I've lived in the small town of Merrill since 2015. I have good memories of Martin's, the local grocery store, over most of those years. Unfortunately, over the last couple of years, customer service has suffered tremendously. Over the last year, their pricing system is a complete failure. There is one pompas cashier, Kevin, who thinks so highly of his own opinion, he will argue with you and step all over himself making excuses for the overcharged prices, clearly marked on the shelves, he's willing to argue the exact opposite of truth. Their prejudices are another story. Staff is unprofessional and biased to say the least. I've heard nasty comments from the employees about people of color. It makes me sad that the new owners (The original Martin sold and is no longer present. If he was,I know he would not tolerate this behavior) would allow this to happen and employ such substandard personel.

Really disappointing to walk into a small business in an even smaller town and hear the staff making rude, insensitive, and racist comments about their coworkers and patrons. I’ve always been a supporter of local businesses, but I will not support businesses that cannot keep their rude comments to themselves, especially in front of other patrons. Very unprofessional and disheartening.

A slice of an America long gone, Martin's is a family owned store with old school charm. Sadly, service there has become hit or miss; cashiers are friendly one day and rude the next. I understand people have bad days but it shouldn't affect service. I think one cashier there was hungover or possibly drinking on the job one day. I only go there now when I have to.

All of the employees are absolutely wonderful!!!!They are always kind and helpful!!!!!!The prices are a tad bit high and I have purchased bad cheese.Other than that, I love the customer service and the store is clean and we'll stocked.

I find food items here that I can’t find anywhere else in the Klamath Basin. Fresh vegetables are good & clean, excellent meats, very friendly and helpful staff. They will order a specific item if you request it. I grocery shop here regularly

Great little one stop kind of store that also carries alcohol in addition to beer and wine. Nice staff and very reasonable prices make this little store a good place to shop.

Great little Market! We buy our chicken and pork chops here to cook ourselves at our motel up the road. A great variety of items with friendly service!

I shop here while my husband and I work in the area. They have a friendly staff and a great variety of foods and veges. They have beer, wine and lower, also.

Good prices is family owned and operated.They farry local products.And they sell BLACK ANGUS BEEF ITS SO FRESH.if you have never had fresh beef the taste is complwtely diffrent

If you need groceries, this is the place. I'd consider travelling from Medford to shop there if it wasn't for the cost of gas.
