I have been going to this Bi-mart for years. I have always gotten great service. But the last few times I have been in, I have gotten nothing but poor customer service. What's going on Bi-mart? I'm to the point I don't want to come back.

Shame on you for not thinking about our senior citizens when you shut down our local pharmacy. We now have to stand in line at Safeway for up to 40 minutes. Hard for most seniors. I'm sure it cost you a lot of customers as your parking lot is not as full as it used to be. ☹️😠😡

This BiMart was not busy when I was there but only 1 employee took the time to help. The 2 people at the entry door didn't even bother to say anything because they were telling stories about past rude customers. The carts were so filthy that I had to wipe it off before anyone would want to touch it. It didn't come off easy either. All the time it took me to find a basket with less grease and grime on it, so I could clean it, I'm hearing these 2 women tell stories about how rude the customers were, or how stupid they are. Not good advertising for your store! Lazy mouthy employees should be cleaning the carts!

As opposed to my review of the Redmond location I posted three min ago. The experience was night and day. Have Debbie in the Madras location TRAIN the pbx operator in Redmond because this is exactly how you should treat your customers

Ive been a card holding Bi Mart patron since 1975/1976. Honestly, its not the sudo-warehouse type store I remember from back then; the corp has had certain elements of the contemporary business ethics of "I dont give a s*** about the customers opinion or that they dont like the new pricing, just do your job like I tell you to do it or get out" attitude. By the way, theres no such thing as "every day low prices" these days, and the worse thing they could have done as a co-op store, was to get rid of their pharmacies.

If I could leave 0 starts I would. I have never dealt with such terrible customer service in my life. The pharmacy technician here is worthless and rude. I had to have my prescription transferred to Redmond because of her laziness to do her job. I won't be back to this bi mart ever.

Went in and was asked to wear a mask. I am medical told them.that they said they have face shields for medical. Then told me when I was done to bring it back to them. I surely hope that they do not put them back in the pile for another. Thought they were disposable. Why would they want them back. Thats just gross. And terrible customer service.

The manager Dustin has a attitude problem. He treats his employees like dirt and talks bad about them. He needs to be demoted to a cashier and a blue vest. He don't deserve to wear a red vest

Great hardware and non-perishables store (they do have milk and butter in a case by the door if you are desperate, but not much selection). You can buy your fishing tackle, pick up you pharmacy stuff, get some winter gloves and things to fix your plumbing, while grabbing soda and some pretzels. Lots of variety, and reasonable prices.

one of the best places in madras to shop, its like a mini walmart but without the soul sucking vibe, it actually feels like small town shop, but with a little bit of everything you could possibly want from a major city retailer. stop on in on your way through.

I can usually find what I need here. The lines are sometimes long. I wish they had power shipping cats though. For someone who is disabled it would help.

I love coming here prices are always good and staff is usually pretty friendly but today Sept 22 nobody was friendly and my dad and I were being watched almost being stalked I understand that you guys have security people but to single us out when we have been coming to bimart for years is a little unprofessional
