There's a woman that works at the store, she is on the heavier side, where's glasses and has very short hair and I believe her name is cindy. She was extremely rude and I think I will no longer spend my money there at Pinnacle 365 madras Oregon. Terrible customer service, terrible work ethics and a bad additude that does not belong in the field of customer service. Fire her and I will continue to spend my money there; keep her and I will take my money elsewhere. I think she hates her Job so firing her might make her a happier person. Do both Cindy and I a favor and let her go.

I came into the store and employee Chasity was very friendly and very punctual with helping me. Also I was very happy to see that she washed her hands before she emerged from the cooking area. Although there was a lot of people gathered in the hallway to the bathroom I assume waiting for the bathroom but I didnt even attempt to stand in line of people who were having a little bit of an offensive conversation about someone else

stopped by this morning for coffee and breakfast. Woman at counter/register was extremely unwelcoming, and bad mannered. She was standing at the register, didn't say a word while looking right at me. I had to ask her for service to place my order. she packed my breakfast, charged me and walked away without saying a word. no hello, thank you, NOTHING!! just rude. I will not be returning to this place again. I live in the area, not worth getting this type of service

Worst service EVER experienced! It's 1:34pm, January 25th and the cashier was an absolute disgust! She snatched my payment card out of my hand, walks out of the restroom swinging the door opened hard. Absolutely absurd.
