Blue Compass was recommended to my husband and I by some friends who had purchased their RV from there and we are so glad they did because we had a great buying experience there, too!Shawn was our salesman and he went above and beyond to find us an RV that met all of our criteria. We also had some weight restrictions on our vehicle that he was very careful to stay within so that we wouldn't overdo our towing capacity and potentially mess up our car.He was very knowledgeable, which was so very important to us, as we are brand new to the RV world!Even though the purchase is now completed, Shawn has remained in touch and available for and any and all questions we still have!We highly recommend Blue Compass and Shawn to anyone in the market for a new RV!

I am thankful others had great experiences at the Medford Blue Compass RV but this was not the case for me. Unfortunately, I found that Talon and Craig were less than ethical and showed no professional integrity when THEY contacted me about purchasing my RV. After stringing me along for 3 weeks, having me stop by (an 1.5 hour drive) to ask the same questions that were done over the phone and then ghosting me so that I have to keep asking for updates, they presented an extremely low offer, asked for more money down, gave an interest rate that put my payment over what I said was my top number. They may smile and shake hands up front, pretending to be there for you, but it’s just a front. Best of luck to those who purchase from this place.

We were shopping RVs all over the Rogue Valley and the internet. We looked at Blue Compass RV and met Chad Hunter. He happily show us many options. He was very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. He listened to our needs, wants and dislikes but we were not ready to commit at that point. About a week later he followed up with us, called and said I’ve got something you might want to look at. He was right! He found the RV to fit our needs/wants! He help us close the deal on a brand new 2023 motor coach and we are so happy. Michael was great in communicating with us even on his days off and giving us the right information we needed and our best options. He helped us pick out exactly what we were looking for at the moment and took his time to walk through with us. Talon got the job done. He was very thorough and made sure we were taken care of. The system was new to me and Blake but with some testing and tinkering Blake was able to find problem and solution and fixed day of🙏 anyone with repair needs in the Medford Ashland area would be foolish to go anywhere else

My wife and i recently purchased a trailer from this rv dealer, a east to west alta. We weren't in the market but decided to stop by and take a look due to holiday sale they had going. Our salesman, Tony , was remarkable. He took the time to show us several units on the lot and even some offsite at a different location. There was no pressure at any time and we stayed beyond closing time on a holiday weekend without rushing us. He was a pleasure to work with, if I'm ever in the market again i will see Tony for future purchases.

We got a brand new trailer at Blue Dog. Our criteria kept changing, but we had some must haves. We were taken care of by two salesmen, Troy and Mike. They put up with us pretty well. Even though they both had to come in on their days off a couple of weeks in a row. After we finally made a choice, the process was super smooth and we are very happy with our purchase. I hope the service department is as helpful as Troy and Mike were.

Just a country boy but these guys are all they're like family when you're there and when I had a problem with the truck that was going to turn my trailer I just bought from him they have five guys on the job and right there I mean every little thing I could ever have helped with good company they don't they're not pushy they ask what you want not what they want and just Jesus is the best guys ever buy a trailer or have your stuffed they were so much I was surprised

My family and I purchased a 2021 Keystone Bullet from the Medford, OR location. We will admit, at first we felt they were pulling the classic salesman routine, but we’re quickly proven wrong!We brought in a 2017 Subaru Crosstrek as a trade, which they made an amazing offer to assist with the deal.James (sales rep), Zac (finance) and Marc (owner) were absolutely amazing!! Purchased a trailer from blue dog in 2022, loved the purchasing experience however the assembly of the trailer was poor. Our trailer is brand new and multiple pieces have broken and fallen off. We purchased a very expensive extended warranty and can’t seem to get any of the work done! We had our trailer in for warranty work 8 months ago, they needed to order a part, and 8 months later still no phone calls or replacement parts. No point in having a warranty if you can’t get the work done! Getting rid of our trailer and the useless warranty!

once I finally get my fifth wheel trailer back from Bluedog repair I will certainly find another repair shop to deal with. The trailer has been in the shop since May 1st and still there and it's now June 8th. Always an excuse of why it isn't repaired. The service rep. seems to always have an excuse of why it isn't completed. He even had me call the manufacturer instead of himself. The key to sucess is communication and he certainly doesn't know that. Never again Bluedog!

Bought a 2021 Entegra Coach from this shady place. At first they seem like a great company, until they get you to sign the paperwork. They sold me a motorhome that had the catalytic converter missing. They never even mentioned that someone had stolen it the night before I was set to come purchase the vehicle the next day. That is just ONE issue, there are many, many more. They told me they would replace the catalytic converter and have their white city location weld a new one in. Sounds good, huh? When I received my vehicle back and upon checking the catalytic converter, whoever did the weld job apparently has never taken a welding class. I ended up taking the unit into a Ford dealer myself. Ford reported to me that the catalytic converter was NOT done properly, and that the weld job would never pass in any state requiring smog certification. Bottom line I would NEVER trust this company or the people who work for them. They literally waited for me to sign the sale paperwork before I ever knew the catalytic converter was missing. Save your hard earned money and shop somewhere else.

I recently took my trailer to Blue Dog for repair. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, helpful and professional. Misty, who works in the front office, is a delight to work with. Before repairs were done she called to explain in detail what needed to be done, approximately how long it might take and an estimate of the cost. When I asked if one item could safely wait until later because of cost she had them check it to make sure it would be safe to use until then. Cody, who worked on the trailer, made the repairs sooner than I'd expected. They answered all my questions and made sure I was satisfied before I left. I have dealt with Blue Dog several times and I've always been very happy with all the people I've interacted with and the quality of service I've received.

Amended Review after 1 year of interactions:The sales experience was solid, the mechanical service is great. The front-desk at their service center is horrible. They do not return calls for service. They even charged me $266 for a safety recall that was supposed to be free (it was a propane tank regulator problem than could cause explosion).I called them about the money issue daily for several weeks. No one ever called back. I ended up calling their sales team as well, they too did not call back, so I drove an hour out of my way to their service center to explain the issue. It's been a month and a half since then, still no refund.Be careful!Below is my original 5-star review:After shopping around the Rogue Valley for travel trailers, visiting so many place, I was so happy to discover Blue Dog RV of Medford Oregon. Compared to the other places, where so many of the sales people were obviously only looking for a quick sale and willing to give false information to get it, Blue Dog RV was a welcome reprieve.I purchased a nice JayCo Jayflight at Blue Dog. The sales process was straight forward. They offered a much better price for my trailer than some other shops for the same thing. The process was quick and easy.The service center was thorough in their quality check and walk-through. They answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable with my purchase. They even delivered my trailer to my home an hour away because my truck suddenly had electrical problems on pickup day.The mechanics worked on my truck to add in a special braking mechanism for the trailer, but due to the electrical issues, they were initially unable to install the braking mechanism.After taking the truck to my mechanic to get it fixed, they tried again, but still the electric issue was unresolved. Ultimately, Blue Dog mechanics researched my truck and spent hours to locate and fix the problem. Something my auto shop failed to do. Blue Dog RV mechanics did not have to do that - I was so moved!The service was amazing and refreshing from sales, to service, to front-desk.Based on my experience with Blue Dog RV of Medford, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an RV.I'd like to give special thanks to Blake, Shayne, Cody, Jacob, Carlie, and Misty for making me feel welcome and cared for.

Patrick Shields from Blue Dog RV in Idaho was the first Consultant to find the RV's that we were interested in, set us an appointment in Medford Oregon and within a few hours we are proud owner's of a 2017 Jayco North Point! We bought our trailer from these liars a year ago. We had such a horrible time trying to get them to do what they already promised us would be done to the trailer and them trying to skimp on things that needed to be done to the trailer. BUT i am not writing about the past. I am writing about the present. When we purchased the trailer we specifically asked the guy that was doing the paperwork on the deal if we purchased the warranties if the yearly inspection cost anything he said no. Well fast forward my wife calls and schedules the inspection nothing was said to her about it costing anything. Fast forward again to today i take the trailer in at 8am for the inspection, again nothing said to me about cost or anything. I look over see a sign that says “Hourly Labor cost $189” so i get to thinking so i ask the lady if it costs anything she says “$189” now what kind of company sells you a warranty, REQUIRES you to do a YEARLY inspection to keep that warrant going, AND CHARGES YOU FOR THE INSPECTION THAT IS REQUIRED?I CAUTION ANYONE AND EVERYONE. DO NOT DO ANY KIND OF BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET ABSOLUTELY RAILROADED!Spend your money anywhere but here. They have been the absolute worst to deal with even a year later after buying the trailer!

I had an excellent experience at the Medford, OR location. Our sales associate, Mike, had an excellent sense of humor. He was knowledgeable about all of the RV information and answered all of our questions. He didn't rush us to make a decision.Zach in finance was also great. He is very efficient and made the process so easy.I met with the service tech, David, for the final walk through. The service department went out of their way to make sure that I had everything needed for the RV. They provided excellent customer service. It was a VERY rainy day when I met with David. The service department provided umbrellas to use because I forgot mine at home. David was very thorough, explaining EVERYTHING about the RV. He went out of his way to make sure that everything regarding all the features for the RV were explained and demonstrated.I was also very impressed by the extra customer service shown by the entire Medford, OR team! I hesistated going to a sales place to look at RVs, but Mike and the guys at Blue Dog were no pressure type people. They hing around and answered questions, showed us the trailers we were interested in, some many times, gave us a card and let us leave without being pushy. When we came back, they were welcoming, and still not pushy. When we made our choice, they were speedy but thorough about doing our paperwork, like our time was important. Picking up our new trailer from the service department was easy too, as they went over all the operations of the trailer and appliances. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

We purchased a 2022 Jayco BH trailer in May of this year. The purchase experience was great. Paperwork was done over the phone. We showed up, signed a few documents and were on our way within 15 minutes to their secondary location where their units are prepped for pickup. During our walk through we noticed a few items on our delivery list that weren’t with the trailer. We were told to note those items down and that they would get them out to us asap. The rest of the walkthrough was great and we were happy first time travel trailer owners.Fast forward to today (Oct 29th, 2022), 8 phone calls, 5 voicemails with the service manager, multiple emails to the regional manager Trent, emails to sales who forward my email to service “hoping” they will respond. I’ve yet to ever get a return call or email.I reached out to the corporate store and was told to reach out to Trent who hasn’t ever responded to my emails.The Medford store was great when they wanted to collect the tens of thousands for the purchase but after that… no response and just excuses that they are “busy.”Very disappointing service.
