As a kid, my family gravitated to the local Thriftway store. As an adult, I haven't lived near one for 3 decades. Once again, I can grocery shop at Thriftway, and it feels a bit like being back home. Nostalgia aside, the store is clean and well stocked. Prices seem competitive. I had some direct interaction with the woman in the meat department, and she was very friendly and helpful. I prefer to support local business and this is no exception.

Nice grocery store. Most important, staff very helpful and friendly. Obvious that they care about you. I would drive extra miles just to come here and get that social lift!

I ordered a cake from them on Friday 4/28 for Saturday told them what I wanted on it and they got it done. It was a very springy and beautiful cake. I'm thankful for their creativity and business.

This place is a bit run down. It looked dirty and I saw garbage on the floors. The employees didn't look happy and the checkers were extremely slow. I went in to buy water and it took me 15 minutes literally! I will not be coming back here unfortunately. They also had a bit higher prices than the other places in town which explains the lack of customers?

Their Bakery is amazing and the customer service level has been repetitively joyful and helpful. I like the feel of a small town, hometown, privately owned not a chain store feeling. They really care for their customers

This grocery store has very polite customer service employees that really have a good heart towards customer happiness you get the feeling that if you can't find something or aren't happy with something all employees will bend over backwards to help you find it. Great family atmosphere clean Isles and large selection of food available at the store. The produce section is very cool in temperature and a great place to find a good piece of fruit in the summer. The meat department is small but clean with friendly staff. The deli has a large selection of Ready-to-Eat food and best of all they have hot and ready to eat breakfast burritos that are good hard to find early in the morning.

Deli weighs out 5x more than I ask for even after telling them twice but ok whatever then the cashier is wiping his hands all over his face and nose handling my excessive amount of deli meat. Walked out in disgust

Prices are absolutely ridiculous maybe you pay that price so you shop with less people? Because the store is nearly empty everytime I go. Then if I get a cart full of groceries the cashier gets super nervous, irritated and anxious. The last time I went there the cashier never even said 1 word to me the entire checkout even after I tried to initiate conversation. Sometimes its quick and convenient is why I keep going back otherwise safeway wouldn't have any competition at all!! Those are the only 2 stores in town that take wic!!

Great small town grocer. Friendly staff, however the prices are definitely higher than Safeway. The morning? manager Kevin seems very nice and if I see Dawn working the checkstand I will always go to her..She is great. Be careful choosing fresh produce, some of it is overripe. Overall a nice store that has just about anything one could need.

Check the expiration dates on food! We stopped in here while passing through town to grab a quick lunch. I picked up some carrots, hummus and crackers. When I went to open the hummus - about 10 minutes down the road -I discovered it had an expiration date of over 3 weeks ago. Traffic was so bad going the other way, we didn’t want to turn around and go back. We were all disappointed and hungry.

This place is the go-to grocery store in Redmond. It will have everything you'll need to get prepared for a weekend visiting. Not only that, but it has a great deli for handmade sandwiches that are made to order. Very good quality.A lot of local items that you can taste the difference in. The meat and produce is especially great.The store is in a central location in Redmond and is easily found if you aren't from the area.I only wish it was open later for midnight runs.

I had some workers tell me some heart breaking stories about their treatment at this store. They discriminate against their disabled employees and treat all of their employees poorly in general. Will not be supporting this business in town.

It's okay to shop here from time to time, however, I find the prices are pretty high on some items and I have had a bad experience with their vegetables. Overall if you are in a pinch go here. They do have some pretty tasty bakery items, but I couldn't recommend the deli.

Always stop here on the way to Bend. Clean bathroom, fresh produce, friendly staff. Just a really good place to get recharged at.

Rather expensive, but worth the price. Great customer service and product availability. A full hot food bar available with a wide varienty of product premade and cooled for a microwavable meal on the go. Amazing team that works well together. Always an open register and short checkout times. Fresh produce and meat products daily, and in the summer local farmers sell even fresh from the field wares in the parking lot grown from a closely located farm.

I like Ericksons because of the handicapped parking, the electric shopping carts, & the handicapped bathroom stall. I love the deli where you can have a sandwich made for me for lunch or dinner & a deli seating area to sit down to enjoy it. I look through the grocery ads to see what the sales while I am shopping. You do have to watch brands because some things can be expensive. I enjoy getting weekly sales ads for free to see what is the best deals. The customer people are also nice people & helpful.

Best produce in town. Actually hires cashiers and uses them. Always have good experiences here. It's where the "scary" people shop but I find most to be good people. I don't understand shopping at Safeway.

Erickson has the best fried chicken in central Oregon. The donuts are very good and baked fresh everyday. Plus the staff are nice and they take care of you. Enjoy your visit and try their fried chicken.

I love this store, well I might be a little bias, since I work there. Yup I work in deli n I check too. Great ppl, very friendly to meet, we love to help you find anything we can n if we can't find it well help by ordering a lot of different things. Great family store, stop in n check us out.

Customer service is terrible, always is every time, I don't understand why that Mexican or native is never polite with everything, she's never kind she makes me never want to go there just because of her attitude. I thought the first few times I went there that maybe shes just having a bad day. no she is always a downer and makes me feel uncomfortable. shes about the worst employee ive ever had to talk to. Main reason I don't shop there is because of her.
