Everytime I come in, the staff are incredibly helpful and patient with my overzealous lab. As a first time dog owner, they have given me great advice and helpful suggestions. They have a much better selection of treats and chews than Petco. Plus the peace of mind knowing they specialize in healthy, natural ingredients for your dog.

Everyone remembers my name, what I buy, and my picky pups. They've always been incredibly helpful in assisting me with trying new products or working our way through allergy lists to find a good option. They keep track of your orders in the system, so you don't have to remember the name of that one cat food she liked more last time, or which protein you switched the dogs to time and time again. It's come in handy multiple times.I'm so thankful to have this awesome, locally owned pet store to get all of my dogs' and cat's food, treats, and supplements close by. Thanks for all your help and kindness!

This place is filled with everything a dog needs thats actually healthy and safe. From toys to food to grooming. We have very special cats and a dog that needs specific type of foods and care and this is where I go to get that stuff. I cant afford the items they sell here so I go elsewhere but I wish I could. The people are dantastic and they are EXTREMELY knowledgeable and really really care about you and your pet. I bring my beauties over here so they can pet and snuggle them when I first got them lol. And I trust them with my pets. Definitely go to these people when in need of good food for your pets, wet and dry food. Also when you don't know what to do and have questions, ask away they always have an answer. Also I asked about products the Breeder for our cats used and they looked them up and compared for me with their own products and even offered to order another brand for me. Talk about amazing. Thank you all for your services. You deserve a 5 star.

My husband, me, and our two senior dogs stopped by at this quaint pet store on our way back home from running an errand in that area last week on 12/26/23. Just like all the other Nature's Pet location we have been at i.e. Beaverton, Sherwood, and Hillsboro, the staff are really friendly, helpful, and welcoming : ). We were able to find snacks for the two dogs and a cat toy for our cats as well. The prices are reasonable, not too expensive and not too cheap which is the right balance. We will be definitely stop by at this pet store again if we are ever in town again for errands. Keep up the awesome customer service : )

Best Dog food store in McMinnville 100%! The staff is SUPER helpful and knowledgeable and friendly and my Dogs feel welcome & happy here. (And it’s not just the dog bones down at nose level!) I love this store!

I just wish I could afford to shop there more. My husband and I can only afford unhealthy foods for us, so unfortunately, the same goes for our animals. I can't afford a 70 dollar bag of food that lasts a week. My animals love the N&D brand however. It is always nice when the clerk tells you have earned 20 dollars off your purchase. They also guarantee each purchase. If your animal doesn't like it bring back the unused portion and you can get a refund.

They have great service and remember our name on the account every time as we come every other week or more. The food prices are slightly above the pet barn off Barnes rd whom I used to could shop at. After having to try and continue to use I am very pleased with this company and their workers inside this location.

The doors are nice and lite to get into Nature's Pet Market and the isles were nice and wide. So, kudos for Natures Pet Market for being handicap friendly! I was greeted by a nice lady sales clerk and I said hi in return. I always feel so important when I get greeted right away in a business. The sales clerk asked me if there was anything she could help me find, and I said no I was just looking but thanks for asking.They had a lot of stuff for such a small place. They had oodles of animal food, toys for your animals and shampoos. They had little doggie coats and scratching posts for your cat, treats for your dog or cat. And flea and tick lotions for your animals. If you're looking for great customer service and good prices and tons of items for your animals then stop by Nature's Pet Market and I bet you'll find what you're looking for!

The owner of the store is a phenomenal human being. He is knowledgeable and friendly. If you have any questions about dog toys, bath stuff, food, supplements etc. he is the guy to ask. I absolutely love going here as the staff is always friendly and very helpful.

Everyone in this shop are incredibly knowledgeable about the products they carry & can find food + other items to tailor products based on your fur babies needs, dogs & cats. Prices are actually better than any online site I've searched. The allergy product was $4-6 less than anyone else. The bag of food was about $4 less than even Amazon. Needless to say I won't purchase products online. Thank you all for being so incredibly awesome 😎

A fellow dog owner and I visited Nature’s Pet Market today to see what they had (because we love Mudbay but want a closer option) and we met Stacey, an amazing associate who spent about a million hours answering our questions about dog food, training, collars, etc. She took time out of her busy day to literally follow us around and point out supplies, her favorites, other customer’s favorites, and give us suggestions about research we could do to make informed decisions about our labs. The cashier (I didn’t catch her name) was also amazing and they never made us feel like dumb dumbs for asking said million hours of questions. I like the feel of a smaller store that boasts locally-sourced products. It’s my new pet store!

The sales attendant was amazing. She answered my questions and went above and beyond to help me even though they were closing in less than 20 minutes. She didn't make me feel rushed and gave me some great advice for itchy dogs. She had a very unique name that I'm saddened to have forgotten. And did I mention the prices were all so reasonable with a great selection. I can't wait to go back. 5 stars!

These guys are amazing and a part of my family! I moved here 4 yrs ago in search of dog food that my dog stopped eating unexpectedly. The staff quickly informed me that that specific food had changed the formula without telling the consumer. After knowing this information they educated me about dog food and helped choose the right diet best for my budget and dogs health. ALL their products have a 100% satisfactions if your pet dislikes anything you can return it. The groomer mini is also amazing. Just everyone and everything puts the pets and their customers first and I HIGHLY recommended them. Theres just no other place. I'll be a customer for life.

Such a great store to buy pet supplies. They have a surprisingly large inventory. Prices are great with an awards program. The people who work there, are awesome. They helped with my newly adopted cat supplies, very helpful.
