Kali is a nervous nail dog and the techs were amazing with her. This was her first full groom and deshedding. She came back to us so soft, clean and no undercoat. The techs were friendly and treated the dogs well.

They pressured me into a $30 package that I didn't ask for, my dog caught kennel cough a week after her groom (this is the only contact she has with other dogs), then when I went to clean her in my bath due to her allergies, the soap was completely brown which makes me suspicious that they even cleaned her...we won't be coming back...

Krysta is always amazing. She has a great attitude and really seems to care about your dog. She gives you a good report after the visit and is pre-setting appointments for the next visit, since they are so short staffed. She goes above and beyond and hope the store manager keeps her around!!

Illeana is the best, she always treats our girls like her own. Our pups smelled wonderful and their nails were trimmed to perfection. They were very happy pups when they got home and mom and dad were thrilled with the service and the groomer.

I could not be more pleased with the way my dog is cared for and groomed. My dog, Peaches loves to go to the shop and see her friends. It is clear to me how well she is treated there. The crew there are well trained and oh so friendly. I have moved out of the area and still drive to McMinnville for grooming.

I have taken my Red Nose Pitbull puppy in for a bath and nails a few times now. However something was different this time as he was not wanting to stay inside the building when I first dropped him off. After his appointment was done he was very skiddish and didnt want anyone touching his paws or dewclaws and wanted out of there as quickly as possible and wanted nothing to do with the young man that was finishing up his appointment. Now keep in mind hes had nothing but good experiences and loves everyone there until yesterday.

My dog Willow loves the Petco groomers. She's a touchy, somewhat unpredictable border collie, but she always has a good time and comes home clean, properly trimmed, and most importantly, happy from all the positive attention and determined brushing.

The groomer took the time with Ben who has cancer and is severely arthritic in his hips and elbows, keeping him comfortable throughout his time there. Ben looks amazing even though he kept laying down during the groom because of his medical conditions.
