Visiting the beautiful Rouge Valley and hiking a lot with our sweet Husky, she could use a good bath. Followed a recommendation from a wonderful local dog care taker, we called the Just Great Grooming for what indeed turned to be a GREAT experience for both the Husky and us! Alma picked the call right away (on a Sunday morning!), was super accommodating and saw us in couple of hours. The place is properly equipped, the service was super professional, and everyone so nice. Thank you Alma and team! We’ll be happy to be back!

This is the first year my long-haired cat had issues with his coat, I was recommended to Kendra here at just great grooming. My cat can be difficult, I gave him gabapentin before the appointment and she was gentle and patient with my cat the whole time. He is so much happier now that he doesn't have those painful mats in his fur. I found the prices here totally reasonable and will definitely take him back when needed. Thank you Kendra!

Okay first, as a professional groomer you should know that certain breeds are not to be shaved down like you did to my border collie. They have a double coat for a reason, might be time to do some research on different breeds and why thats so very important. Even not knowing that, I specifically stated that I wanted her hair just trimmed up around her hind end, legs and belly. To add to that I also showed pictures of exactly how I wanted her to look. When I came back to pick up my dog I was shocked to see that a trimmer was just taken over her whole body at the same length. The only reason this isn't a 1 star review is just because I'm simply trying to be a little nice and understanding that mistakes are made. I really hope my dogs coat grows back in okay. Cutting it this short can have life long affects on how the outer coat grows back if it ever fully comes back at all. One picture of before she was groomed and two after.

I have a 4 month old Yorkie pup. I couldn't have picked a better place! Christy, the owner was so good with Maxx, making sure he got the first appointment,0 so he didn't have to wait and be so anxious. She allowed me in the bathing area so I could learn how to bathe him. She was very gentle with him and do an excellent job. I already booked my next appointment with her!

Couldn't be any happier with how Kendra handled grooming the Persian. She was so matted and Kendra was so gentle with her. She looks so much better and feels better too. Thank you so much for your help. The other ladies were very sweet too and made us feel very welcome.

I highly recommend Just Great Grooming. I usually take my dog there once every two months or so. His fur is always so soft and clean when I pick him up. His face is taken care of completely meaning that his eye buggers are removed, which I love. They usually get him done in two or three hours and the price is really good.

I took my cat into see Kendra at Just Great Grooming for his first ever visit to a groomer. He got a modified "lion cut". She was waaay faster than I expected and Bizzy was almost relaxed! Kendra is not judt fast but she's got "the touch"! Definately connects with the pet she's grooming. It was awedome to see! 100.....000 stars!

This groomer is awesome, they are always polite, they do any awesome job with my shih tzu and he loves going here. They also don't cost an arm and a leg, they brush, bath, clip nails, clean ears and clip their fur plus more, I will always go here for as long as they are around, I'm going to start taking my American Eskimo puppy to them as well next week

Kendra groomed our recently adopted cat, who was very matted. She handled her with the utmost care and compassion, and did a wonderful job. Chumley has been preening ever since we returned. Cost is very reasonable.

This place recently came under new ownership and our last experience was not the best. We usually get the dogs groomed here every two months which includes a bath and a trim on their coat and a couple other things. The prior owners had Australian Shepherds so they really knew how to groom them. The new groomer did not impress us with their grooming skills. Our dogs are a little hyper and anxious. The prior groomers were aware and always did so good with them. The new owner couldn’t really complete her job because she didn’t have experience with more hyper dogs. We didn’t know when we rebooked that they had sold the shop. We are looking for a new groomer. If you have a small or a calm dog, this might be the place for you. Otherwise, look elsewhere.

Tu is the name of the groomer that my dog sees the most. The owner Chuck does a great job at reminding you of your appointment and Tu does a great job with the grooming. The price is just right and they do everything that I need done for my dog at that reasonable price. They always check to make sure that they go over how I want him groomed, just to be sure nothing has changed, and that I want him groomed the same way as before. They are very through and very good at what they do. I wish I could give more then 5 stars.

Dawn has been grooming my standard poodles for several years. She has them looking amazing, people are always asking me about my groomer. She gets the dogs done in a very timely manner. No long waits in the cages. She is always on time. But the most important thing for me is the dogs love going there. I've had other groomers in the past that I've had to drag them into. Not so with Dawn...They are always happy to see her.

My mini aussie just went for his first time to be groomed and the whole experience was great! Really knowledgeable and helped me out with what my dog breed needed specifically, and he came out happy, so soft and shiny, and looking his very best! Will definitely be bringing him back!

We have been taking our two dogs to Dawn for over 5 years. One a Mini-Schnauzer and one a Yorkie-Poo. She does a really super job on both dogs! When you enter her shop you can see immediatelyhow clean and orderly everything is. She truly loves her work and is so loving & caring for the petsshe grooms. I've been taking my personal dogs to Dawn for many years. Having "special needs" dogs I trust her concern and attentiveness to my pets. She is well informed of their health issues and has always put their needs first.In addition to my pets, I have also taken many rescue dogs to her. The majority of these dogs are in sad shape and quite honestly, I wouldn't know where to start. Some how she gets them all cleaned up and they shine like gems when she's done.I cannot say enough good things about her. I hope I don't have to ever find a new groomer. She is the perfect fit for me and all my pet needs.

Love this place - seriously - I think it's the best grooming our dog has ever had. His fur was gorgeous...his nails trimmed perfectly...and he wasn't in the least bit stressed when we picked him up which means he had a good time too.I highly recommend this place! We just moved to Medford so I planned to try multiple grooming salons until I found the perfect one, I don't need to look any further.

We took our two terriers to Dawn who worked her magic on them both. Dawn was friendly and professional. Her prices were incredibly competitive (better than large commercial pet chain stores locally). The service was simply amazing. I picked our dogs up a few hours later and they were completely transformed from wild looking things to handsome little fellas. Thank you so much! There are no words for how pleased I was with the care you provided my little fur baby Charlie. Not only did you do a fantastic job on Charlie. Dawn is absolutely incredible with my 4 year old Shih-Tzu-Maltese. I am VERY picky about how I like her hair cut and she listens very attentively to my (detailed) instructions and specifications with a smile and genuine appreciation and I have been 100% satisfied with every haircut! The facilities are very clean and you don't see more dogs there than are being worked on which I like. Her prices are very reasonable and she leaves no detail unfinished.

Just had my standard poodle and my labradoodle go in for their summer cuts. They look amazing. Very happy with the service and will be returning for sure. The shop is very clean and communication about how to cut them was great. Definitely recommend.

Hello, I called to cancel this morning do to the fact my grandfather had an heart attack last night and I am needed at the hospital today. Well, I called to cancelled and Chuck picked up. When I explained to him why I was cancelling, he was very rude to me over the phone. Then he demanded what was the family emergency. Even tho it was not his business to begin with, I tried explaining and he cut me off. Since ownership was swtswitc over to them, he has been rude to us a few times. We do not often take our dogs to the groomers but we were loyal customers. Because the rates were low and the grooming done very well. But Chuck seems to forget we are customers not his employees. You get more with surger then salt. Well Well before he hangs up, he asked if we cancelled before. I'm sure we have but not day of appointment. I know it is his business but I am sorry my grandfather is more important then my dogs getting their hair and nails done. I will be taking my fur babies somewhere else. And I am letting those I have brought to this business for their little fur babies know the customer service I received today. Beware of just great grooming and the owner Chuck.

Terrible experience and worst customer service I've had at a groomer or almost anywhere. I took my pup in to get his glands squeezed when we first moved here and it went ok but seemed as though they may not even know how to actually squeeze glands. Then when I call to make a follow up they simply reject me for the same exact service from last time telling me they don't want to do that unless I book a full service. I understand from a business aspect changing services, however the complete rudeness and unwillingness to even help find somewhere to take our dog now was unbelievable and I would not suggest ever even walking in this place.

Nice place but terrible customer service, took my large husky mix there about a year ago and had told Dawn he was very scared of blow dryers, she said they put cotton balls in dogs ears and not to worry about it, I tried explaining how scared he got but she said he would be fine, they would deal with it, long story short, she called me telling me to pick him up because he was out of control while trying to blow dry his hair and they couldn't handle him, when I picked him up he was very scared. My observation was the following, owner and staff at the time didnt seem genuinely caring for the animals, my dog is very sensitive and with a little tender care and taking a little more time to dry him would have worked but she even said they did not have the time to deal with him, yet I had to pay about the full amount for just a shampoo almost $60, exactly what I used to pay at petsmart for much more than just a shampoo! I realize she is running a business but a little compassion would have resulted in a loyal long term customer.

Well, this is just the best ever. Gizmo is ordinarily terrified by the time he's within sniffing distance of a groomer. Not this time!! I'm just traveling thru and because she had such good Yelp reviews, I gave her a call but didn't expect to land an appointment. Lucky for me and Gizmo, she had a cancelation for the next morning. Lucky me and HAPPY Gizmo! She delivered a perfectly groomed Shih Tzu; exactly as I wished/hoped for but didn't really expect. This woman is a 10-Star professional, full of warmth and good karma. Thank you, whomever canceled!
