I want this to be Seen me and my BF and my brother we went in and we where kinda offended by the manager on duty she was so upset that my bf who is autistic was playing with a whoopee cushion accused him of taking it all around the store even thonit didn't even leave the aisle it was found on it was just on top of a display but still in the same area we where shopping for my mom's birthday I was nice about letting her know that she was being kinda rude and telling accusing us for one of something we didn't do I may have started cursing but when you get mad and start to see red you dint thunk about your language as a problem she harassed us thru most the store had no issue she wanted to follow me I wasn't doing anything wrong it's when she got rude to us we decided to get rude back why you treating someone who's trying to buy stuff we definitely left things how we found them when we left tho that store was trashed before we walked in never again will I go to this store that was some bull sheet

I do not suggest working for this company at all. I broke my foot in May and it wasn't healing as fast as we hoped. They refused any and all light duty work. My doctor's notes said I can work with modified duties. They straight up fired me because I am still not released. I haven't done anything wrong.

Closed in the middle of the day half the time I go lately. Won't answer the phone either. Prices are often higher at checkout than they are labeled on the shelf. The shelves have been like halfway empty for years now. Our town deserves better.

This store is THE WORST!! They are always out of everything,they close at random hours all of the time and put hand written paper signs on the door be back between 2 and 4....SERIOUSLY??I stopped to get milk after work and there was a hand written sign ..... THEY CLOSED THE STORE FOR 2 DAYS TO STOCK...WTH??? They have a bunch of people working that have NO SKILLS.0 stars!!!

I like the store and most of the workers. If they have what you're looking for the prices are pretty good. They have a large selection of goods. They seem to still be having issues with getting goods put away when they get a shipment. At times the store can be pretty messy due mostly to customers and staffing issues. Overall I'm glad the store is here to offer locals jobs a wide variety of well priced goods! Now they need to add a pharmacy. Hint, hint. 😜

I love the store and the staff they are all wonderful people !! yes sometimes I chat too long with them in line I saw” one customer complained about that “ , but if they just sent us through without even saying anything to us , it’s rude and annoying and that’s not what kind of person I am !!! or they are !!! The manager is just the sweetest thing I’ve ever met in my life 😊yes the store can be in shambles sometimes but they’re the only good store in this town of Mill city , Oregon , beside 7-Eleven how do you expect them to do everything in one day or even a week I believe they’re understaffed but that’s my opinion!!!I think we’re all lucky to have the Dollar General in Our Town !God Bless

I was looking for a couple of food items, so I asked the young woman who was stocking. She stopped stocking, and gladly helped me find the items, that I was looking for. The employees are always helpful and friendly, so my shopping trips to Dollar General, are always good. Thanks for great employees that make shopping at Dollar General a pleasure.

Huge selection, I got 4 pairs of super cute leggings, thermal wear and covid 19 masks for my boyfriend and a few outfits for the kids. We were also able to to find birthday party decorations, birthday gifts for our 1 yr old niece, drinks and snacks, helium filled balloons, and much more. Great prices! We love this store.

Customer service is great! She showed me the location of what I was looking for instead of the typical "it's over there in this isle." They have no pumpkins tho...... So don't believe the web site if you are looking for real pumpkins :)

Workers lacks basic store clerk skills. Workers are rude and disorganized. Workers are prejudiced against tourists. Someone pushed a clothes rack out of the store and onto my car. Cashier called me sir when I'm obviously a woman. Chimps would do better job working here. Don't stop. Keep going...

One of the nicest Dollar generals I've been in, Reedsport. Clean and organized not like some I've been in which I will never go back to thank goodness I've moved out of the area. I feel sorry for the people in that rural area because that's all they have to shop at that's closer than 45 miles. That particular store has boxes and cardboard broken down. cardboard boxes in the store isles. You can get through so you just pack up and leave disgusted. The employees in that store are friendly but there's seems to be a high turnover. Who would stay and enjoy their work in that kind of environment. By the way it's your Mill City store

First time in one of these stores. It reminds me of the old general stores from years ago. Every section in the store has $1 items and they are like a small grocery store. They stock almost everything that you can think of they even have clothing items you can purchase. Great experience and it was quick to get in and out of. If you're headed to Sisters stop in and check out this store

Nice to find a discount store in a small town,, and still standing after recent wildfires in the area. The one thing that did make the store confusing is that like items were in several different aisles making it difficult to find a specific thing. Even an employee didn't know exactly where things were located. It makes shopping take twice as long and still not sure if I just missed the one thing I was looking for in the first place. Side note,, due to road construction and closure what would be a quarter mile drive had to be detoured 4 miles through another town and back just to get there. Then back.Half hour trip took an hour and half.

For the most part staff is friendly. There's one or two that are a tad snotty but not so bad you want to smack anybody. Prices are decent on most items but some are ridiculous such as the same items you can get at Dollar Tree for $1.00 they want up to $5.00 for the same brand and amount. Just pay attention when you're shopping.

Incorrect prices on items. Staff verbally rude when mentioned. Store closes at random times. For no reason. It is the 22nd and the grease paint on the door say "won't be open until the 24th, no respect for their customers, will not shop here again.

At the mill city oregon store, at least the last 5 times (probably closer to 10 times) they have rang up my purchases wrong. They ring up sale items at the regular price and I have to bring it to their attention. They then send someone to check it and then change it. I cant say that all sale items are done this way but is fair to say a large number are. I shop there because their sales are good and often, but really shouldnt have to watch them that closely.

A very large selection of merchandise is available here for an individual to be able to purchase for themselves.I will note however that cellular telephone service is usually unavailable while inside the building though. Just do to the location of the cell towers and the building.

Nice store great prices and a great place to load up with things you could use while heading to Detroit lake. They have most of your needs without having to drive all the way to Stayton's Safeway. It's a great Area to retire. There are Lots of places to fish, Hike, camp, Raft, Boat, places to eat, Scenic drives, Bars, Bars and Sports Bars. Nature galore, Bird Watching is abundant and so is the wildlife. Help this area grow become a local they are very friendly and very welcoming here they put on an excellent Firework show. Help rebuild this community. After the fires there is plenty of opportunities to build new homes plus when building your new homes you can help the community by purchasing your resources locally. I will be recommending to EVERYONE I meet or have met from California to Nevada even online to come to this community to ensure that it grows. Also on a heavy rainy Foggy night STR Towing on 13th Street In Lyons will light up your way with it's brights on and will follow closely to ensure you get home safely. It is so Inviting.

This store is a great addition to the canyon area. After shopping at the other grocery store, it was nice to find some reasonable prices. I really liked the efficient service and friendly employees. Great store overall.

Very mean spirited woman named Becca who works here. One cashier called for help but Becca was too busy chatting with a coworker in a back room. When she finally came out she was talking nonstop to that other worker as if she was under the influence of a chemical stimulant. I asked her a question but she ignored me as if I wasn't there still chatting up a storm to her coworker. I for one will not be going there again. She apparently thinks the company needs her more than she needs the job as she brags about how she has applications in other locations, is going to college the get her degree and does not think customer service is important. I called the corporate office about her but am sure nothing will be done.

Great store! Reminds me of a mini Wal-Mart. Has great pricing on most of their items, and what is not is still priced comparable to the larger stores in town. Love their weekly barging sales as well.
