It’s is 10:30 pm and there is a line that goes down the middle row. Whoever is doing the scheduling needs to be shown how to do it!! This is obsurd to have people waiting this long. I have frozen foods that will b melted by the time I get home, will WinCo reimburse me?

This what's my favorite Grocery store, and we went out of our way to get as much as possible for our entire family here every week until today. Karen the cashier was very rude. I spoke briefly with a manager, let's just say the individual did not sound very managerial. Just like the other comments noted, no one cares and quality is very low at this location. I don't think I can spend any more of our family's money

This WinCo has the usual big selection of products and has great produce, all at reasonable prices. The store is always clean and well stocked with plenty of sales and bargains.The lack of registers is an inconvenience, but the lines move quickly. The price check on an old scratchy loud speaker is rough too.

So, Winco is without a doubt my favorite Super Market in the PNW, but this one really needs some love! My wife and I are Winco people, like I cannot stress that enough! But, this one just is not what the other Winco's that we've been to, especially not lately. EVERY TIME that I go to this Winco, they are out of the Olive Oils. Wine selection is like 1/3 or 1/2 of the other Winco's. And just overall, this one has been missing so many items lately. Like, we're literally going grocery shopping after going here for our big shops, because that's how many items we're missing. It'd a Winco, so it's still the best place to go! Best prices, best deals, and most importantly - The Best Food! But, needs a little love rn...

I like Winco.It was however, a MUCH better grocery BEFORE being taken over by its employees!The employees leading the management (by consensus💀) consistently make foolish decisions.One, is a complete lack of training, knowledge, leadership and direction in production of baked goods!Bread and buns filled with air; chemical and artificial methods of creating "rise", (utter lack of natural fermentation brought about in yeast), low grade flour, increased sugar and corn syrup...to name a few.The other day, I stopped to buy bread. The only apparently robust loaves in the bakery were (labeled) sourdough....the vast number of loaves should have been an indication, a warning, a "red flag". Well.....I purchased a loaf.What a huge disappointment!! Upon opening the bread, I was greeted with a strong, sour smell. Normally, this indicates an inadequate "rise". In this case, however, it seems it was the result of ordinary chemical "rise" accompanied by the addition of vinegar (or, alum...some acidic material) to produce what amounts to SOUR BREAD!!!How dreadful!What a waste of effort!What a complete lack of understanding!In my mother's day, that store would have lost a great deal of business...months of loss in bakery sales!

Rude cashier, if you don’t want to help a customer just say that, don’t pretend the machine isn’t accepting my card. The screen didn’t even present „insert or swipe card“ sadly there was only one cashier so I couldn’t try going to a different checkout lane

My ONLY complaint is the CONSTANT backup at the checkout. There is NEVER enough checkers and the isle is very narrow at the front by the checkout and makes the area VERY congested. Also the self checkout line wraps around to the back of the store on most days.

Seems as if WinCo has been able to hire more people recently. That makes it better for all their customers, like me😉I do like, that almost all the cashiers are able to put their Customer Service hat on even when Extremely busy. I appreciate it & I know others do to. Thanks for all the hard work, all 😉

You NEED to hire some more people to cashier.Making your customers wait in lines that go to the back of the store is piss poor customer service and leaves some foods at risk of developing harmful bacteria.I left my cart at the front of the store. I'm not risking anyones health to save a few bucks. Do better.

I love this grocery store, they literally have anything and everything you could be looking for, including toiletry items, and the prices are great. Cucumbers .58?! Also enjoyed the Omega Mart vibes. Lots of shaded parking also.

The prices are the best. We gave up our Costco membership, and I no longer bother with couponing, as it is most affordable to keep our shopping here at Winco as much as possible.Be careful with the meat department, though. You can undo your savings if you pick up the wrong thing.The package of ribs might look good, until you get it out of the packaging and see that alllll the meat has already been cut off.... they even carve around the bones. I've gotten packages where there wasn't a single bite left on them.Stick to cheap, petite steaks, even when others are on sale. The butchers hack the meat. You think you're upgrading to a tbone, but they leave so much inedible silverskin throughout, you're better off not buying it. Go somewhere else for meat if you're having company over.The bakery has some good stuff. The cookies are always a hit at our house. I love going to the big bins to get things like seasoning and pastas at a big discount. The grind-yourself flavored coffee beans are a treat.

Shout out to Robin in the Seafood Dept. She is always friendly & knowledgeable about the seafood. She takes the extra steps in helping you out with preparing your selection. Crab, she cleans them no extra charge unlike Safeway, they don't clean them. They have King Crab legs, you have to ask about them. She brought out a few to show us! The prices are amazing Thank you Robin 💯

This is an okay place to purchase your groceries. It would be a lot nicer if the outside of the store was kept up better. Some of the cashiers could use a better attitude, but otherwise it an okay store.

Normally I’m very pleased with my Winco store, but not today. There is ONE checker, 7 carts in line, and the self-check attendant refused to let me check my own groceries because I have more than 15 items. The reason? “They’re cracking down on carts going through self-check.” Ok, fine. Then perhaps you could have a few more checkers working so that customers don’t have to wait for 20+ minutes to check out. Thanks.
