Had to return a bird I purchased, they took the bird and everything back then proceeded to tell me they don’t have a way to pay me back the almost 1,000 for the bird. It’s been about a week now after I was supposed to receive a corporate check (keep in mind none of them knew what to do and still don’t) and they keep telling me to call random number and at different times. Today I was just told by the manager it’s not there problem at the store and told me to deal with corporate. I have been very patient and kind to these workers here but I feel I’ve been incredibly screwed over. I feel like this store literally stole 1000$ from me

Would rate a negative 5. I made a very large purchase here. Unfortunately I chose Petco to buy an animal. After spending $1000 , getting home and working with this animal I had decided that it was not a good fit. Within the return date I brought the animal and supplies back. They said the had to send me a corporate check. That it would be at my home within 2-3 days. Also stated that if it was not there within the three days to contact back and it would be very easy to update. They have taken my money and the pet and supplies and not paid me. It’s been over a week of phone calls back and forth with McMinnville Petco. For them to give me the same corporate number that they have been trying to reach and tell me it out of their hands. Do not buy from this store they will steel your money and make it your problem. Expect a lawsuit.

This petco has friendly service and a big selection. The dog shampoo and skin care section could use some help, as it seems a lot of products are out of stock and out of place. But, their fish all look really healthy, and the birds are always beautiful and lively. I take my daughter and two dogs here regularly. Thank you!

Great service, the lady was very patient while my 8 year old went to every tank asking questions and wanting every fish, eventually decided, and the lady interacted with her and talked to her so sweet. We normally don't make it a habit to go to petco as many things are very expensive. But we will definitely be going back to this store....

Petco is just the absolute worst. Never buy vital care, they say it charges monthly but it's actually a yearly charge contract that's impossible to cancel, you know similar to a scam. Don't shop here, shop anywhere else.

Great place to get what you needed. The have crickets for reptiles. A treat bar for dogs. A pretty good grooming service. Ferits, birds, snakes, spiders, fish, frogs. No cats.

As I was looking over the cat food, at different points 2 employees with smiles on their faces asked if they could help me. Each kindly gave me good suggestions for cat food that my cats might like. Checkout was also friendly and efficient. Good experience!

If your a pet lover , no matter what kind, they probably have what you need an if not they do there best to help!! When I had my DOG she loved going to the groomer there, they took very good care of her needs. She was a free spirit an didn't like having to be leashed every time she went out.. so I took her back to the Coast much happier.😩But not me, so I adopted a stray 😺 an now I will be going to Petco for all of his cat stuff. The Staff is awesome, and if you have any questions don't be afraid to ask?

Just getting some Taste of the Wild for a little Chihuahua cuz that's the best food in my opinion. People were great dozen crickets for the bearded dragon he is loving it. All full.

This place has a great groomer she's very sweet and she does a great job with my baby and I trust her very much my baby always comes back clean smells good ears and her nails that she hates it win she gets her toes done she's becomes little shark when it comes to her feet so Melissa is very patient and understanding and does a very good job kudos to you.. thank you.

Melissa treated my older dog with a gentle hand and did an excellent job on his haircut. As a little extra Melissa gave him a little dazzle by dying the tip of his tail blue and matching his bandanna. Very pleased.

A Lil spendy but it has everything your dog will need. Good atmosphere and service. Don't expect a super clean floor as Peet's are welcome inside.

Had a grooming appointment for my service dog that was scheduled at the end of February for yesterday. Turns out the groomer who made it had quit. I received no cancellation notice. The Petco manager rescheduled for today. However, the only groomer left cannot lift more than 30 lb and the manager clearly didn't know this. So, their "automated" system doesn't work; their management doesn't know about employee limitations; I'm left with a shaggy service dog and tomorrow is going to be 90 degrees plus. Everyone makes mistakes but this is incompetence and they apparently don't pay their staff enough to keep them. I'd recommend avoiding them to care for your pet or service dog.
