All Robin has is the parking lot he owns it's a collision repair for autos there now Robbins heating and gutter does not exist

Needed an estimate on ductwork so made an appointment for 2 weeks out. No one showed up, no one called. Called them and they sent someone out the following week. That’s the last I heard from them…called after 3 days and asked when I could expect an estimate - receptionist said she would leave a message with the owner. A week later, still nothing from them. Called again and was told same as before - she would leave a message with owner. After 2 weeks I called again, same response. I understand that Lincoln City is relatively isolated and local professionals are at a premium, so they can pick and choose the jobs they wish to perform, but what I don’t understand is their base rudeness and unprofessionalism. A simple phone call with a ‘no, we will not be providing an estimate and we’re not interested in doing the work’ would have taken less than a minute of their time, instead they kept me waiting for a response that never came. All I can say to anyone who hires them is, good luck, I hope you have a better experience, but beware as they obviously don’t value clients and you are at the mercy of their whims. Personally I’ll never look to Robben for work on my heating system ever again.

Sold our condo complex electric fireplace to replace the old wood ones, took 6 months to get them installed, another 2 months to get the flashing installed that finally kept the winter weather out, and now that there are issues with operations of the unit, they say they can't service it.I am improving my review solely based on the service Stephanie has provided. While we still do not have a solution she has been great to work with to try to get a replacement.

I give this company 5 stars! They are prompt, professional, skilled and friendly! On a trip to a vacation beach house we arrived with no heat in the gas fireplace on a Saturday.Robben heating sent out a tech within 30minutes. It was determined the the fireplace was beyond reasonable repair. By Wednesday morning a new fireplace was installed. I highly recommend this company.

Our electric furnace went down on Thanksgiving Day. We called a different company, and after three visits and plenty of excuses, we called Robbens. The service tech came out on the day he said he would, diagnosed the problem and said the part needed to be ordered. It had to come from the East, so there was a delay in getting a repair. However, as soon as the part arrived, Robbens was here the very next day to fix it. Vic was the tech, and very helpful in explaining things. We got heat after 7 weeks with no heat-and over the Christmas holidays at that! We survived with a gas fireplace and space heaters, but having a furnace is wonderful. And to top it off, Tammy from their office called the next day to see if we had heat and were satisfied with the service. Oh yes we were!

We had an emergency and water was leaking out of our on-demand hot water system in our rental. The rental office manager called Robben, Vic showed up within a couple of hours, figured out what was wrong very quickly, and was back the next day with the part to fix the leak. Vic was very personable, nice to my dog (very important), and did not leave a mess!! Hot water is working again and no leaks. I am in a rental, but if I were to ever purchase a home locally, I would definitely use Robben, and I would DEFINITELY request Vic.

After one week of waiting, Robben Heating inspected our tankless water heater and claimed replacement was necessary and agreed to replace in one week. Then Robben failed to properly communicate and did not complete replacement as promised. We obtained second opinion from Groth-Gate Plumbing, who were able to immediately restore hot water and complete repair.

Robben inc has experienced changes. The fires, Covid, Illness, and staff changes has led us to discover it is time to slow the heart beat of the company. To catch up, catch our breath, (on a average day we take between 100 -150 phone calls a day) There is much work to be done and we want to have happy customers. Lincoln City. and surrounding areas are the best customers in thawe world. We are working on a message center for calls and looking to hire a receptionist/appt scheduler.’We also need installers, hvac service technicians, and parts room tech. Please apply today. Our sister company has sent JJ from Portland to help and he is appreciated. Please be patient with us ….the 4 of us are truly doing what we can. We are all doing our best.

Let me say that old good old fashion service was/is not lost at Robbens! First of all, they sent "RON" out for FREE, to assess what was needed. Then after getting a very fair quote, they sent Mike the foreman of the job, Andy and John. They exchanged some piping and a shut off valve. They were respectful, quick, and showed me how to use it, with easy explanations. I definitely recommend Robben Heating.

Amanda was an excellent customer service rep! Quick and efficient responses to my needs. Clarence Was on time , friendly and loves dogs ( always a plus) he explained operation of The thermostat Quickly & proficiently . Both were so pleasant to communicate with. COVID precautions were adhered to. Thanks for upgrading my system!

Made an appointment for duct cleaning. They stood us up. We had to call them to find out the technician was out with allergies. The gal that answered the phone was more interested in arguing that it wasn't her fault, than in taking care of us.

We lost the ability to heat our house after the 2020 fire. When they heard we were using space heaters they fit us in. We got a ductless heater days before Christmas. Thank you Robben Heating

Chance was such a great young man! We had the feeling that he really loves his job and takes pride in his performance. He really worked hard to figure out problems with our furnace and gas fireplace insert after 240 came through our home when a truck hit our house. He has a knack to make you feel comfortable even with a huge mess around from the incedent.The ladies in the office Tracy and Corin juggled around our schedule and always called back promptly.We appreciate your company and employees. Professional, courteous, and excellent service! Chance arrived 5 minutes before my appointment time, analyzed the problem, and fixed that problem in very short order! I wouldn't call anyone else for my heating and air conditioning needs! Thanks, guys!

These people are the worst. Not only did they misdiagnose the problem with our heater, it took them three weeks and a $100 to do it. Maybe if they spent less time as a car rental operation they would know how to fix a broken heater. The worst!!

They were supposed to come by today between 1-3 pm to provide us with a repair estimate and pulled a no-show, no-call. We finally found out they were short staffed or something. If they would have just called we would have been fine with it.

Horrible. They get their wires crossed with addresses, bids and appointment times. The worst part? You have to BEG for bids. Someone is always going to call back with the heating and gutter bids, but they never do.After wasting all this time 'waiting' we've moved on
