Was delivering a DoorDash order the pharmacist had placed, went straight to the window as all I was doing was dropping off her food order and was met by a grumpy customer who thought I was cutting in line and I explained I was just dropping off some food and to which the pharmacist herself in a rude manner told me I had to wait in line behind the customers picking up prescriptions so I could hand her the food….. I had multiple orders so I simply left the food by the main pharmacy door on a table and informed her via message that her food was there. Anyone who has been to the pharmacy knows that waiting in line would take a while. She proceeded to give me a bad rating

Oh my God. This pharmacy/pharmacist is the BEST around! All my questions were answered with such patience and grace! This man gave me a reason to live again! I finally feel in control of my life FOR ONCE! My wife is no longer leaving me too! Huge thank you to this man!…no, this KING! My KING! I am forever in your debt! Your forever servant! Does anyone work here? Are your phones set to silent? I have been calling and calling for nearly an hour now and I can't get anyone in the pharmacy and it just reverts back to the main menu. All I wanted to know is if my kids medications are filled yet, that were put in 5 days ago now. Horrible customer service. Would not recommend this place.Owners: DO NOT comment on this that your sorry and I should reach out to customer support. Your not sorry, as from reviews below, you continue to let this happen. You already failed and I refuse to continue to give my time to lousy service. You are hands down the worst pharmacy I have ever had contact with. If I could give you a no stars option, I would!

The only issue I have is them not answering the phone. I already called customer service about it and they tried and were on hold for 30 minutes. He told me they are issuing flu and Clovis shots so no one is able to answer the phone. As someone who has worked in a short staffed field it’s no excuse to ignore the phones. It won’t allow me to refill stimulants using the system and have to talk to someone in person, but I can’t do that if they don’t answer the phone. I could go there in person but I live in Carlton so it’s not like it’s really convenient for me do that.Please get it together

Any time I go to this store for the pharmacy or just to shop you couldn't ask for nicer people that work there. You can actually have a conversation at the check out. They are more than willing to help and answer questions if needed. Great store to shop in.

Every time I come in the store the pharmacy line is backed up usually all the way to men shaving I wouldn't recommend getting your Pharmacy prescriptions from the store because it will take at least 45 minutes and they only have one cashier for pharmacy

Really happy with the great service. Got what I came for and noticed an item I was going to get on Amazon since Winco didn't have it.The prices on the shelf were better than both. So I picked up a few extra items and saved some money I was actually going to spend otherwise.My lucky day at Rite Aid!! I was stoked!! I'll be back to pick up what I need and then treasure hunt good prices for items on my shopping list.The assistant was friendly and efficient. Check out was a breeze, the store was clean. Pretty plants for spring at the front door. All good.Rite Aid also had some really great green options on the shelf. I browsed alternative medicines and saw the store has stocked forward looking items that offer reduced packaging, green ingredients, sensibly sourced, a eye toward to more sustainability: even their floor cleaner was not smelly.Small maybe but, I appreciate that. I don't like to smell industrial floor cleaner when I'm shopping. They had no odor cleaning supplies. Nice.If you haven't been lately it's worth stopping by. At least it was for me.

The employees are very friendly, no complaints there. If you’re looking for a flu or Covid vaccination, don’t bother trying to do a walk-in. Despite the signage at the store and notices on the website, they won’t do walk-ins. Must schedule an appt online.

I just moved here an tried other pharmacies but this one is the best fit . One thing I really like is that if I'm not feeling well they will deliver for free.. I wish more pharmacies offered that, not to mention that if a person is sick they don't need to be around others spreading their sickness. It is very clean an the staff are very friendly!!

The pharmacy staff is very friendly in person. Whoever, I HAVE NEVER HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE GETTING A PRESCRIPTION FILLED IF IT'S ON THE WEEKEND ( FRIDAY- SUNDAY)! They are always short staffed on these days and You can't ever get anyone to answer the phone when you call! I tried calling for 2 days, multiple times a day just to see why my prescription was taking so long to fill. No one ever answered the phone. Then when you go to the store just to get answers, you still have to wait hours for your prescription. I asked the lady at the register if there was a reason why no one answers the phone. Her response was, "we are to busy to answer the phone (because they only have 1 pharmacist and 1 regular employee working)." So my question is, why is your in person customers any more important than your phone call customers? Last time I checked all customers are important, and you should be making an effort to help all of them whether its over the phone or in person. It is really inconvenient when you dont live in town to have to drive in just to get someone to talk to you. There is no need for a simple antibiotic to take 3 days to get filled! In the future it would be nice if you could do a better job staffing so that you can give quality, timely service to all your customers! And a better job answering your phone!

Went there to refill a prescription on December 23 2022. That I first filled back in July. The pharmacist told me that it was too soon to refill. I told him that I had given myself my last injection and according to my doctor I need to inject myself every three weeks. Form July to December is six months. He told me I would need to go back to my doctor and get another prescription. Which I did. Went back to fill it. this time I was greeted by a woman. I handed her my new prescription. She told me that she couldn't fill it because it was too soon. My wife who had a stroke and has aphasia said no no the woman told her she can stop that or leave the store. Long story short I wouldn't ask these people to fill a hole in my back yard let alone another prescription.

This pharmacy is abysmal. Had me wait for 1 hour just to tell me they can't look up my insurance even though I gave them my ID number. Then I run home to grab my card just to return to the pharmacy to be told that now my insurance card does not have the right information on it?! Now while talking directly to the pharmacist she walks away from me... Ok..... then they call my insurance to confirm and say that now it's going to be filled, but only after they go on break. I can't stand compassionless pharmacies. These guys care about nothing.

The employees here are friendly and helpful. The store is clean and a pleasure to shop in. Parking is easy with plenty of availability. Pharmacist was available, kind and helpful.

I went to the doctor’s at 7:45 am and my doctor ordered me a prescription around 8:00 am. I spent the day running errands, so I arrived at Rite Aid at 6:00 pm to pick up my prescription. I went to the drive through and it was not there. 8+ hours and my prescription is not ready, unacceptable. I came back at 7:00 pm and it was finally there; the older woman who assisted me clearly did not adore her job. It showed immensly. Disappointed with this experience. My second experience: Today I needed a prescription refill. So I call the pharmacy. I waited at least 25 minutes attempting to speak with a pharmacist. The first time, the woman who answered put me on hold and hung up. I thought it was an accident on her part but after the 5 other attempts of calling I gave up. This customer service is below my standards. I am not sure if this establishment is understaffed, or just a joke. I did not find it amusing or respectful. I hope this Rite Aid gets it together and starts displaying better customer service; it would be much appreciated by me and other humans who just want some DECENT assistance. I am an understanding person and I realize that waiting times are normal in life, but my experiences have been on the negative side of the spectrum.

It’s okay. For some reason whenever I go the shelves are really empty I could just be going on the wrong days. The staff is nice but there’s this one lady who doesn’t talk to me at all it was really awkward.One time when going with a friend, my friend said „hi how’s your day“ and the lady ignored her. I understand if people don’t wanna converse a simple „fine“ is okay though.

So frustrating to have this pharmacy you spend hours trying to get ahold of someone in the pharmacy and I understand they are short staffed but when people need to get their prescription ready and try to call it’s basically impossible hopefully they can get the much needed help if you don’t have them as a pharmacy then don’t and if you do I would recommend finding a new one unless you like having to spend hours on the phone trying to get your prescriptions it’s so frustrating and ridiculous worst pharmacy I’ve ever had and no shade to the few employees they have I understand the stress you guys have to deal with I work in customer service also it’s hell having to work short staffed 24/7

Because they are “too busy and understaffed” they never answer the phones. This is extremely frustrating and I have to show up in person to refill any and all medications. They often say my prescriptions will be ready the next day but they are often not done until a week later.They have drastically changed their hours and close at six. This is very inconvenient for me.I understand they are busy but as a pharmacy they need to have someone answering the phones and be getting prescriptions filled on time. This pharmacy used to be great.

I have had multiple truly awful experiences here. After my most recent visit, I felt convicted to stand up for myself and the community. When I called the 1-800 number to politely report my concerns, they listened to my story and replied with “okay, I’ll report this to the corporate office”. That’s it. They didn’t show any care, didn’t offer any compensation, and didn’t even offer an apology. I wish I was exaggerating. 🤯 I’m in complete shock at the way customers are treated by Rite-Aid and will absolutely never return to any Rite-Aid. This store is a toxic environment (for both the customers and the staff). After calling their hotline, I am now done with the entire company. I would advise everyone to direct their finances elsewhere. Zero stars.

Excellent selection from make-up/nails to home products, etc. Employees very helpful & friendly. Only neg was their wine selection (right in the middle of the most prolific Pinot Noir wine growing region in our country, Willamette Valley/Yamhill County) is lacking, but it may not be their choice to be so limited.

Walked from my home to grab money orders at 7 am, only to find the store CLOSED with a HAND WRITTEN SIGN, saying "we will open at 8 AM". It really seems this store is doing *a lot of making its own hours for a corporate owned store*. My mother managed Newberg Bi Mart for NEARLY FORTY YEARS and she would have been FIRED if she let her employees open and close as is convenient. If your employees cannot work the hours, they need to be replaced. And SOMEONE IS NOT KEEPING UP ON INVENTORY, THIS STORE IS CONSTANTLY EMPTY. ALSO, NO ONE WILL ANSWER AT PHARMACY. EVER. This store needs a MAJOR OVERHAUL or to be shut down, because you wasted your money building a nicer store that is basically completely empty and mismanaged. Both PHARMACY and STORE.

This is the worst Rite Aid I’ve ever been in, it seems like no one even works there it’s so empty. When you get to the checkout someone eventually comes slumping along and is rarely in a good mood. The pharmacy there is the absolute WORST!! It’s the worst part about this Rite Aid. I always call 2 or 3 days in advance to refill my prescription and it’s never filled when I go in. They always tell me this excuse that they are so backed up with filling prescriptions. The first time they told me that excuse I was fine with it but after the 4th or 5th time it is ridiculous. They should just close this Rite Aid down because it’s a huge waste of space.

They don't answer phones and take way too long for refills or fills of new prescriptions. Short staffed or not, its just unprofessional. Quite literally screwing with my health and my life. I know im not the only one who feels this way. I won't ever be returning to rite aid for the pharmacy or even the basic store. You've lost a customer for good this time rite aid, and I won't be accepting the automated message from the owner to contact corporate like the previous reviews. Instead of referring me a different place to voice my complaints, maybe fix the issue at hand instead of brushing it under the rug? You won't though, so you'll never see another dollar of mine.

Rite aid’s system has an option to reschedule to the first available appointment slot for my 10 year old’s second Pfizer shot. I needed to get it done before my family traveled for the holidays. The system scheduled me for a 6pm appointment at this rite aid. It sent me multiple messages confirming the time and giving me info on how to prepare, such as not to arrive more than 5 minutes before the scheduled appointment. The three people working the pharmacy at the time I was scheduled turned me away and would not honor the appointment their own system made.I left my house in east Portland at 4:30pm to fight traffic in the rain to make it on time. It was worth the long drive to make sure I could get my kid the second shot before we traveled. We arrived at the pharmacy at 5:57pm right as another person got their prescription and walked away.I told the lady at the register I was here for a 6pm appointment for my 10 year olds second shot. The person at the register started to check me in and a voice from behind her told me I’d have to reschedule. As I looked around there were three people working. She added that they close at 6. I said I had an appointment and she said she didn’t know why the system allowed people to schedule that time. I told her that I didn’t choose that time, the system chose it for me. Then I told her I just drove 1.5 hours to get there from Portland and asked if she was really going to turn me away. She said yes.I thought to myself, I can’t make a scene. This person clearly doesn’t care and nothing I say will matter. I turned and leaned in and said “this is a terrible customer experience” and she smiled, raised her hand and mouthed “goodbye” while waving at me.This rite aid didn’t lose my business cause they never had it to begin with. But they’ve betrayed a commonly held social contract and also just disrespected a person attempting to patronize their pharmacy.If this pharmacist exhibited this behavior in any professional atmosphere they would likely be fired and minimally suspended. That just goes to show that this riteaid has super low standards. Look at all the bad reviews!This place is a dump. Save yourself the trouble and find a different pharmacy.

I came into the store 5 minutes early, I was the first one in line. The pharmacist walked into the building at 2 minutes after 9:00, so I had to wait for them to get the tills counted, and that. I was never greeted or asked to wait a few minutes, I was actually ignored until they walked up to get my prescription. My prescription wasn' ready, then they gave me capsules instead of pills, so that had to be redone. She said you have to take these on an empty stomach and walked away. Rude!! I won't be back!!☹️
