Its a dope place, lol... This place was playing the best playlist I have ever heard in a dispensary before! Rare to find a place playing punk rock now a days! Was able to grab 2 grams of dab rocks for $20. Was a little busy in there, but the guy was super friendly. Just overall a really nice vibe, not bad deals, definitely going back!

TERP is my favorite shop! Very friendly, best prices and great selection of anything that I would want. I moved from Washington a couple of months ago and in Oregon at TERPS I'm spending half of what I was spending in Washington! I'll keep coming back! :0)

So,I >was< going here for Cartridges because of the Shatterday Discount.Over a year I have been charged various Prices for a Flat Priced Item.The Price (after discount) has not matched the Mathematical Calculation for a Flat Priced Item with a fixed %discount.$36 -20% = $29(tho the Receipts show 30%)$36 -30٪ = $25[I DO understand that Taxes can effect the End Price, not this dramatically tho]I just paid $31 <not even 20%>For my *> Last Cartridge <*I likely won't be back.The staff seems friendly enough.The POS needs attention.Pricing isn't being discounted properly at the register.*I have a Stack of Receipts,that Show this history of pricing issues.

Paid this place a visit yesterday as I learned they had Purple Hindu Kush! A favorite of mine! From my place in Waldport to their location on the far end of Lincoln City and back was mileage - I wish now, I hadn't wasted.I haven't been able to find Purple Hindu Kush here on the coast since my move here from Lake Oswego over five years ago. I was excited to learn last week, T. E. R. P. had it in stock! A buddy of mine and I planned to roll up yesterday to buy what we wanted.Before leaving my place yesterday, I had called T. E. R. P. several times, leaving messages to double check they still had some before departing. With fuel prices being what they are these days - not a cheap trip. I never heard back from T.E.R.P. and was always unable to get anyone on the phone before yesterday. We decided to take a chance on checking them out, regardless. The PHK was worth it to me.We arrived mid-day and there was plenty of parking. We walked in and found the place to be impressive with room to move around even when crowded, however not a tremendous selection of stock. We were the only ones there for a bit... however, as lovely as she was, our budtender had loads of issues completing our sale.With a flurry of confusion and repeated calls to the back room for managerial assistance - we were finely sent out with our purchases of PHK!Once we were in my car, my friend and I checked our purchases and instantly noted the excessive dryness of our buds. Not an abundance of trichomes to be found and the smell was drastically muted compared to my previous experience with this strain.He is quick to give me his amazing reviews of new strains we try, but this time his input was - meh... I have to say, I'm disappointed as well. I'll decarb this bach and convert it to edibles I can use while working in my shop. We'll just say - lesson learned.My three star review is STRICTLY based on how hard the lady tried to help us with our purchase. She was very kind and a complete delight! As for the establishment and product??? I'll stick with The Medication Station in Newport from here on out. THEY ARE WORTH THE DRIVE!!! And always packed with clients, so you know their products are amazing, and they do everything they can to keep repeat business!T. E. R. P was completely underwhelming and not worth the drive. Both my friend and I agree - we won't be returning.

Really this review is 4.5 stars! The second we walk in the door we were greeted with a big welcoming “come on in”. The woman who greeted us was eager to help and show us around the store. We’re not new to dispensaries but still nice to be shown where the pre-roll section is and the general layout. We just needed some on the go sativa smoke so she right away suggeted 2 different varieties and was in depth with the differences between the two. Knew the growers and about the quality they produce. I saw Mac & Cheese,MAC crosses with UK Cheese :0 and had to get this one. I only had enough for the 3 j’s but she was still happy to show me jars and different edibles even though she knew I couldn’t pay for it. We moved to Oregon 2 years ago and she also moved from another state and was easy to talk with!Awesome customer service, great selection of dabs, pre rolls, flower and cheap edibles!!My only knock is how the lay out is. If there’s multiple customer trying to see the flower jars it can feel kind of crowded or like I’m intruding their transaction.All in all I’m going to be back 👍🏼👍🏼

Very nice employees. Always a great selection and always have something on sale. One thing I have a problem with is where the handicap parking is. We got backed in to and the guy took off. There should be no parking the first 3 spots on each side or move the handicap spot on one of the sides.

Tremendous shop, love this place. Hugely knowledgeable and informed staff, always a good deal to be had, and they never play games with weights.Great selection of flower constantly, with lots of different pricing tiers. They always have high- end bottom shelf bud, too. They stock just about everything, from edibles, concentrates and flower to drinks, candy, shatter and cookies.Check this bud joint out, they're fantastic and you will not be disappointed. 5 stars!

They always take care of me when I'm in town visiting. Good prices, and friendly people make for an experience that will bring you back. They even have a fireplace you can warm up next to when you get inside. Right off the highway coming into town, you can't and shouldn't miss it.

Nice shop, great service, excellent selections, daily deals, and plenty of parking! Good location stop on your way into town, look to the right as you’re headed South on US 101. Plenty of good stuff, the lady with beautiful blue hair knows about all the good stuff! Lots of natural light from large windows give inside open bright friendly atmosphere, not like some dark places. Senior friendly for us old hippies who take a little more time to decide. Hahaha Go check it out.

Bought a gram of concentrate there.Went home. Tried it.Tasted like butane and asked the club to see if they can try to do some sort of compensation or to take it off my hands and off shelf. But all I got was disrespect and a middle finger. Even with me being a calm and understanding of any situations. They still had no respect for anybody. Terrible place.Terrible staff and pricing.Bad products being sold.Oil tasting like butane and customers being ripped off. Never going back to that sad place again.

T.E.R.P is fantastic, this is the only shop I use when I'm in Lincoln City, today I drove up from the Valley just to come here. The fellas are great, friendly and have excellent recommendations if you need help, and damn if this isn't the only store where the price at the register is always lower than what you're expecting because they are always having sales.

Used to love the place tell it closed and reopened months later. LOTS of changes tax is now not included when it used to be before. No price tags on anything, very small selection, Very rude staff. Went to buy a $10g and got told it's 20% tax which makes it 14.50. Was not even a full gram. we're did your people learn math? Very disappointed. I recommend no one to this shop. Wish I could of gave 0 stars.
