First time visiting here today. The selection in the mini mart could use some attention but they have most of the basics. If gambling is your thing, they have a section to partake in such things as well as a small restaurant. All in all a well rounded place. :)

Needed gas pretty bad. Only had $10 in my Venmo. Pump wouldn’t run it at the pump. Tried to go inside and have them run it without the excessive hold amount. Long line on one register. Manager chatting with his friends at the other register. Wouldn’t help me. Said I had to go wait in the long line even though I wasn’t purchasing anything from inside the store. Crappiest service EVER!! No sense driving so the way to the top of the hill for gas when the best service is at Safeway in town.

Very nice place to stop and grab snacks or a bite to eat. I hoped to find Summit Snacks jerky, but they had plenty of other choices. Will come back!

So I can't say enough good things about this travel plaza plateau travel plaza to be exact. We stopped here to get a bite to eat before we headed up to the casino I looked online when I was in Madras for something close by the casino and plateau travel plaza popped up on Google maps. When I go out to eat I love to eat at random places that maybe most people may not go to. And this was a complete gem. The menu at the restaurant is not a big menu but they do have quite a few things and what I have to rant and rave about is the patty melt and fries. Whoever made the patty melt definitely had or has a love for food because man did they put some love into this patty melt. It was not the best I ever had but I'm going to say it came in about second place Believe it or not we are at a native casino in Washington State is where I found the number one best Patty melt and I wished I could remember the name of the casino. But anywho definitely stop in here to eat we did not gamble or use any other areas in the plaza we just ate food and definitely five stars Good job to the staff the management the cleanliness and overall highly recommend it Good job.

The Cafe here is amazing! The salad bar was fresh, and full of fixings. Includes desert, and soda. Quite a bargain for $10. Add a perfectly grilled New York strip with asparagus and a baked potato for another $10. Do yourself a favor and stop here for a meal!

It's a little off the main road so I've passed by countless times crossing the mountain, but it is a very nice, clean stop with better than average selection of road stuff, all the typical chips and sodas, and a pretty good deli with some good looking pizza. Never before have I seen a 12v panini press or air fryer, but they have it here. Will absolutely be making this a regular stop when driving for work.

Excellent staff in all areas of this facility. Large variety of deli items (corn dogs, chimichangas, pizza slices, etc).A good lil salad bar/mini dine in restaurant, as well as a small slots/casino games room for those of the appropriate age, plus plenty of gas pumps for the everyday average commuter as well as diesel fuel for fleet trucks, etc.🎩💚🖖💯

I love their chicken fried steak! It was HUGE and delicious! Selina the waitress was very friendly and a sweetheart! The parking is also huge, great showers. All staff very friendly :)

Clean establishment, there's a small restaurant and apparently a small area for gambling. Also, a fairly large area devoted to the types of gear you would expect in a truck stop.

This is a smaller version of Love's but it is still pretty big and spacious (can accommodate truckers). Shops are well maintained and restrooms are clean! You can also do a little merchandise shopping here!

They have alot of stuff here, huge convience store area, native American shop, and clean restrooms. I believe there is a restaurant here as well but I've never gone over there.

This place is better than any rest stop you'd find. Clean and accessible bathrooms, relatively affordable gas (at least for the state), a convenience store with friendly employees and customers. They also have some nice Native American trinkets in a gift shop indoors. I honestly don't think I've had a more positive experience at any other gas station.

Always support local and indigenous! Besides that, they're not greedy. Gas has been consistently cheaper here than elsewhere in Madras. The truck stop has lots to offer for everyone, even a little casino to try to get back some gas money! Restrooms are always clean. Good place to gas up and fuel up!

I park here to get some rest and just like now, some other truck driver with reefer parks next to me with his reefer running. LOL getting rest, the hired help just runs the store and eatery inside. They have security but again LOL getting any sleep. Trucking.I will recommend the eatery, showers are nice, but for sleep not very good. Trying to sleep again. Another flat bedder parking here and idling their truck thru the niteNo one nows how to use a bunk heater, or the truck doesn't have one.

The food was ok, for the price it could have been better. The waitress was awesome she had hurt something , but I can't remember what it was, but she did everything she could to make our dinner a good one. The store was ok.. played a few poker machines and won a few hundred dollars...All in all not a bad place 😆

Fun place to stop by and gamble. It is small, with about 30 to 40 slot machines. You can use the ticket in all the machines and cash out via a machine (instead of a person), which I prefer.

Very good food. We had the special, Hawaiian Burger with French fries. The staff are so warm and friendly. Highly recommended.

On two separate occasions I needed a place to park for the night to take a break from driving and rest. This is a GREAT PLACE if you need gas, a store that has a little bit of everything a person could need, CLEAN bathrooms & showers, a smallish buffet, and a game room for gambling!*EVERYTHING is OPEN 24hrs (EXCEPT Game room and Buffet)!!

A great lil place that's part of the Warm Springs Nation. Very nice place to play a few bucks.If I were a truck that would be the place to stop rather than Loves in town of Madras. The Plateau is on the North end of town.The reason why I say this is exiting the Plateau in a 18 wheeler is way easier than exiting Loves. way easier.
