Although I like their products, they never have the AC on. People would spend more money and time shopping if there was a comfortable shopping store.Sometimes the cashiers are nice.I've taken items up to the register and when they rang in wrong. I show them where it says a certain price that's wrong and they pull the tag right in front of me and don't honor the price that was there.Hence, bait and switch!I came into some money and wanted to buy home wares but it was just to hot. I felt like I was going to pass out and I was sweating profusely.There's not even fan airflow.When I went to check out, there was a young gentleman cashiering.He has a fan so I turned it to face me while I checked out.He was new and very sweet.I wish I could remember his name.I turned the fan back around and thanked him.He was great at customer service!

I love this store I have been extremely satisfied with the merchandise every time I have been there. The only thing I have a problem with is that although I am extremely happy with the products I have bought, the cashiers that have always been different each time I've been have no customer service skills at all if you ask them a question they either don't know how to answer or ignore you flat out, they have always been rude. I will continue to go there I just wish maybe they could retrain their staff in how to interact with customers. I do work as a customer service representative and I understand that sometimes things are difficult but if your going to work in that field you need to learn to put your customers first for they are your paycheck.

I love this store. They are getting more items in for cleaning supplies its great inexpensive. So I stock up. Even on greeting cards wrapping paper tape. Some items like food I don't purchase to often. Seems stake. But all in all friendly service.

It was OK !Same old stuff for a Dollar General Store.A little of everything, Clothes, Food, Hardware, Beer and Wine, Cigarettes, Toiletries and you name it. You might find it here. Worker at register on Saturday 11/17/2018 was a Great Person.Three Thumbs Up. 👍👍👍

Has 95% of whatever non food item you would go in looking for cheap or couple dollars above cheap. Has basic pantry staples and dry food. Milk and ice cream too. And they seem to often be in smaller towns that have extremely limited options with grocery and everyday items, so usually bet on going there first and then the main grocer for produce and meat more specific items your wanting.

Pretty limited selection. When I asked an employee where a certain item was located I got the typical "If it's not there we don't have it". But other than that this store's location is very convenient for me and all other service has been excellent.

They have everything you need for your house and you personally. This includes everything from garbage bags to headache medicine, such as ibuprofen. They also have a small amount of refrigerated and frozen foods, such as: butter, margarine, milk, frozen pizzas, and ice cream.

It's better then having to drive to Klamath Falls, it has a tendency to be messy. Not with garbage just with boxes of stock that needs to be put out on the shelves!

The dollar general in Merrill is awful, its dirty, it's always a huge mess, the manager and her son barely speak English so I can never understand them and they can't understand what I'm looking for either, its frustrating!
