First off, Mason is the man, he’s so fun to talk to and super personable. My husband and I went in the other day on our way down the coast and the place from the outside is super cool looking and even walking in I was pleasantly surprised. Very clean and organized and the staff was SO friendly and fun to talk too. As soon as we walked in Mason immediately greeted us and took care of us. He answered all our questions and showed us literally everything we pointed at and explained whatever we needed explained and believe me there was a lot I had questions about and needed explained 😂🙄. He was very patient and kind and made sure we (I) knew what needed to be known!Mason and my husband somehow got into talking about cars and bikes and ended up having such a fun conversation about that. We were in the shop for about 20 minutes and at the end I practically had to drag my husband away from his conversation with Mason so we could continue our trip! If you ever stop in this shop, ask for Mason he’s the best guy to help you!

Be forewarned! Colorful exterior + 8am open time, does not translate into cheerful or chill staff.Super challenging to navigate product and process. Half the product is on distant back walls and the rest in glass top cases. Combined with the staff's combative approach to regulations being fear based, assuming every customer may steal from them and OLCC is lurking around the corner, makes for a far less than enjoyable experience.Best to wait till 10am when other shops open for a multitude of alternative shops with competitive prices.

The product is good. The big girl walking around with her dog (super cute doggie) her attitude was very off putting. Didn't make me want to stay and shop unfortunately.

What a great Lil dispensary. Been here a Lil over a year. I have to say that this will be my go to spot when I'm in town. The staff all acknowledged me upon arrival. They were friendly, knowledgeable and best of all for me quick. I ordered online and it was ready in five mins. They scanned my info in and I was out in less than 5 mins on my first visit. Unheard of! Great variety of different options. Fair prices, especially for a tourism town. You will see me again. Thanks again.

I was just in this morning too pick up a cartridge and a cookie. This was the only place open earlier than 10 (that I seen) which was nice. Also the customer service I had was outstanding. The prices were good and products good too. But the gentleman and young lady that helped me we great. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️Thanks for helping me with the battery and cartridge!

This is my new favorite shop in Lincoln City!I was helped by budtender Katelyn! Her customer service and knowledge of product was top notch! She showed me all the products I wanted to see, and didn’t make me feel rushed. She actually made me want to keep shopping and hang out!Excellent selection of all cannabis needs from edibles to concentrates to glass and really nice quality hoodies.I purchased concentrates and a new banger. Their prices are very reasonable for the quality of their products.I will be back as soon as possible! Smooth Roots knocked it out of the park!

Katelyn is so nice and knowledgeable. Dispensaries have always been intimidating to me and I tend to prefer products with a higher CBD than THC ratio based on my needs. She always knows what to recommend me and explain how different tinctures, edibles, etc. will work with my body. I have continued to shop there because of her and her willingness to guide me and not make me feel dumb for asking questions! She's the best!!

I don’t know too much about the cannabis world, but every time i walk into the shop i learn a little bit more. Katelyn is always informative on the products she’s selling me and she always sends me home with the very best! She introduced us to some very effective sleep gummies and Smooth Roots has become our go-to. 10/10 recommend!

Between the vast selection and the staffs knowledge I would highly recommend this location. I also had mechanical problems with my jeep in their parking lot while traveling, and the kindness the employees and manager showed me truly made a tumultuous trip so much easier. Thank you again!!

My husband and I - very rare cannabis users - came in looking for some products for ourselves and my dad. We all have distinct needs, ranging from completely medical to completely recreational - and had tons of questions.Samantha was extremely helpful and patient with all our questions, and gave fantastic suggestions based on our diverse range of needs and level of cannabis use.The space itself was bright and well-appointed. I felt very comfortable in the space. We're not local, unfortunately, but if we were, we would definitely come back regularly.Cash only. They have an ATM on site and also accept "cashless debit," though that has a $3.50 fee to use.
