I have been shopping at Roths for over 20yrs.Not that long ago it was one of the best grocery stores I have ever shopped.But in the last few yrs.(since manager Todd departed) I have noticed a significant decline in not only the quality of the meat and produce but in service as well.I was in recently and when I asked to have my purchase double bagged (the handles have broken off,I carry upstairs)I was aggressively confronted by Neal who was bagging my purchase concerning my request for double bags.After feeling the need to explain my request due to his objections.He pointedly suggested that if I carried my bags correctly with my hands on the bottom of the bag I wouldn’t have the need for double bags.I understand the store has new owners,sad to see the priorities have shifted.

Just finally posting after a few years of disappointment… i used to tell everyone they had the best bakery in town as well as the absolute best APPLE FRITTERS…they were perfect!!… and then they started going downhill, saying it was from different bakers at different times and I’ve even talk to someone in the bakery department, workers and the manager… And said that they were having issues and they were getting them taken care of bit to no avail, they’ve just continued getting worse and the last three times I’ve gone in, (but have not purchased) the fritters are not only smaller and more expensive but are like cupcakes instead of flat and crunchy like an apple fritter should be it is so disappointing …. I just wish they Could get a handle on “consistency”… And go back to making the perfect FRITTER!!

Great store, really good togo sushi and deli food. Fruits and veggies are great. Only con is that prices are a bit higher than other local stores for other types of regular groceries. Regardless, it's a great place for a quality food pitstop on your way to the coast.

Generally, I rave about Roth's IGA but I've noticed a Decline in the Precision and Consistency they put in the Bakery. My Husband and I used to have Saturday Donut day with our Granddaughter, however as a huge Customer Service advocate I would have to say their Donuts are terrible!Mishaped, Burnt, greasy tasting cake donuts covered in glaze. Burnt giant raised maple Persian. Bismarcks filled with NOT Bavarian Cream. Greasy overdone Apple fritters with less apple bits than before.I'm not sure what happened, but I'm not Happy! Having worked for Orville Roth Year's ago I'm afraid he would be less than impressed with this Store.

The deli service is very poor, and the food quality is also very poor for the price. There were a few Jalepenos in my kids quesadilla and hardly any cheese. Tots tasted like rancid fry oil. I can not recommend eating here.

Sushi is garbage now, used to be very good. Ordered a platter for new years got bunch of crab and crab imitation roles. The guy doesn't speak Inglish. Go there if you want to overpay for trash.

The Nicer / higher end grocery store in town. They usually have the best meat, and definitely the best deli. Some items are more expensive than other local stores.

Ordered 2 burgers for lunch for my wife and I. Very good albeit pricey but all things considered not a bad deal considering it was a pretty darn good burger. After thinking about it only about 1 to 2 dollars more than Chain burgers and much better. Friendly folks and I noticed that nice olive bar which I'll be back to try some time. Beautiful looking fresh food bars look really good. Thanks for tasty burger. My wife really liked hers.

This is a review for the grill section of Roth's. This honestly used to be one of my favorite places in town to get a hamburger, but I got some burgers from here today and yeah it was not good. So I ordered my burgers, and it was completely wrong. I think ok, stuff happens. I take it back and the grill dude starts to argue with me saying actually I'm the one that's wrong and pulls out the receipt. And I tell him that yeah that's what I ordered, but that's not what I got. He opens the bag after that, instead of opening it first for some reason. Anyways he tells me he'll remake one and add the missing stuff to the other, and I don't understand why he didn't just remake both. Since now I had a cold burger to bring back to somebody. So after all this, I eat my burger and there was hardly any flavor in there. It was very mediocre, which is a total shame since it used to actually be kinda good. I don't know if it's the person behind the grill or what, but wow the quality really plummeted in the past couple months.

For fresh food including organic, go to Roth's. It is very neatly organized and the employees are wonderful. I highly recommend.

Love this store. Great selection of organic vegetables, nice salad bar and a place to set and eat. Deli and bakery have fresh products. Prices are a bit higher but worth it!

Terri I absolutely love you and thank you for the wonderful chat and experience about our love for our babies! I do a tradition every year of my babies passing and TERRI helped me make the perfect cake for my beloved baby! There was so much love, rejoice and hugs when we finally met when I picked up my order! Just picked up a rotisserie chicken that was pink inside and had an off taste and smell when I took a bite. Wouldn't recommend anything from the hot cases as the corn dogs we picked up were cold from the self serve hot case and the Mac and cheese was old. Very disappointed with the customer service of the deli workers also because just asking a question gets you a glare and eye rolls. The cashier was great though.

They have the best rotisserie chicken in the state! Even the white meat is moist and tender. They also have delicious cheese bagels and rolls. Great selection of fresh produce. They are a little spendy but overall a nice place to shop. My only complaint is that when I had to use the restroom the only hand soap was a lavender scented soap. I'm very allergic to floral scented products.

Without a doubt the most efficient and accommodating Grocery store in the modern world for fresh and casual charm. They do not try to be perfect but instead strive for artisan crafted service and selections that exceed expectations!! I love shopping at Roth's fresh marketplace! It's my favorite place in the town I live. Everybody's friendly. I especially like how fresh the produces and they're wonderful fresh meat counter. The bakery looks wonderful but I don't eat a lot of sweets. Deli always looks fresh and inviting. And the customer service goes beyond the normal. Everybody is friendly and willing to help in any way they can. The store is super clean. I love shopping here did I say that already?

The fresh grill was fantastic. The prices were very fair. The Beyond Burger (vegan) was offered, with vegan mayo and cheese. I noticed gluten free offerings as well. My partner had a beef burger and was satisfied with the ability to customize and the quality.The produce prices seemed high, but fantastic quality. When we were looking for something specific, I asked an associate from another department to help. He didn't have the answer and went to get someone from that department.The customer service experience was excellent.

They always seem to mess up orders, first one here at chef kitchen and still waiting 15 min for 2 dogs, people after me are getting there orders first. wow

Prices are higher than the average store. Generally you get great customer service but not today. 4 people waiting to be served in bakery. 4 employees just walking around talking not helping anyone. Customers gave up and walked away. Poor customer service, maybe employees need better training.

I like their expansive veggie selection but it's on the high side cost wise.Love the selection of sushi available. You can get local beer here from the tap.Nice selection of dairy to pick from.Staff sanitizes the doors of the cold food areas etc Roth's has hand sanitizer available for use in the store by the wine and at the registers.

Our little Roths market is doing better now. Shelves are stocked better and they always have great produce. The cheese department is still great and they have the best off the shelf sushi

You get what you pay for. Here we EXPECT a high price, otherwise I'd remove a star. But at a place like this, with staff literally anywhere you need them The store is pristine, and the wait to check out is non existent, two clerks offering to take me at a register frequently.-When you have bad feet not having to wait on your feet is worth the extra cost.The produce is frankly better looking than what you find in your standard store, fresher never out of date or past ripe.The Beer selection has more verity with specialty dark brews for my sweetie. They also have a nice little cigar section for those of you who smoke.We find great specialty cheeses and meats/sea foods here that I cant find elsewhere.We don't do our daily shopping here, however fun family events and several necessity I can't find anywhere.If I could afford to, this would be my daily shopper.

I had never been to a Roth’s Fresh Market before & I loved it! Excited to shop here again, great fresh local produce, salad bar and cheese bar. Friendly helpful staff. Excited to shop here again! The decorations in each section are cute also.
