Very busy Dairy Queen! We came for an ice cream treat and hoped for it to be quick. The down side was the wait for service. The employees on staff all were hustling and trying to keep up with the lines of people inside and at the drive through. We placed our order, and received our order within a convenient amount of time. The inside dining area was a little messy as the employees were trying to make the orders for the customers.

Every time I visit this location I'm disappointed. I've only ordered blizzards, but every single order has been incorrect, blizzards not full and runny, too much candy and not enough ice cream to balance, and they are always mixed on the top half but not the bottom. I'm not one to complain and I've given the place multiple chances as I know staffing has been rough... But I've visited 5 times in the last year and it's only ever been bad.

The owner and management team of this dairy queen should be ashamed making employees come into work when the roads are so dangerous. It shows that the owners do not care about the safety of there crew and that they are all just replaceable this place has gone downhill since the new owners have taken over. But what do you expect when profits mean more then safety.

Always clean here so nice to come into clean tables. The ladies are kinda rude . They act like your an inconvenience to them. Anyone on here I would fall over if you told me they are ever happy or say your welcome have a nice that thank you any of the above. Aside from one worker Maria.They are privileged to be working at such a high priced ice cream establishment. They don't need to smile and greet you like they are happy you help them get a pay check every week.

Was in the drive thru at 9:35. They were busy as always which was no surprise. What did surprise me is the fact that they took the order from the car in front of me (at about 9:55) and i was next at the speaker. I sat at the speaker from 9:55pm until about 10:02. I then called the store (knowing that they technically close at 10pm) and asked if i was going to be served along with the other 4 cars behind me. The young guy on the phone answered and i asked if i was going to be served and that they had another 4 or so cars behind me. I was told "well we are closed now so we wont be taking your order" he sounded extremely rude and then i was hung up on. I dont care who you are, if you work in customer service of any sort, at least find some compassion and try to resolve the issue at hand. Of course i was there quite close to closing time and that's on me. But too lose out on 5 or 6 car loads of customers.. and to be rude about it.. c'mon. Im not sure I will be going back, and we are there 2 to 3 times a week. But i dont have time to deal with people who dont seem to have the time to give to me. I wish i had a better review, but until this situation of lack in ethics is resolved, i wont be back, and there are quite a few people in the area that i will make sure to let know of the situation as this isnt the first incident we have had. You may not "need" our business, but it would be great to have the business wanted and not put by the wayside. Hopefully things improve.

Dead bugs on every windowsill and flat surface. Many many dead bugs. Please just have someone clean once a week. Staff were young, busy gossiping instead of serving customers, and the restaurant was not being kept clean. Not one table was wiped by staff the whole 20 mins we sat there. Also the freezer that usually holds the dilly bars was broken, empty, and dark.

The good: Delicious ice cream.The bad 1: Inconsistent size of ice cream cone. Asked for an extra large, sold a large but served a medium.The bad 2: Only one car in front of me and I left the drive-thru 17 minutes after I entered.

While traveling through we stopped and got a great hamburger and a blizzard. The service was great and professional. We understand that during this time when there are staff shortages, supply shortages, and it is busy summer time that this may not be the case, however it was, and they worked hard to get our order together as quickly as possible. Thank you for your hard work.

Cashier Maria was very rude, has horrible customer service and doesn’t seem to listen very well when customers are speaking very clearly and repeated the order for what I wanted. Dairy Queen should really make sure their staff is well trained or have employees who actually want to workKid-friendliness: Not very kid friendly from the cashier

Decent ice cream on a hot day..especially if you're in to soft serve. Consistently good throughout the years for ice cream. Haven't eaten here in some time, but they used to have pretty good fast food: burgers and such. All decent. Service can sometimes be a little slow and less than friendly...hence only 4 stars.

The worst drive-thru experience I've had since I attempted to get food from Taco Bell the other day in Madras. It took 30 minutes at the window. It took so long that the 2 cars behind me pulled out and left. What was my super complicated order you may ask? A 6 piece chicken strip basket... that's it. If I hadn't already paid, I would have left. I won't be eating there again any time soon.

Good location. Dairy Queen has definitely taken the crown for best french fries from McDougals. The burgers were cooked to perfection, however the soda was little more that subtly flavored city water. Teller was also almost impossible to communicate with over the intercom system

Great Dairy Queen location! No complaints. Good place to cool down with an ice cream cone on a hot summer day, or warm up with some fries on a cold winter night. I love their chicken strips.
