A couple weeks ago these salt shakers were $3.99 (which is a lot considering) I didn’t buy them then because I thought the price was ridiculous. Now coming back weeks later they’re $8 a piece/ $16 for a set. Why price gouging? Especially on donated items… Seems to go against the mission of the company.

They are overpriced on most of their items, clothing, and other things. This is a second-hand store, but they act like it is brand new stuff. When they have their half off sale on the colored tag that is for that week, they put most of the good clothing in the back of the store and just leave the lesser of the clothing out. The clothes that you don't really want. Which don't make a lot of sense to me. If you got it, sell it. But they would rather have you pay the high dollar price that they have on it. That means they cheat the customers. I'm not happy about this issue. I feel that people should know. I also have a friend or 2 that work there, and they told me that I am right about them hiding the good clothes in the back and leaving the not so hot clothes out. And when that tag is no longer half off, they bring back the high dollar clothes out. Cheating their customers.

I love this goodwill but they don’t have the best signs that tell you where to go, I couldn’t find the women’s shirts and their selection was mainly something an older woman would wear, and being a plus size person there was only like 10-15 different options, and the shoes were only 91/2 and smaller there was really nothing my size, and I know that they are only getting donated stuff but, if your plus size you might not find much. The staff were nice. The only real thing that I Dis-like is that most of the isles had something just isles on the ground.

NEVER in my entire life of shopping at a goodwill industry store which I will admit is one of my favorite stores to be at, did I ever expect such HORRIBLE BEHAVIOR FROM MANAGEMENT/WORKERS. My husband and I witnessed Managment YELLING AT A WORKER By the entrance doors where all the customers can see and hear the conversation. And then...being falsely sold an item that wasn't labeled SOLD, still on the floor WITH NO name on tag or number that apparently some one else bought TONIGHT. THE PAPER WAS TAKEN OUT OF MY HAND! MOLALLA GOOD WILL 1 STAR AND TALKED TO RUDELY. 😡 VERY UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR. IT NEEDS BETTER MANAGEMENT!

How can you go wrong at goodwill, clean store and very helpful staff. Kid helpes me plug in the TV and make sure it worked.The hotel in this town doesn't even have HDMI ports on their TVs and the HDR on some PS5 games really don't like HDMI to RCA adapters.That said a 20 dollar TV that I can donate back afterwards was almost the same price as the wasted adapter I purchased from Bi-mart.EDIT: typos
