Very little communication from them on why your prescription has not been filled for weeks. Very rude and curt pharm techs. Such a bad pharmacy, stay away at all costs!!!

If I could, Id give 4.5 stars. Most of the time I get friendly service and help when needed. They have 1 or 2 on the staff that aren't friendly but I feel most businesses are going to have that. Jeff, the pharmacymanager, always goes out of his way to assist when needed too. :-)

The pharmacy from Hell: impolite, unreliable, Plan on waiting, and even then, they'll have made a mistake. Understaffed, poor morale, and they probably don't pay their staff very well.

I've been getting me perceptions from Safeway pharmacy for almost 4 years. They have always been wonderful until recently. My perceptions are suppose to be on auto refill and I'm suppose to get a text when they are ready. Unfortunately, for at 9 months this has been a problem. None of my perception are being auto filled or text. I hope this is fixed soon. I really like the staff there.

The day AFTER my doctor's appointment, went in to pick up antibiotics. Halfway through the day, I get there and they tell me they are working on it, it will be another 25 minutes or so.... nope. Scrip was sent yesterday, if it's not filled by noontime the following day, you don't want my business, you don't get my business...

In the past this pharmacy has been well horrible, half of the staff really cared and the other half was there only for a pay check. Since the new pharmacist Jeff has been there it has been amazing, he along with the other great staff have really changed the atmosphere. You talk to them and you see that they really care and try as much as they can to help. I used to dread picking up and having to come back to actually pick up my meds but now it is so nice and I feel that they truly care

Staff is very friendly -- once they actually get to help you. 3 times I have showed up, nobody in line and I have to wait for them to finish a non work related conversation before any of them would help me. They're also incredibly slow to fill prescriptions. Been told before it'll be ready at 10 am, come in at 6 pm and it's still not done. I make sure I call everytime because they are still never ready. Currently going to pick up prescriptions that I hate called in on the 3rd(it's now the 6th) they weren't ready yesterday and still weren't when I called. The only reason they get a star at all is that the staff is very friendly

Half of the people are very competent workers. The other half, not so much. Don’t rely on this Safeway pharmacy to be your main pharmacy. They’ve made countless mistakes and if your insurance doesn’t cover the cost of the prescription, it’s unbelievably expensive here. Most of the issues aren’t with the actual workers so much as Safeway itself. Not a good pharmacy, I’d go elsewhere if you want something stable and affordable.

It would be 1 or 0 stars but the people are friendly enough. I called in a refill. The message said will be ready 10am the next day. No problem right? I show up at the pharmacy at 4pm. I am told they haven't started and asked if I could wait 30min. This is the second time this has happened. There won't be a third.

They’re ok. I’ve been going to them for about ten years because there isn’t much choice in Molalla. Since they’ve gotten to know me the service is better, but when I first started going it was frustrating. I guess my main complaint is that they close up shop between 1:30 and 2:00 pm every day for lunch. I mean, they close the doors and pull down the shade. Most people who use a pharmacy within a grocery store pick up their prescriptions while they’re doing their shopping, so it’s really inconvenient when you roll your cart up to the pharmacy and find you have to wait a half hour. I understand the pharmacist needs a lunch break, but couldn’t they have someone else behind the counter handing our prescriptions for that half hour? What is this, Hooverville? (Oh yeah, it kind of is). But other than that I’ve been pretty satisfied the last few years.

Went to the pharmacy in Molalla with my parents to get their COVID vaccine and the woman that checked us in was super condescending and rude-the woman that administered the shots was super nice but oh my goodness, there was no need for the type of treatment the first pharmacist gave us-we were super polite and she made us all feel awful about just being there

Poor customers care this is the worst place ever to pick up your meds don't go here they have no staff they call you to pick up your meds and thier not ready theirs a lady that operates the register that has no clue about costumer service not to mention very slow and can not grasp the job every one of the pharmacist are doing the best they can but they constantly are stoped in what they are doing to help the register that has no clue about costumer service and always has a sore on her mouth and her uniform looks bad needs washed and ironed come on people get some staffing get some registers and let's get it together please b 4 i have to go some wear els

They are TERRIBLE! I've been waiting for my RX for over 45 minutes now and they told me it would be a 30 minute wait. They are the slowest place I've ever seen!!!!!
