I like the employees cause they are very helpful on finding exactly what your looking for and if they do not have it they will tell you when they are getting their next shippment in. Clean store inside and out. Great deals. A good variety of items from camping gear, fishing, hunting stuff to knitting, sewing, canning jars, lids, to just about almost anything! They have Housewares, electronics, automotive, even some grocery items. You can call and see if they have what your looking for or just go check it out for yourself.

I've lived in Molalla for over a year now and I visit bi mart at least a couple times a week. Usually all of the employess are friendly and helpful. This particular visit, I went in to find a very specific product in the sporting goods department. (2/19/2023 110pm) There was a woman there helping another gentleman while she called who I assume was supposed to be manning the counter. She acknowledged me and told me that the other associate would help me shortly. The man came over and was helping a different customer purchase a knife. The associate was well aware that I was waiting, and I understand there are probably policies stating ee's must bring the knife to the register in the front for purchase. The associate said NOTHING to me even after I had already been waiting 10 minutes, and proceeded to walk away. I waited for ANOTHER 10 minutes assuming he would return, but no dice. It would have been nice to have been acknowledged at all by him.Being the first crummy experience I will return, but wanted to express my frustration in hopes that someone would help this associate to improve his customer service skills in the future. Needless to say, I was very disappointed.

I like this store it has many different items you may need, they even sell paint, electronics, home items, food, clothing, hunting, fishing and camping items. They also have pet supplies and you can get fishing licenses too.

It's a Bi mart for God's sake. What they lack in exciting experiences they make up for in good prices. If one pays attention you can generally find some smoking deals on electronics such as brand name tvs and whatnot.

The people that staff this BiMart are friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. They have a great selection of plants, farm goods, hunting/camping/fishing supplies, personal care, hardware, paint and more. It is a clean well organized store and one of my go tos for office supplies, dried goods, canning supplies and plants to name a few.

The return policy at this location is ridiculous. I had an unopened item in its original packaging WITH a receipt that I wanted to exchange for the same item in a different color and they wouldn’t do it without a Bimart card and photo ID which I didn’t have on me. Why is an exchange such a hassle with a receipt? Never been to a store with such a strict policy.

They can be busy at times, but for a local one-stop it has most things you would need in a pinch. Hardware, ammo, auto stuff, and basic groceries/housewares..I definitely frequent this establishment and am thankful for the friendly staff...

The most critical thing I can say about this location is that they could do better at making sure prices are clearly marked on the items for sale outside. Added the 5th star because recently, on two separate occasions, employees went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service.

Great store. This one in particular has wonderful employees who are always willing (and happy) to help their customers in any way they can, going above and beyond to provide excellent service. If you're running late, they'll even bring up an item to the front for you to buy quickly, if you call ahead and request it. This is a fantastic store overall, and an amazing location in particular! :)

Friendly staff, and a reasonable variety. Overall it is a good place to pick up various items if you are in a pinch.The selection is limited for any one type of item, and the quality of most items matches the general price policy of the store. Low cost and generally low quality. That said, it meets expectations on that end.If you live in the city and haven't been here, you may be driving further than you need to for odds and ends.

This is a great store comma with very nice people, in a very nice community. They had an incredible number of items offered, all good quality, practical, and relatively inexpensive. It is a good hardware store in a traditional way. I wish there was a Bi-Mart in Silverton, and I would love to help bring it there.

It was great! Finally discovered they carry 30lb. Bags of cat food very close in price to Wal-Mart so I no longer have to travel so far ,so nice!. I went out to the Mollala store cause I had to drive out there to buy a vehicle which I didn't know was barely running on an almost dead battery it was late and the only place open was also one of my favorite ones Bi-Mart they had a huge selection of batteries and I was able to get the exact one I needed thanks Bi-Mart for being so awesome 😎

We have been customers for many years. I can honestly say that just about everyone who works at Molalla Bi-Mart is warm and friendly (they are to me anyway lol.) For a smaller store, they have a wide variety of products. It’s like a very condensed version of Wal-Mart! Their prices are very reasonable too. I’m so thankful that I can purchase some items here so I don’t have to pay Safeway’s high prices.

Bi-Mart is really the closest place for sporting goods in my area. I can usually find what I need without traveling a great distance into "the city". The staff is friendly and helpful and the store is well stocked and kept clean.
