I would much rather go to Ace Hardware compared to one of the warehouse stores because the staff are better able help you find what you want and what you need. The staff at Mills Ace Hardware in Lincoln City are terrific. I would recommend them for all your Hardware needs. Spring time is almost here, they have all your grilling needs out already.

Been into this ace twice and both time was greeted and helped right away. The staff took the time to answer questions and help me problem solve. Honestly it’s nice to be in a shop that so friendly to woman and children. Also it was super clean and organized is a way I found everything I needed. I haven't been in an Ace Hardware for ages, and I was pleasantly surprised at this store's selection and prices. They even have some uncommon items that are getting pretty hard to find these days, and of course their products are uniformly of high quality, not the cheap-o stuff that's typical of the giant package stores like Lowes and Home Depot. Oh, and it was also a pleasant surprise to have someone assist me with finding something and they were quite knowledgeable as well, not just some random person hired off the streets...a value I've long held and am happy to see that it still matters with some companies. :)

True to their advertising and backed up by awards lining their entry, Mills Ace Hardware provides excellent customer service when needed. They're not pushy but eager to help. They have stocked shelves and can order items for ya if needed. They really value their customer's experience. For over a decade I have enjoyed getting to know some of their employees. I rarely feel the need to go to one of those big box places.

Ace is not a cheap place to shop. But with that said they do have quite a variety of products that I can not find any place else or have to go out of the way to purchase. They are very friendly and some of them no what they are talking about. But it's always good to get a second opinion especially if your doing a big project.

I’ve been into this location about a dozen times this year as a newbie homeowner, and everyone is super friendly, non-judgemental, helpful, and knowledgeable. Compared to the other big chain store in town that sells home improvement products (not Ace), I don’t feel like I’m bothering the employees when I ask for help mixing up some paint, or checking to see what is in stock. In fact, I’ve never had to ask. They both offer assistance whenever they walk by, and leave you alone when you don’t need it. Love this place!

Found what I needed in a tub of items on hold from the floor ,, it was 2 Chicago pulleys for my 4 head lights that will spin around lit on the multi directional 42 DeSoto grilled twin engine , twin 0 steer drive wheels at opposite ends

It was great! The manager was very polite and helpful. He found us the Dewalt cordless fan that my boyfriend had been waiting almost weeks for and then found out it wouldn't be arriving. We had been all over Lincoln County and Corvallis trying to find one. So ya, great experience.

Really helpful folks. Nice selection for a smaller Ace, and their customer service takes this place up several notches. Great for newbies and those with experience alike. Watch for the sales ads and join their club, it's actually worth it, and I am not a fan of reward clubs. Recommend.

I love shopping at North Ace in Lincoln City Oregon. Lori at the register is always so kind and welcoming. Amanda in the paint department is always very helpful with my paint mixes. I love this store. Clerks are quick to offer you help finding what you need, but at the same time don't try to sell or pressure you into making unnecessary purchases. All the clerks I've dealt with seem to know their stuff, and if they don't have the answer, they are quick to find a clerk who does. I've had to return just one item, and they even made that process quick and absolutely hassle free. I would recommend this store to everyone. Its just a great place to shop, and the people that work there are what make it so. Kudos to management!

This is the most expansive and complete Ace I have ever been to, and I've shopped Ace in several communities in Oregon and California. Plenty of friendly staff here.
