the status quo like winco

I’m not sure what to rate this. As a one-off experience, a 2. Overall from all my trips- 4The other day I grabbed salmon sushi rolls. Later that night, I started having bad stomach pains. By morning I had all symptoms if food poisoning. Lasted into the next morning. Needless to say I won’t be getting sushi from here again. I should’ve known better I guess.Overall, the prices are high and the selection isn’t always great. But the atmosphere is nice and the grill food FRESH and delivery. The employees are always friendly and I my shopping done quicker than at waremart due to set up and speed at the register.

The store is clean, workers are very courteous and helpful. Their products they sell are fresh. They have a great bakery too. It's nice they bag groceries and generally ask if they can help by taking groceries out to our car, don't see this as much these days. Recommend this store.

Fair pay. I got lured by lies. I was disrespected. There was lack of communication. 1 out of 6 people treated me as an actual team member. Not full time as I was previously told. Hours inconsistent. Expect to know what you are doing. Training was little to none. If you have any personal or mental issues, forget about it. I would not recommend working in the deli.

Roth's always has the best bakery selections no matter what location you visit. Get there first thing in the morning, and grab those hot, fresh donuts! They are busy making donuts most of the day, but they get very busy! Clean restrooms, handicap accessible parking and entrance. Well organized store with helpful courteous staff. Well stocked, and wide aisles. Roth's is a little high end for the same products you can get elsewhere near by, but watch for some great weekly sales you can get excited about! Large, well lit parking for evening. Very visible and convenient from the main road. I give this location a five star!

The kind and extra care , having groceries taken to your car etc.., is long gone with the sale of this grocery chain. I will never shop here again after tonight.. when I’m short on time , I am willing to pay 3 times the price for some items. After my disgust with the prices, my “clerk” who proceeded to literally throw my beyond expensive produce into a bag , that fell apart before I left the store, was just disgraceful! I have one arm, not only did this Roth employee not even ask me if I could use help putting my “gold” into my cart, she literally was staring at me while I was trying to put my stuff in cart and put my debit card away! Shame on the Owners and staff!!! If you are disabled, please do not shop here!

Quality of food is great and their produce section is very fresh and cared for. I would recommend this produce more so than the nearby Waremart due to the freshness and selection. You are able to get in and out very fast with their speedy checkers and open checkout stands.I rate it 3/5 stars mainly on the price points of their products, it can be rather expensive than the comparable market value.

Back when the Roth’s was first built, I thought nothing of it until I entered it. It’s beautiful inside. The sushi is delicious as well as their cute little bar. They are very kind and wonderful, you guys are simply amazing!

This is a great locally owned grocery chain that packs a lot of punch in their smaller store. They have a small deli section, a butcher, a great bakery, and a nice organic section in their fruits and vegetables. If you have a sweet tooth or enjoy quality baked goods I'd highly suggest you try out their bakery products. I can personally attest to their quality 😍.

Super clean and super staff. My special needs daughter. Was with me once. And she ate half the grapes in the store. And they where like no problem

Yes, Roths in Monmouth is more spendy than Waremart. But for us older peeps who are pooped and/or with disabilities, or those with panic disorders in crowds, it is a lifesaver to know there is a functioning electric scooter available, less noise and chaos, and friendly baggers who will load your car for you. That's worth a lot. I would very much like our Roth's to get with the times, and hook up with Insta-Cart or equivalent delivery service for locals and homebound and seniors. Safeway in Dallas 9miles away doesn't "do" Monmouth. So please Roth's: do us a favor and do our shopping for us, and deliver to our doors and accept EBT. The 'Mon-depence' community deserves the services that all our neighboring towns provide. Pretty please.

People complaining about cost here need to chill. It’s the price you pay for convenience + quality. Roth’s has the shortest lines, the freshest produce (for a store), a full bakery, deli, tons of fresh beef, seafood and specialty cuts. They also sell a lot of local products and support the community. The wine and beer selection is top notch and the staff is friendly as can be. If money is an issue but you want fresh veggies etc, then buy most of your groceries at Waremart and your produce at Roth’s. That’s what I do, works great.

I like this place, staff are courteous, it's very clean and they do your bagging and carry out for you. Also, they stock items unavailable at the other store in our small town, and their meats and seafood are superior. BUT, the prices on everyday items are SIGNIFICANTLY higher than other stores and I simply cannot afford to shop there, unless it's for a specialty item.

The prices are a bit higher here than waremart, but the people here are always so helpful and kind. I don't mind paying extra for great service. Also, the donuts are amazing. Get em fresh whenever you can!

Their produce has been a disappointment this week. I bought grapes from there and found that majority of my grapes had holes in them. Then yesterday I bought strawberries and they were brown on the inside.

Excellent produce selection. Beer selection is also great, carrying a wide variety of local micro brews. Great dairy selection including some hard to find yogurt and Kieffer brands. Very helpful and friendly staff. Not as cheap as a wholesale foodmart, but you get what you pay for.

I go to this Roth's about once a month. I typically go because I have to, not because I want to. I typically grab anywhere between 4 and 6 items and so far they are consistently out of at least one item. I've gone and walked out because they were out of 80% of what I wanted. They discontinued shopping baskets forcing everyone to use carts. What could go wrong? More idiots with carts in the store. More arduous shopping. I would be better off driving farther to save me the time and headache of this place. I spent 10 years managing Albertson's stores and I find the experience at this location to be unacceptable.

This Roth's Store is fairly run down and the bakery is pretty small. However, they have a pretty good selection of items that are a bit hard to find at a Walmart or Safeway. The cashier we had today was friendly.
